We understand your discomfort and disappointment for the service received on January 19th, however, we would like to mention that we are on emergency state that is the reason we did not have accurate information at the moment due to we depends on peruvian authorities information. Unfortunately, these NON-peaceful demonstrations and this social problem that escapes of our services, caused your trip to be affected in this way.
