Dear MR.DAVID DASSA, thank you for your review. On day of your tour our skipper Marko told us that you was fully satisfed also on end of tour you didnt have any complaint. Then two days after tour your requested full refund and told us that you want full refund becuase on boat wasnt life jackets?! I know that you like to have ''free tour'', probably lot of other agencys give you money back only to not get bad review but we not do it, I really dont like people who lay like that, and want to have free tour. That I not forget the boat what was on your tour was new from this year with full safety equipment and also of course have life jacktes. Also you have a boat for 12 persons and you was only two! I think you have more space for seat :) That you told me that you wasnt satisfied with skipper service or something else on the boat maybe I will maybe belive it but for life jackets and dont have something for hold it on boat :D...please... this is basic what we have it on every boat, not only us, it have it on every boat in this area what do with tours...

Simply You didn’t use our service, I dont know why you write this review. Maybe you was at some other company but also dont have sense, you say that is 3 island tour and then you say that you didnt go on boat… Please write us your name that we can see with Tripadvisor where you book tour and what is reason of your bad review. Dear Nathalie, I’m glad that you have nice day on the sea and that you enjoy. Your rent a boat + skipper + fuel (you start with full fuel tank and at end of tour you refill it with skipper on the gas station). Costs of fuel depends how much time you spend in driving, for boat to be honest for route what you do that day and how much islands you visit (4 islands) you have even small fuel costs. Next time you can book tour with fuel included. Thank you for booking and next time explore only one or two islands then you will have even smaller fuel costs :) Kind regards, Antonio

Dear Marianne, You book small boat + skipper + fuel, you didnt book tour in our company, you book boat rental and skipper that drive you where you want to go. When you book smaller boat 5meters you are limited to explore far away islands. For go to Vis and Lastovo you need have minimum 8meters boat, I know that you expect for small amount see everything on Adriatic sea but it is imposible. Skippers have they standard salary what also write you on the site/booking and Voucher, for fuel costs like every rental you get full fuel tank and return full fuel tank, consumption depends by time and distance of driving, like in the car. I dont know what to tell you more, next time when you book something please read info or if is hard to read for you call us we have time to explain you all step by step.
