Just a perfect experience in the countryside, about 15 minutes from Dubrovnik old town.

Excellent cultural experience and hassle free, we get picked up from our hotel and dropped off as well.

Absolutely do this to experience all of Croatia

Great experience

The home and host were great. The outside eating area was really beautiful. However, It was not the experience we signed up for as we found out later. The company hosting had just started using this family as an "overflow" when the original one was full. There were only 4 of us, which was good as the kitchen area was VERY small (not at all like the one shown in the picture). Also, we felt a bit rushed at times and much of the cooking "work" was already done for us. Very disappointed that we didn't get to "milk a goat" as that was something I was really looking forward to, but it was at the other location. She did make an apple strudel and homemade ice cream in addition to the pastry we made. There was sooooo much food and plenty of wine and liquors in between the cooking as well as during our meal. They were really fun and I would do this again in a heart beat. Just wish we had known going in to it that this was different from the one we signed up for.

The BEST Food Experience!

This is such a fun and educational tour, so wonderful, in fact, it is my second time to enjoy this class! My first one was with a good friend in May of 2022. I had such an amazing visit that when my family decided to come to Croatia, they asked for this cooking class because my friend and I had raved about it! The countryside was blooming and sea shining on the trip to/from the farm. The gardens were bountiful with spring vegetables cherry trees laden with fruit. I encourgae you to book this experience. You won't regret it!!

The family who hosted us were warm and inviting. The home and surrounding property had been lovingly maintained and updated. The class itself was informative and the dinner was excellent. The wine and aperitif were homemade and the ingredients for the meal were picked directly from their garden.

What an amazing adventure into a mountain community! The home, the gardens, the family were wonderful. I learned several new techniques and re-lived making homemade bread and treats. Highly recommend! Nicola, Matthew amd their son were wonderful hosts, and I hope to return. Our tour guide Marija was easy to coodinate with for our gathering. Always a smile and so accommodating.

Highlight of our European Vacation!!!

We spent a couple of days in Old Town Dubrovnik, and it was such a treat to go out to the countryside!!! Our driver was amazing, picking us up at Old Town, and giving us information about Dubrovnik as we headed to our class. Once we arrived to Marija’s home we were in awe of the beautiful location, their gorgeous home, and her hospitality. The class was simply wonderful, better than we could imagine. It was fun meeting Marija and some of her family members, her kind neighbor and meeting others who joined the class. Highly recommend!!! From start to finish, from a welcome drink made on their property, to picking fresh vegetables, eggs and milking goats and helping prepare bread, making pasta and creating a yummy chicken dish, soup and enjoying their wine with dinner, it was an experience we will never forget!!! Wish we could have their wine, brandy, olive oil and other homemade treats shipped to the US!!!

Our best experience in Croatia

Delivered exactly what was promised. The hostess was warm, funny and kept things moving at a great pace. We shared the experience with another couple we met at the class. Exchanging information and similar experiences was a highlight. Atmosphere, food and location were all excellent. Our driver picked us up at our hotel. Oliver was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the experience. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Favorite part of our trip!
