Well worth the extra cost
Fab trip up to 148th floor, well worth paying the "skip the line price" whatever you do pay the extra....
Amazing views, light refreshments just spot on.

Burj Khalifa - awesome experience and service

We loved going up to level 148 and enjoyed the service with juice, coffees, teas, dates and some yummy little fruit bites. We had a wander around and took plenty of photos and enjoyed a chillax on the lounges there as well as checking out the gift shop. Enjoyed our time up there and then headed to the very busy levels 125 & 124.

Tall building falls short on excitement
Thought this would be one of the highlights of our Dubai experience. Very under whelming, I am sure apart from it being the highest building in the world you can get the same experience in many places in the world, Eiffel tower. Eurika tower just a. Ouple without the long lines.

Amazing view
Definitely take skip the line tour to save time standing in long lines. It has beautiful breathtaking view. Must do this trip At least do once during your Dubai trip.

Best Choice To Enjoy

As most others have already mentioned but to those who have seen all the options on Viator, I personally believe this option may be the best.
Will you pay a little more than some of the other options? Yes of course.

In the long run however, you'll soon realize how much better of an option it really is.
Once you arrive at the entrance area at Dubai Mall, just show your ticket, and you can walk straight through to the front of the line. You'll show you ticket again, and then be shown where to leave your belongings, (as some items like lighters and smokes are not allowed to the observation area).
Once you've arranged your things, you proceed on to a private waiting room for a short time.
It's then after that, that you'll enter the elevator, and within just a minute, you'll be to the top of the BK.
Once you get off, you'll enter a nice lounge area complete with complimentary drinks and little snacks to enjoy.
The best thing about this VIP access? You have as much time as you'd like to stay and enjoy the viewing.
You can obviously go all the way around the observation area, but there's also an area where you can go outside and look down to the Dubai Fountain and Mall below.
The time I figured would be the best to go with, was keeping the daytime in mind - I chose 5pm as you'll still have about 2 hours to enjoy while it's still light, see the sunset, and even watch some of the fountain show if you really want to stay for that long. (Once the set, I'll headed on down though).
Don't forget to collect your belongs before you leave (as I did, and actually went all the way back to the entrance area the next afternoon to collect my precious wine flavored cigars and lighter which I was able to get back).
It didn't seem all that crowded or busy when at my time slot, but maybe it would also just depend on the day itself.
In conclusion, if you guys are seeking a decent and enjoyable choice for being at the Burj Khalifa, I would HIGHLY recommend this and only this option!

The experience was great and our family enjoy it. Maybe if I may suggest one little improvement where a clear instruction should be written that the entrance is at Dubai Mall instead.

At least you been there and done it!

Purchased skip the line tickets online and pick up from our hotel from your company. Our first time in Dubai. But you can get a taxi or download Careem App to be cheaper.

So to avoid confusion as I was purchasing the tickets afters, this is how it really works…
You get an email confirmation…this is not your ticket and it clearly says that..when you get to Dubai Mall go to stay at the Lower Ground and follow the signs to the Burj Khalifa…it’s on the way to the Foodcourt. Look for pink background and there you will see as you turn to the right AT TOP counter customer desks to collect your ticket. Because our time was for 11am it was not busy. Upon getting the tickets you are asked to go to the Sky Lounge, now this may different if you just purchase normal ticket or maybe the same. You then get called by what ticket you purchased. Because we booked early we only waited about 10 mins then the tour begins. A guide will come and escort you at ground floor, you will see a lot of information about the Burj Khalifa and then you will be taken to the lifts…we went on 148 then as everyone go on 125 and 124 floors. These are the busiest so just as we finished our tour it DID get busier and more crowded.. upon waiting to get down because we are SKY VIP or if fast track you don’t too long for lifts but if very busy waiting times may vary. We waited 10 mins as the normal line waited a bit longer.

My advise is if you want to see this fascinating building and a once of a life time opportunity which was for us..perfect..then please book an earlier time. Don’t book later time like late afternoon, evening as that’s where you find so busy and the lifts to get down be longer waiting….and you find it harder to take personal photos..

There’s also staff that will take pics for you at a cost 250 dirham per pic! But what the heck I wanted it as keepsakes so bought 3 as they were so nice not to.

In general the tour company Orient Tours did not fail to deliver. I would recommend them to anyone to use. But would advise them to be more informative about exactly to get your tickets as read many here getting confused and how to get the tickets.

Oh if you have a pushchair or stroller it’s not allowed on the tour because of the lifts etc ,but they have storage upon getting your tickets to leave them there.It’s safe and at no cost.
