A fantastic excursion, enjoyed it from start to finish. The tour guide / driver was AMAZING. His name was YOUSAF Ibrahim - he really went above and beyond and looked after us. He took all the pictures we wanted and kept us well informed. I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide! Many thanks. I will be back again!!

Such an amazing experience with amazing food! Thanks to our driver/tour guide Yousaf Ibrahim who made sure we got the best photos to remind us of the day which was fulfilled with the safari, camel riding, and cultural energy. Would highly reccomend renting the dune buggy

Visited Dubai and went on the dessert safari and buggy ride. Me and my wife had an amazing experience thanks to brother Yousaf. He was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to us. He looked after the entire group and made sure we all had the best possible time. I would definitely recommend Yousaf as a tour guide and a dessert safari driver as he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the experience. Thank you again brother YOUSAF I shall be recommending you to all my family and friend who come to visit Dubai

Thanks Eman. Ali was amazing . He never lets us feel that we were new to Dubai. He dealt with us like a family member . I have taken the details from Ali and will definitely refer my friends visit Dubai. One other thing the food quality at Atlantis desert park have lot of potential for implement

Terrible service, no communication, and incredibly underwhelming. This sums up our experience from start to finish; we received no communication from our guide throughout the day as he aimlessly drove us from one unknown place to the next.
Most concerningly, our driver Yousaf Ibrahim used his phone while driving (which is illegal) on social media, messaging, Facebook marketplace, taking photos, and phone calls for most of the long journeys to and from our hotel to the desert. As such, we felt unsafe in the back of the car as he frequently veered across the road and simultaneously drove in 2 lanes whilst on a highway doing over 60mph.
Lack-lustre; the dunes were non-existent. We expected the 'dune-bashing' to be exhilarating but were left incredibly disappointed as we drove over what could barely be labelled as small hills.
We must have spent at least 2 hours waiting around at various locations to which we were just told to get out in the heat and given no explanation for the reason nor duration of these stops. The most memorable stop was to 'redo the tyre pressures', staying here for 1 hr 30. Here, were the most jaw-dropping dunes you had ever seen with many cars queued up for the exhilarating ride; we were left staring at their enjoyment. There were some activities available (if you wanted to pay even more money); if not then you were left with minimal air-conditioned space to wait in! A while later the driver suddenly appeared and said we were going, with no further explanation (what a shock!)
After another drive, we parked at an unknown location, were told to follow Yousaf and he ushered us into a rickety-looking vehicle with another man. My parents and I were bundled into the back of the car (which only had 2 seats & there were 3 of us adults)! Suddenly, without warning the driver zooms off and I go flying- smacking my head on the roof as there were no seatbelts and being in the middle I had no handle either. Ironically, it could be said this ride was more entertaining than the 'dune bashing' we had done earlier!
We arrived at the Camp, and completed a 2-minute camel ride as the longer one required additional payment. The provided service was minimal; instead, a 'VIP package was offered' to which you had to pay 50 AED per person; there were also many other basic activities incurring additional expenses. Also, many sellers constantly came over with a variety of goods and were very persistent. This made it challenging to enjoy the experience as we were constantly interrupted. The food and drink were basic, again better choices had to be paid for. Overall, the only redeeming feature was the shows; particularly the fire show which was very entertaining.
Our journey home consisted of the same illegal, dangerous driving and we arrived back 45 minutes after the expected time.
The whole trip was a complete waste of money, would not recommend it to anyone- if you want to do a desert safari, do your research, and definitely DO NOT BOOK WITH YALLA TOURS!!
We did complain to the man we booked the tour with as well as directly sending an email of complaint to the owner of the company. Unsurprisingly, we received no reply so instead it seemed essential to share our terrible experience and warn others against booking so that they do not waste their hard-earned money as we did!!!

They are scammers, they took us in 6 hour tour and 2 hours we were waiting in car fix, changeing tiers, driver rejected to take us to dunes, hi lied an said that police will areest him, if hi will do this,we canceled tour and they did not refund enything, we paied money just fors standing in desert in car fix.
