Vi ble hentet på hotellet med buss klokken 0400,tok utrolig lang tid før vi i det hele tatt kom ut av Hurghada da det tok 2 timer å plukke opp alle reisende fra forskjellige hotell,i beskrivelse står det at buss turen tar 4 timer en vei men tok nesten 6 timer en vei,hyggelig morsom guide,ok lunsj. Så kongenes dal,museeum,krokodiller ,apekatter,samt cruise på Nilen.veldig masete selgere i menn med lange klær ,som man simpelten bare må ignore,unngå øyenkontakt med de og bare gå forbi,hvis du ser på de og svarer de,gir de seg aldri og følger etter deg.

We booked this trip the day before online as I like to do a boat trip each time I come to Egypt.
This time, I brought a friend with me and this was first time.
As soon as I completed to booking, I used the online message facility to confirm what time we would be picked up the following day. We were informed this would be 0745. Later on, we received a phone call to inform us to be outside the hotel for 7.50 ready for the advertised sail time on 8.30am.
The next day came, and were outside from 0740 to make sure we kept to time. Unfortunately, it got 08.15 and we were still waiting at the hotel. I called the number that called me the previous night to explain that situation and was informed that I would receive another call within 5 minutes once he has an update.
15 minutes passed and I called the number again, this time it went straight through to voicemail. When I eventually got through at 0830, I was told that our drivers car was involved in a crash and another vehicle was on its way - we were conscious that the boat should have already set sail!
The car eventually came and we had a fun drive to the boat. Upon boarding the boat, we were surprised to find that it was a lot smaller and basic compared to other boats around and ones I have used previously. We were concerned when we saw an unstable plank of wood that bent that had to be used as a bridge to gain entry onto the boat!
We eventually set sail and rode for just under an hour. We stopped along with other boats where we saw a pod dolphins, which was an incredible experience, and something I will always remember!
The boat set sail again and we stopped for 45 minutes to have an opportunity to snorkel. Not being a strong swimmer, I was extremely grateful to be provided with a life jacket which provided me with reassurance throughout.
Entering the sea, my body quickly acclimatised to the temperature and was offered to hold on the rubber ring and be dragged round various sites to see the tropical fish and coral - this was an amazing experience!!!
Time passed quickly and we boarded to boat again where we set sail for a short time and stopped for another 30 minute snorkel session.
Like the previous time, I was offered to follow the guide and hold onto the ring and this gave me an opportunity to see a lot more and travel further out, while feeling both safe and relaxed.
The guide would often dive down all of sudden to pick up various things of interest, such shells, oyster, even poking a huge eel!
We boarded the boat again and quickly dried off. Lunch was duly served downstairs - on offer was rice, tuna, breaded chicken, potatoes, noodles and a tomato salad, which was very pleasant. Soft drinks and tea and coffee was offer throughout the trip which you can help yourself to!
The boat soon arrived at 'Paradise Island'. Just as we were arriving their, I was asked by one of the crew if we would like to go to the Island, and if so, we would need to pay another E£300 for the two of us. We explained that we were unaware about the trip to the island or the additional cost it incurred and that we didn't have enough cash on us, only card.
The crew agreed to let us go to the Island if we agreed to go the ATM when we returned, which we agreed to.
I would like to point out, when booking this trip online, we were not offered the option to include the Island visit. Nor was it advertised on the website or our booking that if we didn't include the Island, it would involve a 2 hour wait on a stationary boat!
This is not the advertised 'Full day snorkeling' as the title of the trip suggest, at most in 75 minutes combined!
A Dutch family on board informed they booked the trip much cheaper than what we paid from the tour rep based at the their hotel!
We jumped onto a smaller boat that duly took us to the island where we were seated in our own lounger under a straw hatched roof, which was rather pleasant. We purchased ice creams and then had a walk to the bar - luckily card payments are accepted on the island!
Overall the island itself is like some desert island mall, it was nice and novel. But high priced refreshments are the order the day it seems - I don't begrudge them making a living.
Back on the boat we chilled on the deck, the photographer came up and asked if we would speak with him below deck. He wanted to sell videos and pictures that he had taken of us throughout the trip. We could feel the pressure sale technique intensify but we held firm and said he didn't want purchase. I feel funny about agreeing to buy photos or videos that I have not seen prior to buying!
Some time later we arrived back the Eagle Resort hotel where the trip started. Tipped the guides over 10% of what we paid for the trip and was escorted by them on a long hot hike to main reception where the ATM was located - we almost felt like criminal. Having paid what we owe, the vehicle arrived and travelled over 40 minutes back to our own hotel.
Would I recommend this trip? I had some really good experiences today, but so many things that just didn't feel right. I would do a boat trip again, but I wouldn't book this trip, it lacked the care, attention to detail and smoothness of other boat trips that are available.
Would I book on this website again? Probably not, the options were not explained clearly at the time of purchase and you can get a better rate from our a tour rep at the hotel!

We are very disappointed with the snorkelling tour to say the least.
The day before we had contact about our pickup and the tour operator confirmed that they would pick us up at the hotel at 7:45.
In the morning after waiting 20 minutes, I tried calling the company and no one replied, I sent messages and no one replied. So after waiting more than a hour outside the hotel no one showed up.
So we did not even have the snorkelling trip because the operator did not come to pick us up. They did not respond to my calls or messages what was also very frustrating. Overal we were very disappointed and it ruined our morning. Concluding we would not recommend this trip.

Es war schön die Menschen sehr nett und die Veranstalter auch. Haben aus der Ferne Delfine sehen können aber Schwerpunkt war das Schnorcheln. Für den Preis sehr gut aber wer Delfine sehen möchte, ist dies nur zum Teil empfehlbar. Die Delfine wurden auch von den Booten umkreist und dadurch gestresst, war nicht so schön anzusehen.

Sortie à la journée organisée par le club de plongée de notre hôtel comprenant une rencontre snorkelling avec les dauphins (on a eu droit à 3 rencontres ce jour là), une autre sortie snorkelling sur un récif de corail, le déjeuner à bord du bateau et une séance banane et fauteuil tractés par un zodiac. Programme respecté pour un tarif compétitif (négocié). À côté de ça, bateau bondé, pas de place pour s’assoir à l’extérieur, incivilités, vol de palmes et de masques, bousculades à la mise à l’eau des nageurs et des non nageurs, encadrants et moniteurs irresponsables (pas de comptage, jeux stupides de jets d’eau glacés sur les touristes, sauts depuis le pont supérieur du bateau non surveillés...)

Booked this trip through trip advisor July 2018 I was a little dubious and it seemed so cheap. We were collected from our hotel. The van was a little outdated but still quite comfy & added quirk to the trip. The staff were all friendly on arrival. The boat was very clean & there were soft drinks & bottled water available throughout. Guide introduced the whole crew & kept us entertained for the journey. We were well briefed & snorkels & fins provided. Life jackets were advised to those not confident at swimming. We used a smaller boat to jumped in with the dolphins. They allowed us a good amount of time & monitored us the whole time as there were other boats in the area & were very conscious of our safety. We moved onto a snorkelling spot with loads of fish & pretty coral to look at. They provided lunch which was lovely & a free massage, which popped a few knots in my husbands back. We were entertained by a belly dance also. We were all fully rested when we arrived at our last snorkelling spot. After which, we had a go on the water sofa (so much fun!) & the banana boat (I was petrified I was going to fall off so he went slow for me...) There was a photographer on board the whole day & took us off for some couples photos, which we paid for and was delivered next day to our hotel complete with all go pro photos from the snorkelling & dolphins (Well worth paying for) Highly recommend this trip!! We are returning in 3 weeks & are booking this trip again! Can't wait!!

We went to see fish coral and dolphins we where not disappointed ,after a print pick up we soon went and got rest of passengers from other hotels , the bus was packed so only reason it never got 5*rating.
The staff done a wonderful job in keeping everyone going we done our 1st snorkel trip went great told to keep away from coral so not to damage it .. came back on boat done lunch with some light entertainment thrown in food was plenty but ok standard no complaints.
We seem the Dolphines swimming plenty of them .. you could go into water but you could not keep up with them.
We went on our last snorkel started off well enough but for some reason me and my daughter got lost on the swim back to boat and we ended on top of the coral with frantic shouts from instructors to swim back this ended up the two instructotmrs having a right good argument but unfortunately my daughter got some scratches to her knee from coral could have been so much worse.. they attended to her knee and cleaned it up was painful for a day or two but seems ok now.
Overall it was a great time had apart from that little mishap I would recommend this day out .. don't forget your sun cream I am now lobster red.

Voor het geld is het een uitstekende ervaring (wel boeken via TripAdvisor en niet op je resort). Het personeel appt je de dag van te voren met de definitieve ophaaltijd en als je klaar staat kun je meteen mee. Eenmaal op de boot met flippers en bril legt het enthousiaste personeel je uit hoe de dag eruit gaat zien. Eerst ga je dolfijnen zoeken en bekijken. Zodra het personeel een groep heeft gevonden spring je in het water en moet je snel je bril goed hebben om ze te zien. De dolfijnen zijn niet tam (gelukkig) dus je zwemt niet echt “met ze”. Vervolgens klim je op een speedboot om de volgende groep dolfijnen te zoeken. Daar spring je weer in het water etc etc.. de rest van de dag is ontspannen varen op de boot, lunchen (denk aan spaghetti met wat gehaktballetjes), koraal bekijken en “waterpret”/de bananenboot. Personeel is vriendelijk en deskundig. Gedurende de dag maakt het personeel ook foto’s en video’s. Aan het einde van de dag onderhandelen ze met je over de prijs van die service op de Egyptische manier natuurlijk. Je hoeft ze niet te kopen maar dat stellen ze wel op prijs. Als laatste gaat er nog een envelop rond voor de fooi voor het personeel. Neem dus wat kleingeld mee. Al met al geen gekke dingen voor een dagje dolfijnen kijken in de prachtige rode zee.

It was a nice trip we all enjoyed it. Managed to see dolphins and also corals and colourful fishes. Staff was helpful and they really looked after my daughter which was great.

Bonjour,
Nous serons à Hurghada du 12 au 19 oct et je suis très intéressé par cette sortie, mais beaucoup de personnes disent qu'il n'est pas possible de nager avec les dauphins.
De quoi ça dépend ? (météo, accompagnateur...)

Bonjour, oui on vous expliquera... par contre il faut savoir que vous devez confirmer votre excursion en arrivant sur place, et pour joindre quelqu'un c'est très compliqué. Nous nous en sommes sortis avec Messenger.
