1. Day 1 - 14 June - Akbar Houseboats Srinagar
We booked 4 Deluxe rooms and they provided me 2 rooms in a good luxurious boat and 2 rooms in a very low and cheap quality budget boat.
As We were tired and It was our Day 1 and it was already late in evening only so we thought of adjusting and not complaining.
2. Day 4 - 17 June - Shikara Ride Srinagar
We were supposed to do the complmentary Shikara ride on 14th June but due to flight delays from Delhi We got late and It was very late and I asked my tour coordinator(+91 91038 23108) if we can do that on Day 4 when we will be checking in Srinagar,
She very politely agreed and said no problem and said any day is fine don't worry(Attached Whatsapp Screenshot).
I assume that politeness is just because balance 80% amount was yet to be paid.
Now, When I arrived on Dal lake on Day 4, Shikara ride was not available and I tried calling her she picked once and said she will check and let me know. I waited for 10-15 minutes in the Tempo traveler and when I tried calling she did not picked my call.
I tried calling from 2-3 different numbers no response and then I asked driver the owner number Mr Mirr Showkat (094190 46560).
He said You can't do this today and the tour coordinator is on medical emergency in Delhi which is a lie as obvious it was.
We tried arguing and asked for a solution but no resolution so as It was getting dark so, eventually We had to spend our own money i.e. 8k for 2 Houseboats and did the shikara ride on Day 4 as Day 5 was planned for Sonmarg and doing Shikara was not at all possible and nothing was reimbursed by the Rizz Tour & Travels.
3. Day 4 17 June - Hotel Bellmont Srinagar
We booked 4 Deluxe rooms and once we reached around 6 pm after doing the Shikara ride Hotel Manager is saying only 1 AC room is available and 3 rooms are Non AC which is quiet difficult as weather in Srinagar was hot that day and I had 2 kids and 2 senior citizens along with me.
Hotel manager asked me to contact the owner Mr Mirr Showkat and his behaviour was totally different, rude and unprofessional.
He is saying these things to my sister on phone in a very rude tone :
a. You should be happy you are getting 1 AC room and asked everyone of us to stay and manage in 1 AC Room with total of 10 people.
b. You booked Deluxe rooms which is Non AC only. I checked on MakeMytrip, Goibibo and Hotel manager also said It is AC rooms but Mr Mirr did not agreed on that. (Attached Makemytrip Screenshot)
c. You are from Delhi which is already very hot then Why are you feeling Hot in Srinagar? Manage with whatever you are provided.
d. You can look for any other hotel nearby and said He is not responsible for any payment. Asked us to do it on our own.
e. My sister said We compromised on Houseboats and He replied Why did you compromised then Its not his mistake.
f. My sister asked him to call his tour coordinator and He said He can't call her now and she is on leave etc.
g. We said we compromised on Houseboat, We did our own expense in Shikara ride He said It is not his problem and at the end eventually disconnected the phone and then stopped picking it and let us hanging on the reception and find our own solution.
My family waited for almost 1-2 hours sitting on reception and finally after talking to Hotel Owner got some resolution and got 3 AC rooms and my parents compromised in a Non AC Room.
What we expected a great Kashmir trip was not the same just because of these folks "Rizz Tour and Travels".
I tried visiting their office too but that was closed for 17 and 18th due to EID and we had our return flight on 19th so could not do much while I was there in Kashmir.

It is very good. Rizz travels made arrangements in very good manner. The senior tour executibe, Mrs.Sana shah guided a lot. Totally very good memories.

We were blown away by the generous hospitality of Rizz Travels. From the moment we started booking with Mrs.Sana shah, Senior tour executive she explained everything with great care and made all arrangements in good manner and our driver showed us around with great kindness every day since we arrived here. We really had wonderful moments in our life at Kashmir with the arrangements of Rizz travels and its Senior tour executive, and the tour guide cum driver.

Opting for this travel agency was honestly one of our best decisions. Kudos to Shaukat for the impeccable planning and arrangement. Many thanks to our tour driver Momin, who was extremely well mannered and pleasant. He gave us amazing service and made sure we have an amazing trip. Highly recommend him for anybody looking to hire a driver for a 4-5 day trip. Overall great experience.

The trip was beutifully arranged and well planned by rizz tours and travels, Nadiya ji wasvery helpful and and any issues were promptly sorted. All the main spots were covered . The driver Suhail ji was also very informative and services were prompt. Any issues like a change in hotel rooms were promptly addressed . Only one issue, we had asked for 3 star accomodation for three people however at places especially highland resorts in gulmarg, the accomodation and services were not upto the mark. I would recommend asking for atleast 4 star accomodation in kashmir.

Very good experience with this travel agency
special mention for Mr. Meer for coordinating our 5 days trip to Kashmir
impressive professional attitude and timely execution of the itinerary
covered Srinagar sightseeing, houseboat, shikara experience, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg in 5 days
Would recommend this to friends/family and plan to visit again soon
