Had a great tour with Kodrat! We arrived at the summit early to beat the rush so had a great view for sunrise! Went to coffee plantation after and he offered to stop by other spots as well which was really nice! Super friendly and had great conversation, highly recommend :)

One of my best friend recommended to contact putu for this tour, he was responding very well and friendly too us.
We would like say thank you so much to him and he's friend kadek, kadek was great hiking guide guide and help us so much, we recommended this tour to everyone who like hiking and ejoying the stunning view of mouny batur, learn a kocak life, breakfas cooked by natural hot steam and much more.

Awesome tour. The guides were really nice and professy. We enjoyed every peace of it. Mount Batur is a steep hike but worth everything when you get to the top. The coffee plantation tour was really interesting as well. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are in Bali.

The experience with the tour personnel was great. I was picked up at the hotel right on time and we started the tour without much lingering.
My guide was Ketut and he was incredibly helpful, positive and patient with me every step of the way, and also while taking pictures. After some time, I realized I wasn't physically up to the task of climbing uphill and he arranged a bike to take us up for most of the way. The breakfast was simple, but exactly what was needed and boiling the eggs in a volcanic crater was a nice touch. I didn't want the coffee plantation and the drivers were flexible, so I got the chance to be driven back to the hotel faster.

Despite the fact that we were late for our pick up, excellent drivers Putu and Jero drove us smoothly, carefully and quickly to the hike starting spot. There we met our charming guide Yuni. Yuni was very helpful, sincere and one of the best experiences on Bali so far. This young girl constantly offered to help carrying backpacks, helped us with climbing up the mountain (we chose the hard trail), patiently offered to take a break every time when we looked tired, answered all our questions about the history, culture and traditions of local people as well as about the natural environment of the volcano. She also protected our backpacks from monkeys! And found us great sticks that made climbing the mountain and way back very pleasant and comfortable experience! Banana sandwiches and eggs steamed in the volcano were delicious and warm coffee and tea made from the water distilled from the volcanic steam were great in the first hours of light. We got very lucky with the weather and with having Yuni as our guide for this tour (when you are booking absolutely ask for having her as your guide!)
After climbing down the volcano, Putu and Jero took us to the other side of the mountain to take pictures with the black lava flow. They had great photo skills! After that we were delivered to Agro Santi Wisata (coffee plantation) for the degustation of different kinds of local coffee and tea (including the opportunity to taste and buy luwak which is available for extra fee). The staff at the plantation was friendly and helpful and gave us a short tour of the crops growing there (including cacao) and how the coffee is fire-roasted by hand. Drivers delivered us back to the hotel safely.
This tour is definitely worth it for the money they ask. Strongly recommended!
P.S. advice: In the beginning of the route some person offers you to rent a warmer coat in pretty insisting way, telling that there will be cold on the summit (around 9 degrees). Price for 2 people 150k. In reality temperature on the summit was 18-20 °C) So if you have any coat or tracksuit it will be more than enough for you to stay warm and you don't really need that.

We had an amazing time and strongly recommend this opportunity. They were very responsive and helped us book with only a few days notice. Our guide and part time driver, Jero, was also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The other driver with Jero was also very good and careful at maneuvering the crazy Bali holiday traffic. We strongly recommend the Hot Springs add-on, as it was perfect after a long hike. Do note that there are two paths up Mt. Batur, one hard and one easy. The hard one is challenging, and I consider myself in reasonable shape. Radna was extremely helpful in guiding us up Mt. Batur and then taking all the pictures we could ever want at the top. This was a highlight of our trip to Bali - strongly recommend and ask for Jero, his co-driver, and Radna!

It was so hard to climb Mt.Batur,but there was a fine view from the top of the mountain.On the way to descent,our youngest son sprained.The gide(Ms.Putu) helped for us to call biketaxi.The hotel we stayed in Ubud was in the place where the car can not enter, but our driver (Mr.Jero) explained the pickup location easier to understand.

The tour was incredible. The drive there and back was very smooth and timely, and Jero is a great and friendly guide, I would definitely recommend requesting him to drive as he knows the area very well and speaks very good English. Yuni was our tour and hike guide and was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and very sweet. I would also recommend asking for her as the tour guide as the knew the hiking route and best sitting spot at the top of the mountain.

From the time that putu Adie picked me up at 2:30 am we joked and laughed all the way to the base of the mountain where Didi took over as my personal guide to the top and back down. It was a little cool out so i was glad to have been able to purchase a jacket at the base beforehand. Then Made was a very gracious and informative host at the coffee plantation. Highly recommended tour!

The tour started punctual at my hostel, where jero and gede picked me up. They were really nice and made the tour really pleasant! They took me to the starting point of the trekking, which Dede guided. It was a really nice route and Dede knew it really well. I felt safe and he told some interesting facts. It was a hard but pleasant way up there with Dede and his good mood. The reward was a stunning view, you couldn’t even believe! I would recommend it to everyone!
