Well.. what an interesting morning this was. Having woken up very excited for the day ahead when I arrived I was soon very angry. First ride of the day I was told I was “too heavy” - now I know I’m 6ft5 and have a beer belly but the staff were having a giraffe. One minute I’m too heavy and the next my partner was too light. Having gone down the ride regardless at my own risk I was still in one piece upon arrival at the end of the slide with some very disgruntled lifeguards who for once wanted to pay some attention.
A common theme was the lifeguards on their phones and not paying any attention to the pools or slides- if there was a real emergency you’d be on your own just like the Titanic was. None of them can surely be real lifeguards?
The pools were very dirty (bandage floating round the lazy river) and many tiles missing from the bottom of the pools.
The Wave Pool - underwhelming. Just like when I saw the food on offer around the park.
The whole experience was unpleasant and if Stevie Wonder could have seen this Waterpark he would have been very upset.
To finish, I’d recommend having a deep clean upon completion of your day. It was like bathing in muddy water at times. Enjoy Folks!

For 2 adults, we paid £22 each including transfer from hotel. So really reasonable price.
However, we went on the 28th of August, and with super bad luck, it ended up being a day where they decided to close the main tower of 6 rides at 12am for the rest of the day. (one of the rides was actually unavailable from the beginning of the day).
When asking around why they decided to close, none of the staff could answer and said it was “top secret”. Naturally a lot of people were angry, asking for refunds and leaving as the park only has 9 rides available in total, leaving us 3 to actually reuse again, and again….
As me and my boyfriend weren’t able to leave due to arranged transfer at 5pm, we decided to lounge around, use the lazy river, and eat.
Now, despite being in a bad mood from the the rides being closed, all of the food you could order, was extremely expensive. Feeling like it was ripping us off. Despite only being the two of us. It’s hard to imagine the total expense for a family where the children would naturally get hungry & thirsty.
The lockers were good as you had them for the whole day after paying for them. And the wrist band system was easy to use. However, if you loaded your wrist band with cash, you can get the money back, but if you use card, you cannot.
At the end of the day, I went up to the higher staff, explained how we were left in the dark knowing why they were even closed, and how disappointed we were, I asked for the partial refund that other people were getting. The man ended up telling me I wasn’t able to get this as I was there the whole day, and should have left at 1 if I wanted this. Which was ridiculous, as if me and my boyfriend got the partial refund at 1pm, it would have just been used to get a taxi back to our hotel. Really disappointing day, they did offer us to come back another day, but I really don’t want to go back again.

Recently visited this water park.on the whole very good.couple of tips.when you pay to go in get your sunbeds straight away.you can load your wristband with money after. Get there early.if you pre book with one of the trip stalls you see everywhere you go in a smaller queue to get in.only load your wristband with cash ,turkish or English,you will get the change after.you won't if you pay by card.the only downside to our day there was the fact no one was letting go of their rings and even stashing them behind sunbeds.younger kids had no chance as it was the adults doing this.this said had two good days there ,oh and food is expensive inside and they search your bags for food.went twice ,84 pounds for three adults and one child and another 60 pounds on food and pop.

We bought tickets with transfer from a street seller in calis.
The price was £ 60 for 2 adults and 1 child.. we were happy enough with this. The transfer had no air con so it was roasting hot. It was only 20 to 25 minutes but long enough.
If you have taken any of your own food or drink they search your bags and take it off you at the entry point
You then have to load money onto an electronic wrist band to spend on site.
Be warned.....if you load it with cash you can get a refund of any money you don't spend on site. If you load it using a debit / visa you do not get a refund.
So, as a guide. A medium pizza, 6 chicken bites and 1 chips, 3 drinks cost £30.
The food was of good quality.
The photos they take of you are £8 each.
There are plenty of good sized lockers. Again this is charged at a fee from you wrist band.
There are loads of sun loungers. You o have to pay extra for cabana style beds, but you actually don't spend much time on the loungers. There is a big pool with a wave machine. Medium size ids bit and a younger kids bit. Plus the usual slides and lazy river.
We had a lot of fun and were not stuck for something to do.
We had a really good day, but just remember to take plenty of cash.

Let’s do the positives first. The park is nice enough, clean & well kept with a good number sun beds. The food and drinks are expensive but if you are entering a monopoly location you need to expect to pay more.
The not so good bits.
If you charge your wristband in cash then you can get a refund, if you charge it with a credit card they keep any residual monies left on it - you’ve no idea of prices inside the park, so no idea of what to put on the wristband.
We arrived about 10:15 and by 12 the main tower with 6 slides on it was out of action and remained so for the day. With a 15 yr old in tow who wasn’t interested in the small slides it was pretty disappointing. We were told two hours before it was back up and running but we left after 4 hours and nothing had changed. I’m assuming this is all down to poor maintenance given that its the height of the summer season towards the end of August.
If you’re thinking about going and like me carrying a bit of ‘timber’ then be aware there are weight limits on the slides. 80kg for an individual and 160kg combined if there are two of you going at the same time. This will leave some disappointed.

The park itself is very nice. There are a lot of slides to choose from, some more thrilling than others and very suitable for families.
The issue was with the terrible hotel transfer which this booking is all about. They were 45 mins late for pickup. Then when we wanted to get back the front desk misspelled our hotel name for another hotel which has a very similar name. An honest mistake that happens. But the issue was with the driver that drove us to the wrong hotel and when we said to him that this is not the right hotel and that the front desk wrote the wrong name on his list he started shouting and wanted to drop us 15 mins away from our hotel. Our hotel was very close on his way back but it took us a lot of talking to convince him to drop us at our hotel. He drove and got us near our hotel and refused to drop us at it directly and we continued for 5 minutes by foot. Terrible experience and will not recommend this hotel transfer service.
You are better off booking a taxi and paying for entry to the park on the spot which is also cheaper.

We had a really good five hours at the water park.
We went on a Saturday (10am - 5pm) which I’d previously read was normally ‘quieter’ than most other days. This appeared to be the case when we went.
We went on all the rides multiple times. Longest queuing was probably 10-15 mins max (rare) however on most rides it was only 2-3 minutes.
We generally got a ring pretty quickly when needing one. It was apparent that there were some people feverishly holding onto them whilst only sitting around.
It costs £22.00 per adult for entry.
You don’t need to get lockers really. We didn’t. Our items were out of sight in our bags which we placed under the sun loungers. The place felt safe and friendly.
We chose not to eat at the venue, instead having a big breakfast before going and seeing it through for five hours. I understand having young children, this might not be possible?
Our bag was not checked on entry. I saw nobody’s bag being checked.
The rides / venue is generally operated by young adults / teenagers who appear very laid back and not particularly dynamic. I expect that any bag search that is completed is unlikely to be very thorough? 😜

Visited the park on the 14th Aug. Visited last year and had a great day so recommended to friends. This year we were very disappointed. I’m happy not to bring my own food in, I understand this, however in such high temperatures I think you should be allowed to bring your own water in for health and safety of all visitors. Maybe bring empty plastic bottles and have water stations where these can be filled up.
The biggest disappointment was the organisation! Not enough rings, so once people had them they kept hold and wouldn’t share. I saw numerous families with tongs under loungers, sat eating lunch with rings, whilst our children could not use these slides that needed them and there’s about 4 out of the main 9 that require them.
I reported this to reception and complained on Instagram. I did see some staff take them off people however the main issue was by the lazy river, people queuing to get them but the life guard not taking them off anyone as they got out. We asked many people who just replied we’ve not finished. The life guard made no attempt. A head lifeguard was around, so I mentioned it again but nothing was done.
Have to say I’m really disappointed and felt it was very poor organisation and no attempt to sort the situation. There were lots of very unhappy people!
Please be warned if visiting to avoid children, like ours being disappointed!

This review is for the water park only.
Overall, my partner and our friend had a good day here. The park is clean and looks to be fairly well maintained.
There are a good number of slides, some which require a ring/tube and some that do not - the ring/tube slides are a little problematic (see below).
However, a few things should be noted:
- You cannot bring your own food and drink into the park - they will check your bags and confiscate any food and drink they find. You can purchase food and drink on site using the wristband system they have in place (you load this at the Pay Point near the entrance - do so in cash so you can get the remaining balance back).
- There are minimum and maximum weight limits for the slides. Minimum looks to be at least 60kg. They will weigh you before you ride if they think you are under/over the limits (this is typically in full view of everyone queueing).
The biggest issue is the ring/tube management - there is none and the staff do nothing to help!
People keep them, take them back to their sun loungers/cabanas and you are stuck waiting in the lazy river to get one from someone else that might just be willing to give it to you. If they don't, you could be stood there waiting for well into an hour or more!
The park really should be managing this better!
Once people have ridden a ride, staff should take the ring and give it to the next person queueing.
Even better, install a system to take the rings to the top automatically (there is plenty of space to do this).
This system would also mean that people aren't queueing on the stairs with rings/tubes.

Went to the water park as an excursion from our hotel. We got good information as we arrived about lockers, changing rooms and wristbands, these are used as payment which need to be loaded up at the pay point. What we weren't told is that you needed to get a ring and keep it. We managed to go on 3 slides that didn't need rings. Two of which we got stuck on as they were slow and needed to work our way off them. The fish bowl style slide was good. Normal water parks operate by giving rings back as soon as you have finished the ride. This one had people sat on them having lunch, sunbathing with them to keep hold of them, which prevents anyone else from being able to go on the slides needing the rings. We saw people taking rings off other people's sunbeds when they weren't looking. We had an hour and a half there and could not get hold of a ring at all. Shame as the slides looked quite good. We decided to go to the wave pool to try and salvage something but again this was very underwhelming. At this point we decided to leave and take a taxi back to our hotel. Never been to a water park that operates like this ever. If people gave their rings back after each ride, this would be a much fairer way to operate, as it would give everyone a chance to enjoy the slides. Would not recommend.
