It was the most incredible experience of my life. Being so close to the gorillas, seeing how they live, is indescribable. My guides: Mustafa and Ashraf, were amazing, very attentive, we had a lot of fun (very important since the trip to Bwindi from Entebbe takes 11 hours)

WOW! What an amazing experience we have had with Native Africa tours. We knew they would be amazing as we have used them before for other trips. Our guides, Chris and Deus, are full of knowledge, put our priorities first, and communicate clearly about the itinerary. On the way to Bwindi, we had many stops and got to see some wildlife on the way. This made the drive from Kampala to Bwindi not feel long at all. The lodge near Bwindi had a fantastic view, one that you can only dream of, overlooking Bwindi forest and got us all excited for the trekking the next day. During dinner we got all information and tips for the trekking and to prepare us for the early morning the next day. The trekking definitely was the best thing we’ve ever done. Seeing the Gorillas up close is just unreal. When we came back, the guides were waiting for us in order to go to the next activity. I cannot recommend this organisation enough. They’ve always made sure that we get the absolute best experience possible and that’s exactly what we got!

The experience was amazing. Our drivers were extremely knowledgeable and caring. We were able to take incredible photos and enjoy being out in beautiful nature of Uganda.

Very professional and important suggestions when planning our highly customized double gorilla trekking experience. Chris is a very kind and experienced guide, always on time, with helpful tips and made our trip to once in a lifetime experience.

We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful Uganda with our guide Chris. He picked us up from the airport on time and gave us a nice introduction to Uganda. We were with Chris for 6 days and we can't tell where the time went! We did a community walk one of the mornings which was wonderful to explore a local community in Kibale. We then went Chimpanzee trekking and this was a remarkable experience - the rangers were very experienced and looked after us well. We went to Queen Elizabeth national park and this was stunning - Chris pointed out all the animals to us and took us to where the action was at so we got an opportunity to see a huge variety of animals. Our boat safari in Kazhinga Channel was excellent too, we got very close to lots of elephants. We went Gorilla Trekking and this was a fantastic experience - the rangers and guides here were very experienced and knowledgeable, and we got to see gorillas closely after a great trek through the forest. The lodges we stayed at were superb, had wonderful service and lovely welcoming staff. They also had stunning views. Chris looked after us very well, he was an excellent driver and gave us a lot of information about the country and culture and the wildlife. He carefully planned the trip so we got to see the most amount of things while we were here, and took into considerations our needs too. The tour was organised in the best way to support the local communities, and I felt this gave us an authentic welcoming lovely experience. He even managed to get us some jackfruit to try on our last day! He was extremely resourceful and well connected and knew the roads, the community and people extremely well and it was wonderful to have him as our guide. I would highly recommend Native Africa Tours. Thank you for an incredible adventure 🙏🏽

I and my wife Charlotte conducted a 5 Days Uganda and Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari with Native Africa Tours. Chris is absolutely amazing. He fully customized our trip with spacious lodges and an excellent 4WD safari van.
Our Guide Victor picked us from Kigali international Airport and took us through the entire Trip. Victor was soo accommodating and Friendly.
Native Africa Tours and their team ensured security and safety during our stay on the trip.

I went on a 3-days trip to visit the gorillas in Bwindi from Kigali. The communication with Chris upfront was very good, he always responded quickly.
My driver Victor was an excellent driver. He stopped at interesting places where I could enjoy the view and helped me with the formalities at the border between Rwanda and Uganda.
Victor informed me well about the gorilla trekking, what to wear and bring and the options for different lengths of the walk. He arranged everything for me
The accommodation near Bwindi was beautiful, the staff was very helpful and the bungalows had an amazing view.

This was a super trip in Uganda with Great Adventures Uganda! Everything ran smoothly and I totally recommend this trip to everyone who would like to track the Gorillas or visit Uganda. GAU gained my trust (not an easy thing!) to book a trip with them. I was picked up and dropped off at the location that I wanted. My driver was always on time and very reliable. I would have liked him to be a bit more talkative during our trip, so that I would have had the opportunity to learn more about Uganda. He was nevertheless kind and I liked him a lot as a person :)

Loved my experience with Native African tours and can say I would honestly book with them again. We completed the six day gorilla trekking tour that included game drives, chimpanzee trek, boating and heaps of additional fun along the way. Native African tours was very professional and went above and beyond to make our experience in Uganda great. The accomodation was breathtaking, the pictures do not do them justice. Chris was fantastic, he had great communication and quick replies with my 101 questions. Chris and Native African tours were so accommodating even when I asked add additional members to our group after the original booking.I felt there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our experience.
Our guide Racheal was absolutely amazing, so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I loved the small group size, it was just us group of girls and it definitely felt like a family. I highly recommended!

A few days packed with gorilla trekking, chimpanzee trek, game drives, boating and lots of fun! Native African tours was very professional and went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Chris was easy to communicate and Responded very quickly to all questions/ queries. Our guide Rachel was amazing! Felt like a girls/friends trip with her. Very professional yet felt very much like a friend. I highly recommend Rachel and native Africa tours if you are planning an Ugandan adventure.
