Grandis Hotel is in a perfect location, adjoining with Surius Mall. Walking distance to the food stalls. Coconut smoothies a must have and kaya toast with butter as well.

Smooth and well planned tour, accommodating and suitable for elderly. Spacious and comfortable bus with friendly Chinese speaking tour guide (Tan). Seamless booking experience with sales person Anthony Wong as well. Would highly recommend.

Amazing guild, nice tour, friendly for the kids. My kids love it visiting the nature park at mount Kinabalu and feeding the cows with milk and grass.

The Rumah Terbalik experience was very mediocre except for the photo which they took for us and made into a fridge magnet. We liked the rest of the tour. The Nabalu Market is interesting and bustling with tourists, the view to see the Mt. Kinabalu was good but it was too cloudy so unable to see 100%. We enjoyed the Kinabalu Park visit where we got to see the foot of the mountain and the lodge accommodation which we came across looks presentable for a mountain-stay experience. Lunch was sumptuous and good at the Pine Resorts Restaurant, we had 2 vegetable dishes, 1 chicken dish, 1 prawn dish and a large bowl of soup with rice. After that we proceeded to the Desa Cow Farm which looked pretty much like the "Little New Zealand" as advertised. Good experience looking at the cow milking area, the barns and the calf feeding area with lots of photos. A very good experience overall and the tour guide Neil from Amazing Borneo Tours did a very good job and is also a very safe driver.

We went first at Rumah Terbalik, at first we are amazed with an attraction like this. It was a great experience with my family, we had so much fun taking pictures outside and enjoy the view. Next, we went to Desa Dairy Farm, even though it's our 3rd time there, we still love it. The pick up was on time we didn't have any trouble about it, also our driver is very kind and you can chitchat with him and ask questions about the place. All in all thanks to Amazing Borneo for this AMAZING experience. ❤️

It was overall an amazing & extremely fun experience! I will surely go back here for another fun experience! I would highly suggest Amazing Borneo for any excursions because they are reliable, have a clear schedule, and give us enough time to snap pictures and explore about at our leisure.

Went for the Kinabalu Park tour with Neil as our tour guide. It was overall an amazing & extremely fun experience! He’s so experienced at navigating the roads & was so helpful when we were at Kinabalu Park, Upside Down House, Desa Diary Farm & is really funny as well. Neil was so knowledgeable with the history and everything regarding the destinations we were at. He always volunteered to help us take pictures and explained in detail about the various locations we were visiting, giving recommendations of what we should purchase or consider there. Highly recommend Amazing Borneo for any tours as they are very reliable and have a clear itinerary, with sufficient time for us to take pictures and roam freely.

We really enjoyed this day tour and loved all the places that the tour took us to, especially Kundasang (so pretty!). The tour also included the Desa Dairy Farm (make sure you taste the ice cream there), Kinabalu Park Botanical Gardens, and the village of Pekan Nabalu which turned out to be the best viewing spot for Mount Kinabalu.
Our tour guide, Joel, was very friendly and approachable. He was also very aware and informed about the places we visited. He answered all our questions and really made our trip enjoyable. He made sure we had ample time at each stop and drove us around safely while on the road.
Overall, the tour was very affordable, enjoyable and interesting to us. We appreciate all the help and information that was provided when we booked this tour online, and the genuine friendliness and ease we felt during the tour itself.
Should I come back to Sabah in future, I would definitely book with Amazing Borneo Tours again.

We had a wonderful time at Kinabalu Park with 3D2N package.
I feel the preparation is informative, customer service, Debbie is very responsive and prep us with the things to bring and what to expect.
When we arrived at the airport, the driver and guide are hospitable, giving us a tour about Kota Kinabalu since it is our first trip.
Back at the base, the captain briefed us with very clear instructions about the hike and things to take note.
Last but not least, I must give my highest recommendation to our guide, Jahirin Ren Ginsos who took good care of us. He has more than 13 years of experience and I am sure he named all the rocks and pebbles at Kinabalu Park.
Do not underestimate Jahirin, he may be small in size, he has a big heart and strength!

Recently went Kinabalu national park and Desa cow farm tour with my family. We had a great time with this tour package. The van was clean and well maintained. Also, the tour guide, Mr Tan, was very helpful and knowledge. Lunch was decent as well. I would like to recommend Amazing Borneo Tours to other travelers!
