A great way to spend a day in KL. Air Malaysia cancels flights way too easily and left us stranded for 12 hours. Harry our private tour guide fetched us, took us everywhere and back to the airport. Made the day fun and interesting. Highly recommend!

Terrible service delivery. Driver was not at the agreed location (arrivals gate 6). After waiting almost 1 hour and a half, I canceled. I almost miss scheduled tours. I do not recommend

Amazing Tour if you are on a Layover in Kula Lumpur and want to see the city- pickup and drop off at the airport :) Faizal (my driver and Tourguide) was the best I had in a long time- he spoke amazing English and was very knowledgeable on all the sights, culture, etc! He ensured that it was a great day and did not feel like a layover - 100% recommend him and the company/ tour

This tour was honestly great. We had only a few hours in KL and our driver Halim was absolutely amazing. He knew what he was talking about, giving plenty of facts about the city and was very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a few hours to spare in KL. Big thanks to Halim for making our trip great!

First this tour should not have been offered if your layover is anything less than 10 hours. My layover was 7 hours which indicated in my reservation and should have never been accepted. I booked this trip the night before which had been fine on my previous Viator trips. (Please reference an additional Viatior charge for $220 on 01NOV2019, this trip went fine!) All through customs/immigration multiple airport employees said leaving the airport is a bad ideas as the Kuala Lumpur is over an hour away and even longer with traffic. Well I did not get to make the decision if I should go or not on my own because no one was at the arrival hall with a pager as stated in the instruction. After looking for the person of 20-30 minutes, I emailed the company to see where they were. (Please keep in mind Airport Wi-Fi is very unreliable). I then begin receiving multiple phone calls and text from different Malaysian numbers. One from somebody in the office, I suppose and another from driver. The people on the phone proceeded to give me conflicting information, One saying to go outside and look for the driver, the other saying to go back to the arrival hall and then another instruction to stay where I was at. Keep in mind international calls are not FREE. At this point 1 ½ hours has elapsed and I still cannot find anybody. After very hostile calls and text messages, I did not feel comfortable going on a tour with ANYBODY from this company. It was nothing but Chaos and confusion! I tried to get my money back from Viator via phone and they keep telling me about their cancellation policy. The thing is I never canceled! No one was every in the Arrival Hall with a pager with my name on it! The reason I know no one was every out there because the driver was supposedly in the front of the airport waiting on me! How can the driver be in the car and the airport with a pager at the same time.
I should have known this was a bad idea before I booked. There were only 2 or 3 reviews and one of them told the truth. Unfortunately, I cannot find said review on the website any longer, but if you look at the stars you can see there is another one star but the review is removed.
I am a victim of fraudulent services I did not receive. This is their scheme to offer services that are impossible to experience! After wasting 1 ½ looking for someone to no avail, Why would any rational person leave the airport and risk missing their international flight with this Chaos and Confusion Company?

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding regarding your review with us, we take these situations very seriously indeed. We will give fully explanation as below.
Before this I need to explain that we respect our customers review and feeling, but I should explain all the above point what value customer highlighted since use the word "Scam & Fraudulent" word is really disturbing to our organisation.
Please find all the proof that we as a organisation follow steps.

Becase we cannot share any link on TripAdvisor and we able to submit all the proof.
1) Customer should book the correct package. We not able to cancel or reject the booking what customer booked.becase we clearly mentioned the duration of the tour. ( Please check our product page, clearly state the duration of this tour)
2) Once we recive the booking, already acknowledge to customer with all instructions.

4) When the time you contact us, my reservation team already reply you with again instructions.

After we fully investigate this Matter, we are understand that customer was not intresting to join this tour since he worried about duration of tour.
If this matter inform us on the day, we was not waiting and consider to do some refund ( since we already arrange the full service)
Regarding your comment we are maintaining 4.5 star overall ranking with personal touch with all customers.we are surprised.
We are respect to customer feedback since all the time customer is correct. Unfortunately the few points where you was highlighted are need to correct and we already contact you private. But there is no response from your end.
Overall we are as a organisation will fully take responsibility and ownership to make sure our customers are getting all the service as per booking.
Same if we are scam or fraudulent mean, not able to maintain 4.5 star overall experience with TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2019 award.
I appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the Tour, to ensure that our guest leave us feeling happy.

We hebben niets anders gezien vanaf vliegveld en terug dan enorme files. Veel regen. Kort de twin towers ( 5 min) en niet Zo comfortabele auto. Chauffeur reuze aardig maar excuseerde zich dat hij geen tourgids was maar slechts chauffeur. Ondanks ook slecht Engels wel zijn fooi verdient. Hij baalde ook . Na 3 1/2 uur ( bewust terug gereden omdat er geen doorkomen aan was) blij terug te zijn in ons hotel opvliegveld. Zonde van het geld.Beslist dus geen aanrader.

Family if 5 including 3 teenage kids. We had a 12.5 hr stopover in KL on Sunday 28 July. First time ever. The airport exits onto a shopping mall - just to make it a little confusing but inviting at the same time. Plenty of taxi scouts hanging around pillars. A few approached us a new we asked about a day trip to a few sites. Thier rates were around MYR 500 for 4 hrs.. but they did warn about unpredictable traffic on the return journey that could extend the time. It took us around an hour to get to the PETRONAS twin towers. We had to make sure we had free wifi hotspots to be able to communicate via WhatsApp with the taxi driver. He dropped us outside the adjacent mall entrance around midday. We found the ticket office who advised tickets for that days slots were already sold out that morning - what a disappointment, especially being new and the driver not giving us a little advise or pre-warning. Anyway we went out the front and took upward selfies of the towers. Went back in to find free wifi and got the driver to take us to near China town for lunch at a renowned cafe Arches, as per the tourist map from the airport. This was via Hard Rock cafe to collect my KL shot glass:-). The drive was only around 15mins. We sat down in the cafe and ordered a variety of Malaysian dishes and the waiter replied none of the Malay dishes are available to day, just the western dishes like fish and chips - well reeeally, all the way to KL just for fish and chips! We left and went Central Market right next door. Wow, a very big souvenir style indoor market with AC. We found a food court and had some delicious Malay food and then shopped. The girls bought souvenir delights and clothing where asy son found a nice pair of cheap "branded" running shoes for MYR 80 (cheeeap). There was a fish tank also there where you sat with your feet in for that therapy session - MYR 10 for 15 mins. We wanted to also visit two nearby temples but didn't have time and had to return to the airport. The overall time taken was 5.5 hrs but the driver charged for 5. Overall it was a great day out but we did wish we had information to be able to plan it better and see a little more. Definately recommend a day trip if you have time due by your transit in KL.

Hello What is the latest time you can book this tour ? We arrive in KL tomorrow 10.45am? But I need to check with airline we will be allowed out of the airport and won’t know these details till about 7.00am KL time is that too late ?

Edit: the tower ticket counter only opens in the morning. Please try their website in case it has online booking. We didn't know or planned anything prior to landing and just rolled with it :-)

Hi, no sorry I didn't get any notifications from Trip Advisor about your message.
Btw we left our luggage at the airport luggage lockers and then got a taxi driver from the ones standing outside the terminal exit (shopping mall). The experience was good but your 4hours might be tight for multiple locations so keep it down to 2/3.
