Thank you Priscilla for taking the time to write a second review. I am very sorry that you were so unhappy with our services, resulting in two reviews from you. I am surprised that Trip Advisor has allowed you to write two reviews for the same trip. As we mentioned in our first response to your review, we did provide you the best service possible. We were at the agreed upon meeting location at the specified time, but did not find you for another two hours after the agreed upon meeting time and we reimbursed you for the unused portion of your tour. I hope that you can forgive us for the inconvenience and distress you have experienced. We wish you well on all your future travel plans, thank you for your time.

Miss Priscilla, I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience with us. I believe there was some difficulties in our mutual communication. I personally met with you in Cusco and gave you your tickets and explained to you where we would meet you and the services we were providing. My driver picked you up from your Hotel and then your guide Dany also picked you up at the train station in Aguas Calientes. He then took you to Machu Picchu, and you arranged a meeting time with him, but he told me you were not there, so we looked for you and he found you couple of hours later. Everything we offered you was provided. We waited for you at the agreed upon location and time, but we did not find you until later in the day.
