Parken var profesjonelt drevet med flinke folk og godt organiserte aktiviteter (zipline, ridning, tubing og hot spring med valcano mud). Det var veldig vakkert og spesielt tubing var gøy! Must do excursion! We went during the off season which was perfect because we got a small group. Every single activity was so much fun. I did zip lining 6 months ago in Hawaii, but this course was even prettier. We truly enjoyed everything that we did while we were at the Hacienda.
We paid extra for pickup at the Andaz but it was totally worth it! Pickup was right on time. Private shuttle to the meetup point where you can buy souvenirs, food, use the bathroom; then, you take a longer bus ride to the Hacienda.
All of the guides and employees were extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed our conversations with everyone that we met. Every time we got stuck on a rock while rafting (which was a lot), someone helped us to get back on course.
Also, the lunch buffet was great! Definitely the best food I’ve ever been provided at an excursion.

Such a fun solo or family experience. There was a family in my group and everyone was so great with their kids, from the tubing to the zip lining. Tour guide Kevin was super knowledgeable and you can tell his passion for nature as he gave sooo much information about the area/ history. 10/10 recommend.

Make sure you bring your bravest pair of shoes!! This experience gives you just the right amount of danger, where you feel the fear pulsating in your ankles, but the beautiful scenery will motivate you to press on. You will not regret the zipline or tubing at all.

Totally recommend!! this excursion made our entire Costa Rica trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The activities were so much fun!! We absolutely loved the tubing trip and the hot springs. The zip lining was also incredible. The buffet lunch was absolutely delicious. My family cannot say enough great things about how spectacular this place was

I had a fantastic day on this excursion! Everything was well-organized and clearly communicated. Tubing was my favorite part! It was so enjoyable to spend the day surrounded by beautiful nature, with the river and waterfalls. Make sure to bring dry clothes and a swimsuit. My only minor complaint is that it can be a bit inconvenient to switch between dry clothes and a swimsuit multiple times during the trip, although they do provide a nice changing room. All of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, I had a wonderful time!

This was so amazingly fun!!! The staff was all kind and very helpful and knowledgeable. River tubbing and zip line were through beautiful amazing areas. This trip was accessible to 76 year old mother. Her favorite was zip line. Horse ride was ok. Lunch was a very good buffet. Are guide that picked us up was very friendly and kept all our safe on the van. Great trip!

The day started off with a prompt, on time private pick up from the W playa conchal, where we were taken to a meeting point with a larger bus in Tamarindo. Once on the bus, Kevin, the tour guide gave an overview of the day, and things to expect or look out for.
Upon arriving, we were immediately given time to use the restroom and change to go straight to ziplining! They offered a photography package that would provide all photos for the family for $80 - note that if you say yes, they won't hold you to it, but you will have the photographer coming along and taking pictures and you can decide later!
The family loved the ziplining! They were extremely cautious and safe, and my 6 year old was taken care of and allowed to go down almost all the lines with me. The rappelling part of the day is during zip lining and completely optional so don't worry about that.
After ziplining, we were shuttled to horseback riding! It's a very leisurely ride taken through the forest. Nothing extreme about it. Easy peasy.
From ziplining, you have the chance to change and head to river tubing! You're taken on another bus to the tubing start. My 6 year old and 9 year old were OK on it - was probably III-IV level at best, and there are areas where you have to swim/paddle or wait for a guide to give you a push. 2 guides stayed with my 6 year old and helped her through it, they were wonderful.
After ziplining, you're taken back to the main building for a buffet lunch. Food wasn't bad, and hit the spot after so many activities. You can go look at your pictures and purchase them after lunch.
Finally, the hot springs! These were great - very rustic feeling, some (optional) suspension bridges to cross, and very hot water. Being able to use volcanic mud was a nice bonus. There are pools that cascade hot water down to lower temperatures, and you can also take a dip and relax in the river as it is right beside the springs.
All in all, we had an amazing trip. Kevin was an amazing point man, and the guides and workers at the park were friendly and helpful.

Many employees took care of us during activities. Lunch was delicious. Photo package was affordable. Transportation was seamless. (We stayed in Conchal, had to transfer from minivan to main tour bus in Huacas. The next vehicle waited for us.) Nobody asked for tips explicitly. Our order of activity was dry-wet-dry-wet so it required more changes. All change rooms and restrooms are clean and well equiped. We visited on Aug 19 in "rain season" but it was perfect sunny day!

We decided to take a tour with Rincon National Park that included a horse tour, tubing, zip-lining, and the hot springs. Unfortunately, while on the horse tour we along with several others had a terrible accident where several were thrown off their horses, including my partner. A lot of this was due to what I believe were several factors. First, many of the horses were restless and rattled initially when we started on the tour. Many of the horses you could tell did not get along with each other and that led to several of the horses trying to compete with one another while we were on the trail. This led to tight spaces, restless horses, and unenjoyable experience. Also, there was a large group of people (roughly a dozen) on the tour which made the trail incredibly tight and compact. This large of a group did not allow for extra space for the horses as well. Most horse groupings should first include a much smaller group and then also include only horses that get along together to avoid any competition and any issues of tight spaces. While we were on the trail, one of the horses was rattled and it caused several other horses to get rattled and start running too. One woman got bucked onto a barbed wire fence, was severely cut, while three others were bucked off the horses that included severe bruising and near death experiences. My parter was dragged by the horse because he could not get off of one of the hinges and fortunately when finally was able to get off was thrown right underneath a horse which could have easily bucked him with its feet but did not (thank god). With that said, after all the tour was completed, we asked for a refund due to the poor management of the horse trail, including horses in a group that did clearly not get along with each other, and also a large group of people on the tour which made it tough for creating enough space. And Native's Way did not want to give a refund because we agreed to the "dangers" of these activities. When you "agree" to things you usually would do it in confidence that there would be better management of a service such as this. We would have never agreed to the other dangers if we were aware so it felt very unfair. I understand things can happen but if there is an issue with the service and you are unable to take accountability then that is a whole other problem. Not only are customers are at risk for their safety with Native's Way but they are unwilling to help people after the incident. I do have to say the other experiences with tubing, and zip lining were enjoyable though and I would recommend those experiences. But stay away from the horse experience and be ready to have minimal support if anything goes wrong on any of their tours!

The safety of our clients is always our top priority. We are not denying or minimizing the fact that this did happen, four of our clients fell off from their horses during the tour. All clients were given the medical attention needed by the paramedic on site. Once they were all treated, our guide offered them to continue with the tour as scheduled or go back to their hotel with a full refund for the incident. Anika and her partner decided to continue with the rest of the activities because they said "they were feeling fine", and very conveniently requested a refund a week after the incident. We no dot believe this is a fair request to our company as they were already given this option the day of.
We want to clarify that much of what Anika describes is totally false. None of the tour participants were thrown into a barbed wire fence, and none had open wounds. It also has nothing to do with the size of the group nor how these horses get along with each other, this is a regularly operated tour and the group size does not vary much from day to day. What really happened was that the first horse got scared by something he saw on the trail, which caused a chain reaction and the other horses got spooked too.
It is important to understand that when you do activities that involve animals or nature, such as tubing and horseriding, there are factors that are way beyond our control. This is why we provide safety equipment, we have a paramedic on site, and all these details are thoroughly explained to you when signing the waiver.
Clauses #3 and #4 of the waiver that Anika and her companion signed state the following:
- There is a risk involved in this activity and there is moderate physical activity like walking, crossing bridges, doing canopy tour (zipline, rappel, tarzan, via ferrata, hanging bridges), horseback riding, getting into rivers/waterfalls/hot springs, descending through a river on a rubber tube and others.
- You will ride a horse and you could fall from that height.
It is very disappointing to see that despite the help provided after the incident, they want to minimize the quality of the tour for something that we simply cannot control. We do take accountability and everthing that needed to be done, was done.

Hi! If this is the Condovac in Playa Hermosa, yes - they share the same gate as Villa Sol (where we stayed) and they picked us up right on time at the front gate. They also texted us the night before to confirm pickup time and location, which I so appreciated.
The lunch was a buffet at and there were many, many options including rice, beans, tortillas, bread, fruit, vegetables, dessert, salads, etc. so I'm sure you can find many things that are vegetarian.

Dans la description il est écrit qu’il y a un guide d’inclus dans l’activité, mais lorsque je veux réserver j’ai l’option avec ($$$) ou sans guide. Si je choisi « sans guide » est-ce que je pourrai m’y retrouver sans difficulté à travers les activités, les repas et le parc?

No you can't. Each section of the zipline is joined together, so you have to complete each section to get to the end.

Yes, I would recommend bringing towels. At the hot springs portion, a towel rental is included for you to use.

What is the weight restriction for the activities, including zip lining.

I never saw a weight restriction listed. When I did this excursion I was 250 lbs.
