My wife and I joined a group of 11 that Kurt led up Lions Head. Kurt was fantastic and made the whole experience really enjoyable! He professionally catered for the needs of the whole group and gave us some great insights into Lions Head, Table Mountain and Cape Town.

It was an awesome hike with a perfect organization. Our guide Kurt explained a lot about Cape Town - he was fantastic! The tour was absolutely safe and definitely a highlight on our trip. Thank you!

Had an amazing time doing the sunset hike with my partner. Kurt was a fantastic guide, very knowledgable and not only did we feel safe on the hike with him leading the group, but he also knew the best spots to avoid crowded routes and for the best views. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to climb Lion’s Head!

Wir wurden am Hotel abgeholt und zum Treffpunkt gebracht, was super lief. Da wir eine große Gruppe waren, haben wir uns in kleinere Gruppen, je nach Fitnesslevel, aufgeteilt.
Wir sind mit Idrees gewandert, der viel Rücksicht auf uns nahm und uns mit einigen spannenden Informationen bereicherte.
Pünktlich zum Sonnenaufgang waren wir oben, es gab sogar Snacks und es wurden Fotos von uns gemacht.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es jederzeit wieder machen

What an amazing hike and all-round experience :) This is the first hike I did the day I landed in Cape Town and I'm so glad I signed up. Tauriq and Kurt were super helpful prior to the hike, sending us all the information we needed beforehand. On the hike, Kurt was an amazing guide - he made sure each person was comfortable and okay throughout the hike, he was also really informative, telling us interesting facts and stories throughout. He went above and beyond as a photographer, taking pictures for everyone in the group. He also knew all the best spots for photos and taking in the sunset. I'd highly recommend doing this hike if you're in Cape Town.

Challenging but fun Hike. Codi did a great job leading the whole hike and giving us a pretty good overview of what we saw along the way. I went for the sunrise tour and the views at the top were amazing. I recommend booking!

I had a wonderful sunset hike with the guides Kurt and Codi. They are friendly, professional and very helpful. What an awesome experience. Highly recommend.

The tour was very well organized form the communication prior to meeting point. The whole path was well explained into detail. Codi and Kurt are the best guides you could have asked. The over all knowledge of the hike, history and area are very well mastered by both of them. They will be helping guests if needed, my lady was very afraid and of the hike and she did find it challenging. Codi especially was there the entire time to give guidance and push, helping her to accomplish the hike all the way to the top.

Hello! My partner & I would love to do the sunrise hike at the end of October. We wondered what time we would be back at our hotel, as to whether we would be back before check out time?

You make prior arrangements with your guide or host, which is recommended (for them to advise you on the best routes, best spots for photos and which plants not to touch along the track since they are poisonous).
There were many solo unguided hikers too. There is no entry fee or entry restrictions.
