Great tour and great experience . Iguazu falls are amazing. Tour guide, Sandra, met us at airport and was very knowledgeable and very helpful for any occasions and any our request. definitely recomend this tour and tour giude Sandra for anyone, who want to see this mirackle of Nature.

The falls are incredibly beautiful and 1000% worth visiting! The reason my review is 3 starts is a number of things:
- this day tour was really only 4 hours on the park compared to about 8/9 hours in airports/on airplanes
- a large part of the Iguazu was closed which I was not told about until I arrived so we couldn’t go to the main viewpoint. I also had to pay £40 extra to go on the boat and for lunch so the huge amount I paid before didn’t seem to get me much
- my tour guide seemed very bored/ not wanting to be there and was on her phone texting the whole time we were walking around
For the very very high cost, the tour itself wasn’t worth it, though seeing the falls definitely is. I recommend finding a tour once you’re there (buying your own plane tickets and Ubers is much cheaper to get there and back).

What a way to end our stay in Argentina! We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, from our 04:45 am pickup at our hotel in Buenos Aires, to our return that night at 21:30. The Iguazu Falls were in torrential flood of a caramel colour from the sediment, after excessive rains in Brazil the week before. Absolutely spectacular! Rene our guide was caring, informative and very helpful. The 4 x 4 truck drive through the jungle was an eye opener for someone who has never seen a jungle in real life, and what absolute fun the boat trip was, although we could not go under the spray or too near the falls due to safety factors. I also want to acknowledge Signature Tours Travel Advisor, Agustín Lopez, who assisted and advised on our booking for this trip. His patience and help was greatly appreciated. Mohammed, our driver in Buenos Aires both morning and evening, was a guide in his own right! Thank you to him as well. I will have no hesitation in recommending this trip to anyone with limited time in Buenos Aires, wanting to see Iguazu Falls. Everything was organised for us - we just had to be ready to be picked up.

This was an excellent one day trip to the falls. Communication through WhatsApp was consistent and responsive and our driver in Buenos Aires was on time and friendly. Our guide at the falls was excellent and knowledgeable with a passion for the park and the region. She was great at spotting wildlife as well. We decided to do the optional boat ride. It was very fun, but it’s a good thing we did some research and brought a change of clothes for a dry trip back to the city.
It was a very long day with flights, but worth doing if you only have a day to see the falls.

I reserved this trip almost a month out. A few days before I was told the flights were sold out and my trip would not happen. I still have not received my money back.

Aerolineas Argentinas changed the flights so you could not take it. We already refunded the money. It takes from 3 to 5 working days so you will see it in the next days. Just in case we will double check with Viator.

El tour fue increíble, las vistas son espectaculares y todo salió excelente. La agencia siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo, la guía y los choferes con un servicio impecable. Disfrutamos muchísimo el día sin duda vale la pena este tour.

Such an amazing experience! First off, the tour company made all the plane arrangements and arranged the driver, Mohammed, to pick me up at the hotel to take me to the airport and to pick me up again at the end to get me back to the hotel. (Mohammed was also my driver to and from the Tango show I booked with the same company so I kind of had my own personal driver which was quite nice and Mohammed was a great driver) At the park, it was just me and the guide, Rene, for the whole day so I ended up having a private tour the park. He highlighted all the best places to take pictures and let me have basically as much time as I wanted to take pictures. It was a long day but just an amazing experience. I did go in the off season and it was still rather crowded so I can't imagine how it is in the height of tourist season. Just something to keep in mind. I chose to do the 3 trails and skip the boat since I didn't bring a change of clothes. If you do want/plan to take the boat ride, definitely bring a change of clothes including shoes.

Wonderful day. The falls are magnificent and we had a great guide to visit them with. Her name is Roxana.

Our private Day tour of Iguazu Falls by Signature Tours was absolutely perfect, with one small hiccup at the end (later). They couldn't have been more helpful, clear on their instructions, professional or nice!! Claudia was with us every step of the way in planning and on "our big day", it went great!
The driver picked us up at 5 am (ugh, but necessary) and we were at the airport and gate for our flight with much time to spare (just like I like it!). Upon landing, Sofia met us and off we went on our fabulous private tour. Immediately Sofia suggested that if we wanted to do a boat ride on the river, we schedule right away. The ticket desk said they were sold out, but after a call to the office (and a manager at the ticket desk), we secured the last 4 tickets for the boat ride we wanted (and needed) for our schedule.
The falls was spectacular and pictures or videos could never do it justice. We had a quick lunch at the cafeteria (a simple meal, but well prepared) and then off to the boat ride around the falls, which clearly was our highlight. Sofia was friendly, knowledgable, professional and super helpful given all of the walking (and stairs) and she kept the pace easy and managable.
Our flight back was uneventful although the driver never showed up at the airport to take us back to the hotel. After waiting around for 30 minutes, we simply hopped a cab and let the office know that their driver was a no-show (apparently, he gave the office some excuse about the roads to airport being closed, but other drivers were there waiting for their guests...go figure!) No harm, no foul....Signature tours was terrific and I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!!!

From the beginning you were accompanied by the staff of the organizer via whatsapp. I traveled alone and then had from the airport in Iguaza in Sandra an excellent and knowledgable guide who told me everything about the history and nature of the national park. She always had the time in mind and was with her positive and friendly nature an excellent travel companion with whom I felt very comfortable. I can highly recommend this trip.

Hola. Primero, no hablo español, así que estoy usando el traductor de Google. Lo siento si la traducción no es excelente. No sé el costo de un recorrido por el parque si no reserva un recorrido con anticipación. Cuando visité el parque, las opciones de recorrido fueron caminar por los 3 senderos o caminar por 2 de los senderos y dar el paseo en bote. Elegí caminar por los 3 senderos porque no quería mojarme montando en el bote.

I read in a previous review that this excursion will include a boat ride under the falls. I am interested in Nov 16 or 17, 2019. Is the boat ride inclusive on those dates?
