Gabriel, our guide, made the tour enjoyable. He's knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour covered all the famous areas of Los Angeles. The tour included pick up and drop off from our hotel which made it very convenient.

Omg! This tour was so awesome that I booked it twice! Gabriel and Alberto were my guides! They were fun to be with and kept all of us safe. I was very very impressed

Tour was not a full 8 hours, was just a little over 6.
The Griffith Park Observatory was skipped.
Rodeo Dr. was skipped.
Santa Monica Pier was skipped.
Guide, Gabriel, did not make it clear that we would not be visiting the Hollywood sign prior to stopping at the Walk of Fame.
Guide was very distasteful in what was said, for example, speaking about going to strip clubs, repeatedly.
Guide provided no information on the history of Los Angeles.
Multiple people on the tour questioned the guide about skipping stops, the guide either ignored us or gave false information, for example, said the bus was not allowed on Rodeo Dr., however the other tour bus from that day did go onto Rodeo Dr.
Website states you will be transported in a 14 passenger Mercedes Benz bus, we were on a large motor coach.
Guide kept saying prior to the first stop that he had to "pee" and he will push everyone out of the way to get to the bathroom first. Extremely uncomfortable with this, very poor language over the entire day.
At one point guide wanted driver to turn onto a residential street, the driver explained the coach was to large to be on residential streets, a while later, the guide instructed the driver to turn onto a street, stating he would be ok, only to find ourselves on a residential street! The guide knew that the driver stated the coach could not be on residential streets, but put us all in danger by having him travel onto a residential street anyway.
The guide was clearly just in a hurry to make a few stops and get us back to port as quickly as possible, assumingly so he could get back to the strip club and eat chicken wings as he repeatedly stated throughout the morning. The entire tour was very uncomfortable and ruined by the guide, missed stops, and cut short.

Thank you for submitting your comments concerning your recent tour with us. I have discussed your input with the guide. He has asked me to apologize to you for making you feel uncomfortable. With respect to your comment saying that you were "put in danger" by having gone on a residential street. You were never in any danger. The various cities we tour (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Los Angeles) have imposed weight restrictions for commercial vehicles on most residential streets but not all. The route of your tour was compliant to those restrictions. We have received several reviews from individuals on the same bus you and noted that none of the issues you raised were included on those reviews.

This was a lovely tour, we were stuck for what to do as we had a long wait between getting off the boat and our 9pm flight and having our luggage with us. Not only was our guide very knowledgeable he was also funny and showed us so many things! I would recommend this tour to anyone that needs something to do before their flight!

Thanks for your review and comments. We have found that our service of picking up disembarking cruise ship passengers who have late flights from LAX is very popular. We saw LA in one day! Alberto was great, very knowledgeable about everything. Really thought an 8 hour tour would get boring but Alberto would not let that happen. We saw everything we wanted to see and learned alot about " behind the scenes" stuff. Would defiantly recommend this !

John was good driver, The audio system left a lot that could improve, maybe a longer mike on the headphone setup. I and my wife enjoyed seeing areas we heard about and not having to drive it on unfamiliar roads.

Gabriel, our guide, did a great job of sharing local insights on areas of interest and providing us with a full day of interesting sights. The stops were well timed and provided plenty of opportunity to experience a little bit of the most iconic nearby places. This was our first visit to LA and now have a good sense of where we’d go next time we’re back.

Luck would have it that my wife and I were the only passengers. Due to health issues, we could not walk much so our guide filled our tour with many other sites to see that he could not have done with others walking to sites like the observatory at Griffith Park and other places. Gabriel was very accommodating and kind with his patient demeanor. Gabriels' knowledge of the area and its history is amazing. We are very happy to recommend Sunseeker Tours and especially Gabriel to all looking for a great day in LA. Steven Templin

Our experience with Sunseekers Tour was far from enjoyable. The guide seemed disinterested and provided minimal information about the city’s attractions. We spent more time in the bus (drive-by attractions) then actually exploring Los Angeles. I was left with the impression that this tour was not worth the money, and I would advise others to consider alternative tour options.
The Los Angeles tour was a major letdown. Despite the city’s rich history and vibrant culture, this tour managed to complexly ignore all of that. Instead of providing any meaningful insight into the city’s history or its diverse attractions, our guide, Gabriel, seemed more interested in perpetuating Hollywood stereotypes. He incessantly droned on about celebrities and their latest escapades, as if that’s all there is to Los Angeles.
The focus on ‘woke’ liberal ideologies felt forced and out of touch, making the whole experience uncomfortable for those looking for a well-rounded exploration of the city, the tour left us feeling like we had wasted our time and money on shallow conversations and superficial obsessions. It was a missed opportunity to appreciate the city’s true essence and left us thoroughly unsatisfied.

Sorry you were not satisfied with your experience with us. Although we do provide insight and educational information concerning the sights included in our tour we have found that extensive historical background is seldom appreciated my most of our guests. We promote the tour as a Hollywood tour and as such do focus significantly on that area. Getting to Hollywood from our usual pick up locations in the South Bay (Long Beach, etc) does require an about 50 mile round trip. In order to minimize the boredom that could cause for many of our guests, we do indeed "drive-by" several interesting attractions along the way. Sorry they were apparently not of interest to you.

We will be on the Majestic Princess which docks at San Pedro at 06:15 and departs at 16:00 on Saturday Sep 24, 2022. Will your tour work with these times so we do not miss our departure time?

No, it is much too long. There are multiple tour lengths available so I would just ask for a shorter one.

Hi, According to the World Cruise Centre Schedule our ship the Star Princess is docking at Berth 46 and the pick up point for this tour is Berth 93. Looking at google maps it would appear to be over 2 miles between destinations. I have booked this tour from Australia so am unaware of conditions at the Cruise Terminal or how we are suppose to get between these areas. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Our cruise is scheduled to dock at Long Beach at 9am (not sure when we would actually disembark) and our flight departs at 7.40pm from LAX. So a 7-8 hour tour might just be a bit long to allow us to get back to LAX for around 5pm. I wonder if there is a shorter/ flexible tour we could take?
