Ok, when I read that it was going to last 6 hours, I wondered how?
Let me tell you how, the bus drives around and picks up the guests for the tours, yes two-1 the cruise of the bay and the second is the alligator tour, that took some time and then they take you to the pier for the guests to get off for the boat tour and we continue on to the alligators which is some miles away.
The are was nice looking and clean the staff was nice, we had to wait for 15 min for an airboat. When one showed up we all boarded for the ride of our life or we were told this and waiting for the ride to start, and waited but I didn't think much of it if that was what they were talking about. The boats set low in the water so you are closer to the wildlife. The tour guide really tried to keep everyone in a fun mood and I am not sure he succeeded. We saw maybe 4 or 5 alligators the Haran and some birds. I do have to say the tour guide was very knowledgeable and did give us some info. The tour was maybe 30 to 45 min long then taken back to the dock. We didn't see the other items they had if any, it is mentioned they had a jungle path and demonstrations of what I don't know. We had some free time and we bought our lunch and waited for the bus, it was really hot out, when he got there we boarded and took off. I was not very happy to hear and then see we had to take all the guests back to their hotels before we went to the pier for the boat ride. Then the driver tells us that after the boat ride we would have to get an Uber or wait until 6 pm, this started at 9 am, to take us back to our hotels. Seriously??? We didn't go to the boat ride and I should have had a refund due to their schedule not actually being 6 hours long, it is much longer.
I see the price here is for $79 and I paid $90 each. I bought mine through Costco Shore Excursions and I think they need to know they are not what they advertise.
There are better companies out there that would do a better job, I know this because my sister and I took one a few years ago, I should have found out which one it was.
Please don't waste your money here. The bus ride is boring and long.
I know I always read reviews and wonder if the person is just someone who complains about everything, so I understand you maybe sceptic what I say.
I wish you the best if you do take this tour and I hope you enjoy it. It would be nice to know someone enjoyed it. We didn't.

I am very disappointed with the company. my whole family was waiting for someone from the company to pick us up for a tour and they never showed up. the manager (according to her she was the manager: Rafaela ???) was very rude. We hired a service and I service was not fulfilled. At no time did we receive an email about the change of address from the starting point. In short, the company lied and disappointed a whole family, besides making us miss a day in MIAMI. I do not advise anyone to use any service from this company. I suggest that the manager be dismissed since she was extremely rude and at no time demonstrated to give a solution. She ended the call by saying that she had no more time to waste with us. absurd!

We went from Miami not realising how far we would have to travel took about 10 hours longest day ever, the Everglades was ok if you like that sort of thing we seen the top of an Alligator’s head & a Herron, I think it was a waste of a whole day that could have been spent in Miami, but I understand if your not far from the Everglades it’s worth a trip

Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. We will be implementing new pickup routes next year to drastically reduce the amount of extra time spent during pickups and drop offs.

the coach pick up was on time and the driver communicated with us through out even though it was hard to hear him at times but everglades was spot on.. definately have breakfest before you go we when then went on the boat tour of miami which was educational but slightly drawn out but had sine great views but we wernt told about a pick up after the boat tour so got an uber back

The boat ride and alligator show were cool, but overall experience was rough. The bus left us despite the fact that we were on time, so we had to Uber to the next location. The driver was not clear in his instructions and never checked to make sure everyone was on the bus before departing.

This trip was pretty disappointing. We didn't see any alligators other than those captive within the park. We were also advised to buy some insect repellent from the park shop before going on our 20 minute walk around the park. First of all, we came across no insects (insect repellent was very expensive) and secondly, the 20 minute walk lasted barely 5 minutes and didn't have anything significant to see.

This was an amazing package deal. I had called the day before we were originally booked to change dates due to rain, which they accommodated without any problems. The large air-conditioned bus picked us up at the Bayside Market right one time - saved the hassle of driving through Miami traffic!!. The Everglades airboat tour was so much fun and the guide was very humorous & informative -we saw lots of gators. The Alligator show was very entertaining to watch and the chance to hold a baby alligator was great. Time at the Everglades was just right!! As soon as we returned to Miami we were escorted by a tour guide to the Biscayne Bay Cruise Boat. We were pleasantly surprised at the length of the boat cruise. The guide on the boat was very entertaining while pointing out interesting homes and sights around the Bay!! I would strongly recommend this Tour!!!!

This tour met all of the descriptors in the advertising blurb but it was not up to the usual standard of viator tours.
There was no introduction to the day, so we had no idea about timing for lunch. We grabbed a quick salad at 12.45 but later found we had 3/4 hr to fill in whilst waiting for the cruise boat - it would have been an excellent time for a more leisurely feed.
The 'bus' which took us to and from the everglades was a converted truck so there was no front window. Very difficult to see where we were going. It felt much more like a train ride where you can only see out side windows - particularly difficult for those at the front of the vehicle. In addition the driver was only a driver, so there was no commentary en route.
The airboat ride across the shallow waters was, in my opinion, overrated. It was very noisy due to the noise of the motors (they gave us earplugs) and monotonous. The best parts were when the boat stopped and let us look and listen in quietness, and the very good short talk by the airboat captain. We saw a couple of alligators in the wild which made it all worthwhile.
After the boat ride, the heavy emphasis on tipping was off-putting.
There was no tour leader so no-one to ask the names of birds, plants etc as we wandered around the alligator park.
The cruise was a pleasure, but disappointing in that 90% of the commentary was on the wealth of the rich and famous and who owned which house, and what it cost. There was no information on the history, geography, culture or economy of Miami, the islands or the beaches. A bit shallow for me.

Dit was ècht een fantastisch leuke ervaring! We moesten wel even wachten tot het weer beter werd,want het regende erg.Je kunt er poncho's kopen in de souvenirswinkel,dat kwam wel van pas. Zodra het opgeklaard was konden we vertrekken. We kregen oordoppen in die uiteraard nodig bleken! De gids had gezellige humor en we hebben alligators etc. gezien. Een aanrader als je in Miami bent.
