My wife and I had a great time on this tour of Miami. We especially liked Little Havana. Our guide Julian and the driver were awesome! Lots of cool info on the way. Just the right number of stops to shop and eat lunch. Plus we chatted with the other tour members. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyable day. The boat tour was very interesting and well informed by our guide. Just like the coach tour element with plenty of time to wander around and explore at all of the stops. Both the driver and guide were excellent with the commentary pitched just right. Certainly recommend this trip which, in my opinion, was great value

Foi tudo na correria e deu muito certo! Muito obrigado ao Betto pelo pronto atendimento em menos de 24h da minha chegada à Miami e ao Carlos por toda condução e ensinamentos durante o tour! O pouco tempo que tivemos foi de extrema valia com vocês. Grande abraço.

Unfortunately if you are a single traveller, this tour will cost you nearly double! There is a bus of 40 people for this trip but unless there are 2 of you, it becomes very expensive. I don't understand the logic of their pricing! If they fill their bus with 40 individuals, they make nearly twice as much money compared to having 20 couples! Absolutely ridiculous.

Booked trip for 6 people. Four hadn’t done this kind of tour. I had done this many times over the years with different companies and it was always in an open air top bus.
Two of our party have rheumatoid arthritis and cannot be in air conditioning for any length of time.
Communication with this company is extremely difficult. Instructions not given where to meet bus other than at Bayside.
It’s a large area and we had to keep asking different buses if they were our bus. Other companies were very courteous and helpful. Not one other company recognized the company when we showed them our confirmation.
Finally Julian arrived and asked if we were his party. We confirmed and laughingly stated that we wanted first dibs on the upstairs of the bus as we had been there first waiting.
He kept saying wait till you see. Wait til you see the bus. There were two different buses waiting with the same company logo. One an open top and the other a closed in bus with AC. We asked if we could get on the bus and he said we had for the rest of the people he was looking for. He then said we couldn’t go on the open air bus. We had to explain over and over and over that we could not do 5 hours in an AC bus. He was very belligerent and condescending and kept belittling our concerns. Would walk away and ignore us. We tried talking to him again and his manner became worse. I finally had the trip advisor people on phone to clear up this unfortunate situation. After a couple of phone calls, the advisor on the phone asked Julian to ok a cancellation and he refused. He was making several phone calls and speaking another language and glaring at us. It was very disconcerting and uncomfortable. He didn’t care about us, medical restrictions etc. Nowhere on the booking site did it say a bus with AC. It also didn’t say open air but I have to say all the companies I have ever booked with for the Miami tour are open double decker buses. When his open air bus left it had lots of empty seats.
Julian had his boss call us and he was rude, arrogant and plain nasty. Would not refund our $ even though we could not take the tour. He seemed to enjoy yelling at me on the phone.
Other bus drivers, passengers and company representatives were witness to this horrific situation.
We were approached by Big Bus Co. They told us that they had overheard everything and didn’t want us to lose out on our trip. They kindly gave us a bus and boat tour of Miami. Astounded by this, we gratefully accepted and did manage to enjoy what was left of the day. Thank you Pablo and Laura
I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company The lack of information and communication is confusing. Their treatment of customers is abhorrent.

We loved the boat ride around the bay and had a fun guide. It was heavily focused on mansions instead of the actual bay or history of Miami but being out on the water was beautiful. Then we had some time to shop before we got in the van. We enjoyed being driven around by someone who knew where he was going and even when we got stuck in traffic, he didn't shorten our tour. We would have appreciated a bit longer in South Beach and a little less time in Little Havana. We ate at The Pub there and it was fantastic though. Our guide was super nice and patient. We would have loved to have done something in Coconut Grove but liked how our little van could drive through the narrow streets. We felt like we had a good feel for the city afterwards which was great since we really only had one full day there.

Their service was so nice. I recommend this company service to all the future customers. The guide man was so kind and illustrated for the city.

Julian the tour guide was extremely personable and did his job well. But the logistics are very difficult with all the traffic and distance to SouthBeach so we didn’t feel like we really saw much of the city. A LONG time at Little Havana and a couple of other shorter stops then we have to be back in time for the boat trip. Overall, it was a good trip and most likely worth the money. We saw Big Bus everywhere we went so I’m sure they do the same thing.

The ticket was included, the ride was about 45 mins give or take. If you didn't want to do the city tour, you could just do the boat ride by going to Bayside Marketplace and heading towards the piers, there is a little stand where you can buy just the boat tickets.

In my review, written on June 18, 2021, I noted that my tour did not begin until 10:40 am, and it concluded at 4:50 pm when the boat tour (advertised as 90 minutes) ended after one hour.
My combined city tour plus boat tour barely exceeded 6 hours.
