I had two separate orders for 2 leis each time - they never delivered the first order but did the second one. Would love a refund for the leis that were never delivered (he called over an hour after the plane landed / no one was there to greet the plane)

We waited for 15 minutes at the bottom of the escalator as the directions advised. We were seated toward the back of the plane so it took a while to deplane. When we arrived at the escalators, we were surprised that nobody was there with leis. We waited as the last people came down the escalators. Nobody showed. This was supposed to be the start of a birthday weekend for one of the people in our party. I want a complete refund.... and I don't want to wait 2 months to get it.

Just writing in case anyone cares to address the terrible experience we had with SpeediShuttle at Maui's Airport, waiting for a shuttle who wouldn't come for almost 2 hours. Even thought we reserved our ride 3 months ago, the company seemed totally unprepared for our arrival. We were told "the shuttle will be here in 5 minutes" by employees who clearly didn't care. Now, we're left scrambling to get to our hotel, pick up our car, do our check-in and leave for our evening reservation. It's shameful and very disappointing that we were not offer a solution faster and our trip has to suffer as a result.

We ordered fresh flower lei greetings for our arrival at the Maui airport over two weeks in advance. When we arrived there was no one there to greet us. When I finally found the kiosk for the company and asked the lady, she said they couldn't get flowers so we could have a nut lei greeting. They had my e-mail and cell phone. They could have contacted me and I would have said sure give us the nut greeting (the nut leis can be purchased anywhere on the island for under five dollars and with cute paint, But at least we would have had the traditional aloha experience instead of the lady just putting them over our heads with no welcome or ceremony. The woman pretty much acted annoyed. Even with the nuts, they could have been waiting to give us the greeting. Total disappointment.
Don't use this company, The family members I was traveling with said it was a waste of money but I had had a lie greeting before and it was so fun so now I have to agree that it was a waste of money. Basically, I want my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We went to Maui for one week and then over to Kauai for another 6 days. We PREPAID SpeediShuttle for all of our transfers. From the start they never did what we paid for.
We paid for an exclusive shuttle (just our party) from the airport in Maui because rental cars were hard to come by and very expensive so we were picking a rental up by our hotel and had to be there by noon, when they closed. Our shuttle pick up was scheduled for 10:50am and we had a 45 min drive to the car rental place so we had plenty of time. We had also paid $110 for 4 Lei Greetings because we were bringing family members that hadn’t been for 25 years and we wanted it to be special for them.
When we got to the airport we were told there were too many people so we had to share a shuttle. We paid in advance because we didn’t have time to share. We were also told they were out of lei’s so we didn’t get the lei’s we had paid for at least a month in advance. Not only did we have to share a shuttle and didn’t get our lei’s, they didn’t have a shuttle for us until 35 minutes past our time. We missed our car rental by 15 minutes (called they couldn’t wait) but we still had to pay for the day we didn’t have the car (had to pay same price for 5,6,7 days).
Next, when going to the airport to head to Kauai. The driver picked us up on time but had two other stops and the guests were not there so we ended up taking an extra 30 minutes waiting for those guests before we were actually on the road.
When we arrived in Kauai we had a 2:00pm SpeediShuttle pickup time. We went to the spot and the shuttle driver said we weren’t on his manifest and left. He didn’t call anyone to tell us how long or have them send someone. My husband finally called, which took at least 30min to get through and we were told they were busy and wouldn’t be there for another 20+ minutes. By the time they came they were an hour late.
We were supposed to go pick up our rental car on Kauai the next day and we cancelled SpeediShuttle because we felt we had spent enough time waiting around for them. They were the biggest frustration of our trip, both in Maui and Kauai.
We’ve now been home for 5 days. My husband has had to call them at least 3 times to find out about our refunds and it takes 45-60 minutes to get through every time. We are still waiting for our $110 refund from the Lei’s we never got.
We paid for everything ahead of time, they said we had things, but in the end they were about the money not customer service. Worst company we have ever used and we travel a lot.

We arrived at the airport and did not see anyone around to meet us. We stayed for 30 minutes before finally giving up and leaving. I would not recommend it !

Gorgeous, full flowered orchid leis presented with a most friendly welcome at OGG airport. Met at baggage claim carousel. Highly recommend these gifts.

Person was waiting in baggage claim with a sign with our name on it.
Lei was standard style and good quality, better than some of the others I saw from other vendors.
