We met at the Haulover Canal in Titusville at about 7:30. Mosquitos were not bad but bring bug dope anyways. Got into the raft with life jackets and our guide. I sincerely thought we got more of a review of the constellations and satellites then seeing the bioluminescence. To see the bioluminescence you need to stir the water with your paddle. Did not feel the guide on our boat was very personable. Overall, would not spend the $60 per person again. But the plus is I can say I have done this.

This "tour" was awful
First of all it wasn't a tour
We kayaked around without one word from Brian "supposedly our guide" he was awful.
We kayaked and stopped and waited and waited
One time he actually left us to go "look for" the other tour guide who actually went back without telling anyone.
We took this tour like 3 weeks ago and loved it so much - gave it a 10 - that we wanted to share the experience with our daughter and her boyfriend - just to get- "Brian"
He literally took us out into open water and had us paddle against the current then had to stop for like 15 min cause he was tired.

Hi again Beth,
We appreciate you just coming out 3 weeks ago and giving the same exact tour a 5⭐ review.
It appears, by your review, that you thought your guides were there to only pay you and your party all of our attention. Unfortunately things can happen on tour that are beyond our control and we have to deal w/them. "Brian", "who you got", is a Master Naturalist who has been doing these tours for over 10yrs. To say you didn't hear 1 word from your guide in 90 mins is a flat out "pity party" lie! If your guide didn't tell you anything, and you didn't hear it over the radios the previous guides didn't charge, you already stated Brian didn't say a word all night, how did you know what he went to go do? It sounds like you were trying to "show us off" to your daughter and her bf, and the night didn't go as you had hoped. That's fine, it's unfortunate, but things happen, it's nothing we can't make right. So instead of chalking it up to, "they had other guests who couldn't/didn't get the hang of it and it kind of impeded our night, is it possible if we can get a raincheck?" Instead you want to go scorched earth and make it seem like it was private tour that was supposed to be just about you, not the other 20 guests who were also out on tour. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, because I looked, has anyone ever had a complaint about Brian, let alone anyone saying 1 of our most experienced guides was" tired and taking breaks on tour", lol. Some people let the "local guide" badge go to their heads while trying to weild it as a weapon against those that don't bend to thier review. Did you even read the 2nd version of your review? Do you have any empathy for situations that involve people beside yourself? Clearly we were dealing w/guests who were having an issue. You'd think being a "Local Guide" you'd know how to act w/a company to get your point across, while not being so rude that no one wants to see you at thier business again. This is the 2nd time you've wrote/re-wrote, and posted reviews about your night. Had you just called us to explain what happened, especially after just being out w/us and leaving a 5 star review, we would have brought your party right back out w/us at our expense. However, you wanted to flex your "Local guide" badge and write yourself right out of a refund/raincheck. Any who, can't wait for the 3rd installment to hit Google.. Have a wonderful day.

Was absolutely amazing!! Bryan was out tour guide and he was fantastic! The water was stunning and warm! Our kayak was tipped due to a group of manatees!! It was best!!! I didn’t want it to be over! Highly recommend this for anyone!

Excellent experience! Nice, knowledgeable guide.
The glass kayak actually make your experience more enjoyable. It was fun and relaxing.
We even got to see the starlink satellites!
As a constructive criticism, they should have working flash lights, even if it is only for the customer comfort. I should add that the lack of the flashlight does not make the experience any less.
We will be back!

This was an absolute blast, made a lot of great memories and stories to tell. Zach (our tour guide) was awesome and would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone looking for something fun to do 👍🏻

zach was amazing. gave us many interesting facts. such a cool experience for couples, family’s or even solo. definitely worth the time and money. took a hour and a half drive and don’t regret it one bit. be sure to ask for zach to lead ur tour! 10/10 experience.

Tour guide did not show up or call us to cancel!!! We weren't the only ones to show up for this tour. Drove 1 1/2 hours for this experience. SHOUT OUT for BK Adventures who were there and integrated us into their 9pm tour.
Don't take the chance with this group. Choose BK Adventures. They had great guides out on the water and were fun and knowledgeable. Very memorable experience with BK.

Shout out BK adventures for letting you on thier tour after your group was left because you were late!
When you do not show up as asked, we DO NOT MAKE THE GUESTS WHO WERE ON TIME WAIT FOR TARDY GUESTS.
You can tout BK all you want. They took you out because you were there while they were getting ready to depart, believe me, if you were late for them like you were for us, they would have left your tardy behinds too..

Hello,
Thank you for choosing Florida Adventurer for your tour.
We do ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to launch. We will do an hr weather hold to get our guests out safely. When we do a weather hold, we actually wait until the weather is safe for our guests and our guides. If another company chose to put thier guests out while we are doing a weather hold, I don't think that has the same derogatory implication you are hoping to achieve. To the contrary, it actually shows we are in contact w/our guides and we'd rather be safe than sorry w/our guests and thier families safety while in our care. After you use your raincheck w/us you are more than welcome to book w/any company you like. As you mentioned, there are several companies who will not treat your familys safety w/the same care we have. As we arrive w/more guides than we are required to have, we are always visibly prepared with guides and prepared for our guests and thier tours. We made the call that if was safe to go out, and then another cell popped up. So we definitively canceled the 9p tour at that point. We offered to reschedule anyone that wanted to reschedule to a later tour as is SOP for rain cancelations. Guests who do not immediately reschedule for a later tour that same night, automatically received a raincheck good until used.
We apologize if you think there was something nefarious going on in regards to keeping our guests safe, but we can assure you, we take our responsibilities very seriously.
We appreciate your review, while we do not agree w/your perspective, we appreciate the feedback nonetheless.

My best friend, daughter and I were blessed to take this tour last night. Our guide, Clint, was absolutely wonderful. He provided so much information about the area, and the wildlife along the way, answering our questions and making sure we got to see the dolphins, alligators, manatees, crabs and fish along with the unmatched beauty of the bioluminescence! The night sky was spectacular, the stars and the Milky Way shone so bright in the dark sky as we paddled along. This is an absolute must see!! The next time we are back in Florida we will definitely be back!

This adventure was AWESOME! My 8 yr son and I enjoyed our tour very much!! My son said it was better then Alaska! We can’t wait to come back again with my older son.
