Our tour guide Boyd was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. He shared a lot about Hawaiian culture such as everyone is a cousin. He really went above and beyond. The tour was amazing and I highly recommend it.

The tour with Boyd was complete with the history of December 7, 1941, all the parts listed in the title and the Subarine Bowfin and the Military aircraft Museum. Boyd was an excellent guide providing additional history and cultural awareness. He treated the tour with the respect it deserved and during the appropriate times showed his delightful sense of humor making the day also fun for our new “Ohna” as we “Cousins” travelled together. Thanks again to you Boyd.

My husband and I booked a tour with Pearl Harbor Tours to go today! We paid somewhere in the $300 dollar range but it wasn’t an issue because this was a must do on our trip as my husband is a Navy Veteran and was on his bucket list! Communication was awful! Wanted to charge us over a hundred dollars to pick us up so we decided just to rent a car for the day and meet our tour guide there! It originally stated that in the conformation text to begin with at 7 am this morning! When we got ahold of our tour guide he was super nice! We waited for our group to get there to the gate for more than 40 minutes after contacting our tour guide who was waiting at the airport for us which wasn’t any part of our plans or discussed ever! Anyways they finally get there we’re literally looking at our tour guide as he is entering the visitor center waiting for our tickets! He calls us and informs us that the manager canceled our tour! My husband was fine with this because we had now discovered that it is in fact FREE to view the memorial and the museum! So we asked for a refund and our tour guide said oh yeah they will refund you! We contact the company after our tour guide told us that they would be in contact with no communication once again! My husband finally got an email from the management saying he is not getting a refund! This is how this company treats a veteran! Disgusting save your money we went on the tour for free! This is a scam anyways! It cost nothing to go to the museum or the memorial! You simply have to wait on standby to get on a boat to take you but we got the first trip of the day! Save your money these people are a joke and treat veterans unfairly!

We were 6 people and booked a private tour with Pearl Harbor Tours. The booking process was a bit confusing but Tim met us on time at the airport and even though we were mostly interested in visiting Pearl Harbor and we’re ready to just get dropped off at the hotel afterwards, Tim quickly won us over and showed us his favorite spots on the island and offered fascinating commentary about history and culture along the way.
It was a super fun day and he made us feel welcome and truly brought us closer to appreciating Hawaii for much more than beautiful beaches and mountains.
His lunch spot with the food trucks was amazing! We loved the scenic tour and hearing about his experiences in the local community. He is one of the best tour guides, I have met and our family travels a lot.
The bus was super clean and spacious for 6 people and all our luggage.
Highly recommend this personalized tour!
It was a super fun day and he made us feel welcome and truly brought us closer to appreciating Hawaii for much more than beautiful beaches and mountains.

This was absolutely the perfect company to tour Pearl Harbor with. I clicked one button and our entire visit and experience was phenomenal. It began with the pick-up right at our stay on Maui. A driver took us to the airport and answered all the how to questions along with some fun Maui information. Our flight was friendly and quick on a regular sized Hawaiian Airlines jet. From then on out, our fabulous tour guide, Cousin Shack, picked us up in a very comfortable tour van that olds about 12 tourists. We received a very personal, fun tour experience of Pearl Harbor and the history behind Pearl Harbor, Oahu, and Hawaii. Cousin Shack was so kind and very Knowledgeable. He made sure everyone of his riders were having a great time from the young to the old. I do not know about the other guides, but Cousin Shack was phenomenal from start to finish! The detailed tour of Pearl Harbor, USS Missouri, the submarine, the hanger tour, and the tour to Punch Bowl Cemetary and Honolulu city tour were sensational. Pearl Harbor Tours is the ONLY WAY to go! Thank you for the excellent service and phenomenal day! KK

Cousin Will was awesome! Very knowledgable about the history of Pearl Harbor and Honolulu. Will made sure we all were headed to correct places on time and all together. I would recomend this tour to everyone.

Our group of 11 family members had a wonderful experience led by Boyd. Every aspect of the day was executed on plan. He was extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited as well as discussing many interesting aspects of life on Oahu, its history and language. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We paid for the complete Pearl Harbor tour plus an extra $100 to be picked up from Ko Olina area (even though it says pick up from there is included). The taxi that picked us up said we would not make it there on time due to the normal morning traffic and this company knows that traffic is this bad every morning and should have had us picked up earlier. Bad start to begin with. We then waited at the office for the tour van to pick us up which was late due to issues waiting for other people from the airport. Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor Visitor's Center we were instructed to wait in line to go see the USS Arizona which we were supposed to have tickets for so we didn't have to wait in line. We waited for almost 2 hours until we were finally able to go out to the Memorial. Upon returning from the Memorial we were told we have 15 minutes to get something from the gift shop! There was no time to see the rest of the Visitors Center! We were also told that the Bowfin was closed so we couldn't see that either. We then Proceeded to the USS Missouri where we were barely left enough time to take the guided tour around the shop and then see below decks, eat and go through that gift shop! We then went to the Aviation Museum. We took the option for seeing the Aviation Tower (another $15 per ticket add on) so we were instructed to go and do the Tower first. Which we did but then when we came down to go into the Aviation Museum we were told there was only ten minutes to see that! You can't get through a museum in ten minutes!!!! So we took the tour van into Honolulu to get a short guided tour ( very short and never got out of the van) to the Queens palace and the King Kamehameha statue. The rest of the time we dropped off all the other people on the tour at their hotels and the airport till we finally got back to the office and then another taxi back to our Resort in Ko Olina! We have been in touch with this tour company several times to allow them to at least give us some of our money back for the places we didn't get to experience and for all the time wasted but they never got back to us as promised. We were very disappointed and felt ripped off especially since it wasn't cheap and we could have done all this on our own. DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY!!!

Aloha! We came here for our honeymoon from Georgia. We had Will as our tour guide. He did a great job making sure we were on time for everything and that we were filled with knowledge before each stop. Will was energetic, funny, and friendly. This tour is one to do if you want to get a small glimpse of Pearl Harbor. There is way too much to do in just one day, so this tour is perfect if you want to hit the highlights in a day! Unfortunately, the USS Bowfin was under construction and the ferry to the Arizona Memorial was not running. But other than that, it was a great way to spend the day! Mahalo!
