9 conductores de coches Talixo nos han dejado tirados a 14 pasajeros en el aeropuerto de Barcelona hoy mientras esperábamos nuestro equipaje de un vuelo de Emirates que aterrizaba a las 13.25 argumentando que la hora de recogida era esta hora de aterrizaje. Tuvimos contacto con los conductores. Expliqué que era imposible que nos recogieran a la hora de aterrizaje viviendo de en un área fuera de la UE y que habÃa una larga cola en inmigración española. Nuestro horario de recogida a través del sitio web de Emirates era a las 14:20 (+45 minutos de espera) y salimos en el punto de recogida a las 14:19. Lo peor es que a los conductores se les informó en todo momento que el equipaje no llegaba y se retrasaba con llamadas a sus móviles y sabÃan que habÃa una larga cola en Inmigración. Pero 3 conductores nunca me contactaron, asà que tal vez no estaban allÃ. Uno también nos dijo que los pasajeros con equipaje debÃan salir para que los recogieran, lo hicieron de inmediato, pero los conductores desaparecieron y uno que parecÃa amable todavÃa estaba allÃ. Lo telefoneé pero ya tenÃa un cartel de otro pasajero. Parece imposible que ya tuviera otro pasajero si debÃa hacer la recogida de dos personas del aeropuerto a Barcelona en unos minutos. ¿El servicio de atención al cliente de Talixo también fue inútil al decir que los conductores tenÃan que recogernos a la 1:25 de la tarde (siendo una respuesta surrealista que fuera la hora de aterrizaje cuando nuestro avión ni siquiera estava remolcado en la puerta de estacionamiento de desembarque) ellos de nuevo. ¡EvÃta Talixo a toda costa!

My 91 years old granny left alone on wheel chair and 1PC of luggage at BCN airport. Driver did not want to wait 5-10 min more. WCHC passenger are the last one leaving the plane. I am disgusted by this lack of humanity in your staff! No way!

De taxi chauffeur stond klaar met een naam kaartje zoals beloofd. Indien je met booking.com boekt, sturen zij jou de infogegevens en procedure door.
De taxi service houdt je ook op de hoogte van waar je chauffeur zich bevindt.
Hij heeft mij geholpen met mijn koffer te dragen. Auto was zeer proper.
Hele aangename ervaring!

Do not use this service. Customs took a bit longer than usual so the driver left. I kept getting calls asking where l was while waiting in line making an annoying situation stressful and then a rip-off because l had to pay for the taxi fair to the hotel twice. I’m now canceling another future booking.

Good evening,
I would like to report unacceptable driver behavior during our pickup from Barcelona Airport on December 2022.
Following the instructions that were received through booking.com website we were waiting at the meeting point of our
terminal. (Terminal 1: Drivers Waiting Area - Go Natural Cafe)
Our driver was not there as he was expected to be waiting and holding a sign with our names.
After a delay of 15 minutes the driver started giving short unanswered calls to my cellphone
expecting me to call him back in order not to be charged for the phone call. When I called
him back he was not aware what was the meeting point. I had to explain to him that as per the
standard procedure the meeting point was at the drivers Waiting Area in front of "Go Natural Cafe" at Terminal-1.
He delayed additional 15 minutes to get to the meeting point.
When he finally arrived at about 18:40 he did not call us on cellphone to inform us that he arrived so we had to guess
who was our driver. (as he was not holding a sign with our name on it as he was supposed to do as per the instructions)
After meeting with us he did not apologize for his delay.
During the trip from the airport to the hotel his driving was careless and dangerous by speeding and changing lanes
all the time like he was racing.
Furthermore he was not sure how to reach to the hotel. He got lost in the narrow streets and he finally let us walk
the rest of 300m distance to the hotel as he was not sure how to get us there.

Réservation avec Booking. Au départ : le chauffeur est arrivé une demi-heure en avance et n’était pas content que nous ne soyons pas prêts. Il s’est garé à un endroit dangereux alors qu’il y avait des places devant notre maison. Durant le trajet, il n’a pas arrêté d’écrire des messages sur son téléphone tout en roulant vite et brusquement et en brûlant des feux rouges. Nous étions accompagnés de jeunes enfants qui étaient terrorisés.
Au retour à Barcelone, avec la même compagnie le taxi est arrivé en retard, j’ai dû le rappeler pour lui expliquer notre position. Il ne nous attendait pas à l’aéroport comme prévu et ne connaissait même pas notre terminal d’arrivée.
Je réserve des taxis avec booking depuis plusieurs années et plusieurs fois par an mais ils ont changé de société de taxi et nous avions toujours été satisfaits lorsqu’ils s’adressaient à cabify ou à freenow mais cette société-ci n’est pas du tout sérieuse donc nous ne ferons plus de réservation sur booking.

I booked a cab transfer from the El-Prat Airport to my Barcelona hotel through Booking and for sure I am writting off this very poor service (un)provider from my contacts list.
When booking they engage to wait for you at the airport, to be there before your arrival and you provide your flight number then they can follow up, then no excuse, and they are supposed to show a visible sign with your name.
Nothing of that, things happened to be much different.
First I receive a message upon my arrival asking me to call them ONCE I have got your luggage, meaning by this way that they are not waiting for you but they would come only after your call. This was not the deal!
After we got our luggage I call and the guy is answering from his home as I suppose because I can clearly hear children voices ... then I ask him where he is and when is he coming. Answer is 5 minutes of course. After 10 minutes I call back with the sharp question about how long am I going to wait because this is not me who is suposed to wait but him : he is saying he is on his way. After 20 minutes I call the customer line mentionned on my reservtion confirmation. The manager says he is coming in 1 minute! I get somewhat nervous then he says this would be 5 minutes ...
Then after 28 minutes precisely I get the phone call from the driver just arriving and asking me where I am?!
My answer : at the meeting point just at the exit among the dozen of drivers that are lining up and waiting for their customers showing an easily readable sign with the passengers name.
This is the difference between good professionals and some kind of unqualified people.
Last point, despite I had given the right address of the hotel, they copied a wrong street number. Plus the driver got lost and made a detour searching his way, hopefully the fare was prerated then he did not charged more.
Poor from the beginning to the end.

Transfer booked with Talixo via booking.com and the driver never arrived at all - could not contact the dispatch as the number just rang out - their chat function was never answered/connected yet we were still charged the transfer cost.
We waited an hour from 22:20 to 23:20 in an empty airport in case the driver was late before we eventually took a taxi using FreeNow.
Since arriving home it has been impossible to contact Talixo.
Absolutely appalling service.

booking. com ha sbagliato ad indicare al taxi l orario di arrivo del volo. Morale della favola siamo arrivati alle 1 di notte all aeroporto e non c'era nessuno non c'era un numero da chiamare.. bad service.. abbiamo dovuto prendere e pagarci un taxi e spendere 30€. Ora booking. com non vuole rimborsare

Our flight was delayed for an hour, then everyone were waiting for a luggage. Driver just left leaving me with a whole family in an airport. Their manager promised to contact the driver and then never called back.
