We did the zip lining and although nervous beforehand, we had the best time! Felt very safe and supported. Even though it was cloudy we had the best time flying through the clouds! Would definitely recommend

We arrived at 3 p.m. after spending almost the entire day in the Santa Elena reserve which is 5 minutes away on the same road. We only did the suspension bridges, but have no idea of the price because it was included in our pack.
The arrival is scary as there are so many people, it feels like Disneyland!
Normally the park closes at 4:00 p.m. but when we are transported we can stay there until 5:30 p.m. and fortunately for us, because from 3:30 p.m. the park empties and in addition to the bridges which are impressive (there are 8 of them) we We saw many animals, monkeys and especially several quetzals. We just had to infiltrate a group with a guide who was observing from a bridge. It takes around 2 hours of walking, taking your time. The restaurant is very expensive with prices announced in dollars (better to have lunch at the one in Santa Elena)

The zip lines themselves were a thrill—several of them quite long and fast (one is a 1000 meters), with beautiful views of the canopy. With the exception of one hinky-looking piece of webbing on the Tarzan Swing, all of the equipment was in good condition; the guides were very efficient and safe. But it’s a bit of an assembly line, it’s impersonal, and it’s a bit rushed. There were 26 people in our group—which is way too many. They would rush us through several zips and then make us stand there, shivering in the rain for 10 or 15 minutes. Be aware that it can be soaking wet, windy, and cold for the entire 2 1/2 hours. A t-shirt, top layer, and a raincoat on top of that was not warm enough. A good experience that could be improved by smaller groups and a little more personal attention.

We completed the course with 13 zip lines (with the last one being 1km long), and we were amazed!
The team is professional, organized and friendly.
You are part of a group of several people and despite the number of guides, you chain 4 zip lines then wait for the time to all regroup and for the guides to get ahead on the following sections in order to continue to assist you.
You don't need to deal with carabiners etc... they help you immensely.
Simply: Sit back and enjoy the scenery!
What is "a shame" is firstly the possibility of doing the Tarzan style swing just before the last zip line, only it is limited to 90kg maximum.. then if you want to do the 1km zip line as a Superman, you have to add a supplement.
Apart from all that, we recommend!
The team is professional, organized and friendly.

We enjoyed it but be careful with the time you allocate to this activity. You have to complete 5 hours to do everything (departing from the hotel).

We have just done - today - the zip line adventure/tour at salvatura park, yesterday we did the hanging bridges.
I don’t know where to start as both experiences were absolutely incredible. We absolutely loved both experiences. The location, the forest, the length of both tour across an imaginable stunning nature thick cloud forest! It has been amazing!
Everyone at Salvatura was incredible friendly, professional and helpful. We felt safe, well informed about what to expect and we truly enjoyed every minute of both tour.
We did the hanging bridges ourselves, stunning 13 hanging bridges in the most immaculate forest!
The zip line tour was equally if not more impressive. Amazing long zip lines taking you across some stunning sceneries.all the guys looking after us were extremely friendly, attentive and professional, all of them.
The place us run in the most imaginable way, everyone is clearly loving their job and that means so much.
We did the Tarzan swing too and the reptile exhibition with a very informative and friendly guy talking thought all we had to learn about those incredible animals.
We just didn’t want to leave!
Don’t think twice. Salvatura offer you the most amazing adventure and the most professional and caring stuff is long after you.
Book it, it is a love time experience and this is the place to do it!

Canopy was amazing, but DO NOT get the photo service, it is a robbery!! They mentioned we would get a video plus multiple pictures for 3 zip line trails. Since we were 6, we ended up paying 90 usd (15 x person). We only got a video (less than 1 min long) that only included the first zip line and the photos where sections of the SAME video.

Highlight of the trip. Family with teens did the canopy tour self guided. It was very good. Came back the next day after speaking with staff. Family didn’t zip line , come early and you can get going. Parking in the lot fills quickly. We ate at the on site restaurant and the food was very good. Able to meet gf dietary requirements. We received a discount as we did the tour the day before. One member checked out the butterfly garden, interesting. Options to go with tour group or self guided. Great time with family.

I feel it would be very difficult. One hand is used to hold you in an upright seated position, and the other is your handbrake. I might suggest calling or emailing them directly and asking if they have any options for you. Perhaps you could go with a guide to help you? I don’t know the answers. I hope this helps.
