Very very slow service - took half an hour to bring wine and then another half hour to bring food. Food was ok but a bit cold. Very over priced.

Lovely restaurant and vineyard with views of the smaller vineyard. Tried all their wines - the Moscato was the best. Food was great, staff were very diligent.

We arrived here late in the afternoon and whilst we knew that food could be purchased, we had already eaten so I can not comment on the food on offer.
Was pleasantly surprised at the number of wines on their list and also surprised when we were told that the tasting session was $12 per person and that this only included sampling five of the wines listed.
The member of staff who was conducting our tastings was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
At the completion of our tasting session we bought 3 wines, even though the cheapest was $30 (I felt they were over-priced and with the added tasting fee it was a little too expensive).
Anyway we felt the Pinot Gris was probably the pick of the wines we tasted.
Obviously when there are 20+ wines listed and you can only taste 5, then it is difficult to really ascertain the overall quality of the vineyard.

My wife and I visited for lunch. The waitress, an Irish girl, was very friendly but had obviously been trained to upset at every opportunity.
We wanted a cheese platter and a charcuterie platter but were pressed to also order salmon -which we declined.
We each ordered a glass of wine but, once again, were pressed to have a full bottle as we "could always take the remainder home". We agreed to have a full bottle of Pinot Gris.
I asked what the apple pie, listed on the menu, was like and was told that it was "absolutely fantastic". As a lover of apple pie, I was determined to have this for my dessert.
When our platters arrived, the charcuterie platter was so plentiful that my wife queried whether it was actually the single platter that we had ordered. However, the cheese platter was so minimal in comparison as to be nowhere near enough for two people and consisted of slivers of our chosen cheeses. Why such a difference between the two? Surely, cheese is not that expensive that only slivers can be served? The charcuterie platter cost $35. The cheese platter cost $40! Made no sense whatsoever.
Following the cheese and charcuterie, having ordered the apple pie, we had a wait of 40 minutes for this to arrive and, when it did finally come, it was a huge disappointment-looking and tasting nothing like apple pie should. Any apple had been so heavily mixed with cinnamon -or something similar -that it actually looked almost black in colour.
We asked another waitress if they might consider a mixed platter of cheese and charcuterie but she was adamant that the owner would not allow it. At an extra $40 for 3 slivers of cheese I can see why.
Ultimately, we were not impressed, especially at the prices charged. $50 for a bottle of Pinot Gris???
We won't be returning!

Having visited Flame Hill a few times in recent years, we booked a table for a birthday lunch. While the wine tasting was excellent, with the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, the lunch itself was underwhelming. The charcuterie board was attractive and varied, but came with three crackers, Duck Marylands were actually duck legs and the chocolate board came with six chocolates between four people.
The staff themselves were friendly and a pleasure to meet, lifting the lunch experience from mediocre to a happy experience.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Flamehill Vineyard, paired with some of their delcious wine. Highly recommend is for a relaxing day out.

A nice vineyard to graze and taste their wine. They didn’t have any lunch services when we visited but their grazing boards were good. Their wholesome tasty pumpkin soup is worth a try. The hosts seated us at the decking overlooking the vineyard which was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Party of four had lunch Thursday. Food was excellent-Duck confit superb and Lamb cutlets perfect. Wine was very good (Granite Belt cabernet excellent, white was OK). Desert was fantastic, cheese plate a rip off. Expeience was great, great views and extensive ouside dining area. Great venue to take visitors.

Went with some mates for a wine tasting outing. Great staff and atmosphere. Beautiful views. Unfortunately the wine was not to our taste but we enjoyed the views and the setting

We had the most amazing long lunch here today on the deck with fantastic views out over the Sunshine Coast to the ocean.
We started with a cheese selection and a charcuterie board. Both were delicious. Then two of us had an Angus burger and two had pistachio encrusted lamb rack. So good. All accompanied by the Flame Hill Razorback red, a blend of Merlot, Cab Sav & Shiraz. Desert was warm apple pie with ice cream (freshly baked individual pie) and passion fruit cheesecake.
Highly recommended
