My son had his birthday at Topgolf. We had a coach called Scott who was helpful and great with a bunch of teenagers. They all had a brilliant time. We wasn’t rushed and the staff were efficient at getting food and drink. It all flowed perfectly I would highly recommend.

Golf was fun, but beware of manager Nick. As he will make you wish you stayed home and played Wii golf instead. Yes, he’s that bad.
I first saw Nick shouting at a bunch of young sweet kids in the group next to us for throwing a club off the side, which they didn’t do (as we witnessed). Nick assuming it was them, as they were children.
My group was made up of my brother (17), his gf (17), me (24), and my partner (25). I bought myself a pint and was drinking this. I passed the end of my drink over to my brother so he could have a sip! Despite it being legal to have a drink when you are 16 in the UK, with an adult present, with food (he was eating); Nick came over and told my brother that he had to leave Top Golf, and said that it was their policy that you have to be 18 to drink. There were no signs clearly displaying this policy, and this action came with no warning at all from Nick. Not only were we kicked out immediately, before we got to start our second game. But now every person in my group is suspended from Top Golf for a year. Even though my partner and my brothers partner had nothing to do with the situation.
An extreme over reaction for my brother having a sip of my beer. At least we could have been given a warning and had the drink taken away from him at first?
Was such a shame, because we were having a nice day before Nick ruined it with his rudeness and extreme measures. Completely dampening the atmosphere of us and every customer we could see him interacting with.
Would recommend calling a head and making sure he’s not on shift before you book.

We booked two bays for a corporate team-builder and have only received amazing feedback from everybody. Our host, Scott was amazing and his coaching really helped everybody have a great time. It's definitely set the bar high for future corporate events and I imagine we'll be back very soon!

Been coming for months, facilities excellent, great set up very enjoyable day. Lessons from Scott are always excellent. Of course you shouuld expect ques on weekends and evening its popular so fair enough. I d like to see some sort of display with estimated waiting times, even replicated on the website so i have an idea before i leave the house. If i have to wait an hour so be it but would be nice to have a heads up. Also when it comes to ordering food via the app, everytime it takes ages, its almost at the stage i can drive round the corner to Addlestone find a cafe have a breakfast and drive back quicker than it takes to have a breakfast bap delieved, and thats when its not busy, this morning it took 20 minutes to get a luke warm cappuccino.

The idea of topgolf is amazing, the clubs provided and technology is perfect for group activities. Multiple game modes offered which gives variety. Targets accessible for golfers of all skill levels. However, the price of food at topgolf is extortionate, if you want a burger and chips then Gordon Ramsey street burger is a few quid more for a burger and chips. I ordered a burger, calamari and a pint for around £24 plus two games at £16 making the experience £40. I am by no means a calamari expert but was a bit unnerved when I cut my last piece to see it was pink inside. Awaiting to see if this pink calamari has any effect to me!

I had a golf lesson at Top Golf Glasgow - the lesson was great and could not fault the tuition, sorted out my problem. However, disappointed that there is not a dedicated teaching bay, the bay we used was an end bay with no tracking for short wedge shots, the facility was great and I will be back

We have visited top golf a few times this year already. We absolutely love to golf. Staffs are very friendly and amazing.
Also, we met Scott there. We had a lesson with Scott. He very friendly guy and gave us a lot of technical skills. I wholeheartedly recommend Scott. He is a wonderful teacher.
My husband has been struggling with golf for some time now. Scott gave him some lovely technique skills. That he can improve on. Now he can hit the ball a lot better.

Had a lesson with Scott, very nice guy and helped us improve our technique massively so only good things to say about that. Told us a lot of useful tips and things that massively improved our game
A couple of things could be improved about the venue however, in my opinion with lessons I think where you’re being taught should be out the way of other people as it’s hard to focus when people are screaming around you.
Another thing we noticed, and i understand staff just try to be friendly, but when our lesson finished we noticed that on the bay next to us there were a group of young lads. And someone who looked to have worked there was walking passed and stopped to teach them, I completely understand that staff need to be friendly but we do think it’s unfair that you have paid lessons and people still get free help.

This was my second time attending this Topgolf and overall as a group the golf itself was great and we were able to get to a bay quickly. However some members of staff and bouncers were incredibly rude to us during our visit. One member of our party did not have ID for an alcoholic beverage which the staff, understandably, explained that someone else in the group with ID would have to drink. They however did not want to listen to us when we explained that the person without ID had already had an alcoholic drink which another staff member had delivered to our bay. After trying to explain this to them, it seemed that they had something against us and kept making a point to hover around us, give us dirty looks and tell us off for small things which were certainly not a serious problem a safety concern. In the future I think the staff need to ensure they are all following the same procedure for example, Think 25 and to not be unnecessarily rude to customers who are making valid points in a polite and understanding manner. This was extremely humiliating and frustrating.

Correct above, but there are numerous discounts, for example unpopular times, students, military and emergency services. Outrageous cost to jump queue - as much as 50 pounds. I disagree with one writer above, the food is pretty basic and not cheap. At busy times, service can be a bit slow and haphazard. In one occasion they ran out of cutlery,and I had to eat chili fries with my fingers

It will only tell you the distances if you pot, thats about it. There are number of hole on the driving range that are at set distances, then you have a back net wich is 240 yards away.

Went again last night and it was great (again).
When you first arrive you are met by a member of staff who takes your name and phone number - depending on the wait you have to wait for a text. Last night there was no wait.
You then receive a text giving you a bay number and states you have 10 minutes to pay and get to your bay. This apparently is untrue according to a member of staff and they do give you a little longer.
I would say there is no reason as to why you would be any longer getting to your bay as you can take your food and drink upstairs with you!
