ATTENTION, les personnes présentes ne sont que des loueurs de terrain. Ce ne sont pas les interlocuteurs. Réservation effectuée 1 mois et demi avant pour 15 personnes. Aucun mail de confirmation. Le jour J, on nous dit que nous étions attendus 2h plus tôt et que l’animateur n’est plus disponible. Vérification des mails et là , comme par hasard, un mail reçu 10min avant nous « confirmant » l’horaire qu’ILS ont choisi. Difficilement joignables, ils n’ont rien voulu savoir, nous disant que nous avions réservé au mauvais horaire et que nous nous sommes trompés dans notre numéro de téléphone. Ça fait beaucoup d’erreurs de notre part... 280€ perdus et des personnes qui viennent de partout en France qui se retrouvent le bec dans l’eau. Politique commerciale TRÈS MAUVAISE ! Surtout, choisissez une autre activité !

Bubble bump is fun, but the management was truly awful and almost ruined a birthday party.
I booked a 1.5 hours slot for a birthday event. A week after my booking (and after the payment of a significant amount), I'm told that there's actually no staff available to run the match. 2 days before the event I'm finally told that everything will be fine as long as I go pick up the staff member from the railway station. I happily agree. Then nobody contacts me for days until one hour after the supposed beginning of the event, nobody picks up my calls, nobody answers my Facebook messages or emails. I end up wondering cluelessly around the railway station, asking random unknown people if they're Bubble Bump staff, while my guests wait for one hour alone at the field. I finally find the staff member by complete coincidence as he's about to take a train home.
As we get to the field, she takes 40 minutes to inflate the bubbles (as opposed to the scheduled 15'). We end up inflating them ourselves. The match starts 1.5 hours too late. 4 bubbles out of 10 have holes and won't stay up. Luckily, the field hasn't been booked for the following slot and the staff member is flexible, so we can still play for the agreed 1.5 hours, but all the following plans have to be rescheduled.
Staff members were all very polite (although hardly reachable) but no partial reimbursement was offered. The stress was definitely not worth it.

Manque de professionnalisme incroyable !! Réservation effectuée sur internet 72h avant, créneau disponible, aucun mail de confirmation m'a été envoyé ... je les contacte par mail (parce que oui injoignable autrement). Ils me répondent ne pas être sur de pouvoir " sécuriser " mon créneau et me recontacte à la première heure le jour J.
Jour J 18h30: mail de leur part en nous disant qu'ils ne pouvaient nous accueillir ...
Scandaleux, pas du tout commerçant et professionnel !!! Organisation 0

Très sympa entre amis. Pensez à bien vous échauffer. J'ai testé cette activité lors d'un EVG. Au top !!! Par contre, courbatures garanties le lendemain.

Super ! Les enfants ont adorés et le centre a tous ce qu'il faut pour le gouter ! Une amie a deja organisé l'anniversaire de son fils là bas.

I have been with my friends from Geneva trying this weird activity: playing soccer dressed with a massive inflated bubble! That's hilarious! We had so much fun!
As common soccer game, the main goal is to score but everybody just bump into each other! We roll, we jump, we spin, we overturn each other... sometime getting upside down but all the time feeling secured protected by the bubble. It's a lot of fun!
The Animator was really friendly and made us try other games as the Gladiator or the VIP. We loved that!
We had a very good time playing Bubble Bump. Most of us will come back with others friends. Everybody can play: boys and girls. No need to be sporty at all!
Icing on the cake: Memory photos and videos are for free!
