Friendly, approachable and professional. All the instructors and team working at the ski centre are brilliant.
Special shout out to Simon who was awesome. As a first-time skier, I Iearned so much and confidence grew every lesson. Thank you!

It would’ve been nice if there been an entrance sign over the front door as it’s a bit of an odd entrance location, though all the signage is good once you are in the building. it was excellent value for money three runs on the toboggan for £6.50 good instruction given nice and safe highly recommended

We visited the ski centre to have a taster session in the Easter holiday. Not much direction on arrival as to the process it felt like organised chaos. The lesson was an hour and as a beginner we just went up and down a small slope. I felt that more could have been taught in the time -perhaps stopping as well.
Some of the kids were a little disappointed that it was all they got to do and we’re quite vocal about it.
Afterward again there was no real direction as to where to put the ski’s or boots with people just leaving them and walking out.
Nice lesson, good value but could have been better organised.

Neville and rest of staff made the experience top notch , they responded to answer phone messages ,sent me emails and juggled my bookings for me and cudnt have been more helpful in preparing me for a winter holiday , I cant recommend them enough

Had a great couple of hours on the ski slopes yesterday, the kids loved it. Very reasonably priced as well at £10 for children

Great facility to keep up and develop skills learned in the Alps.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Covid restrictions apply at the moment so you need to book your visiting time.
The view from the top of the slope has to be one of the most picturesque of any dry slope in the UK with stunning views across Carmarthen Bay towards Gower.
For anyone not skiing, the park has one of the best beaches in Wales, a toboggan run and walking or cycle paths.

This was great fun. Its not very often you go to a holiday destination and find additional activities within a reasonable price. I cant remember how much it was but I know it was very cheap. They also have a café serving food and hot drinks. Dogs are allowed with you outside to watch

For a friend's birthday, my daughter and her friends went "tubing" at the ski slope and they had a great time! They were instructed by Aaron, who was amusing enough to keep them listening and focused, but was also diligent in their safety.
It seemed their cafe was understaffed, as the chap working there seemed under pressure trying to cook and also serve hot drinks. Considering it was the weekend, and the centre was quite busy despite it being January, there should have been another member of staff there.

Had a great time here with the boys and very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great facilities and lots to do around the area for the day

Two years ago we rented bikes here in order to cycle the Millennium Coastal Path. We returned this month. Staff here were friendly but compared to other bikes at other rental shops, we did not think these bikes were well maintained. It is unfortunate as this is a perfect location to access the coastal path.

I think it’s a hour and a half but sure you can pay for more than one session if you wanted longer.
