Some two years ago, the management said to me they would do this that and the other for me. Needless to say I'm still waiting. Vowing never to set foot in the place again. Today a disabled lady wanted to go, against my better judgement I took her. So after picking her cards the sign says. Pay for cards at the sweet shop. So down we go no one there. Sign says ring bell which I did, no one turned up so rang it again. Only to be confronted by one miserable individual. In fact I've seen people with toothache happier. You could have paid for those at the rront till. Well that's not what your sign says. Needless to say neither of us will be back. Not recommend, at least by myself.

Staff training is a must, to say that two members of staff were clueless would be an understatement. On visiting the centre this morning, my wife and I decided to have a quick breakfast. Their 8 breakfast items for £7.50 appealed, however tea and toast were included in the 8. As I didn't want toast and don't drink tea I asked if I could have beans instead. The girl didn't seem to grasp the question, and turned to one of the other girls, who appeared as clueless, so just said no! I also asked for the eggs to be runny, they weren't, the potato scone was hard, the toast was burnt and the hash browns were also very hard.
Garrion Bridge is not our usual stop for breakfast and we will be giving it a miss in the future. Rosebank is just a mile along the road, far better food, far nicer staff and have a "can do" attitude!

Coffee is of very cheap quality.
Today, we both got Macaroni Cheese. Or Macaroni as there was no taste of cheese at all.
Tasted a bit like sherbet!? Not hot either. Apart from the toasties, which are very good, the food here is not great and very expensive. On a more positive note, the Antiques Centre and related shops are worth a visit.

This is a large building like a farm barn witha huge car park.The coffee shop is very clean but a bit clinical with no atmosphere.We were a couple out with my mum and we ordered toasties and a cake.The food was lovely and our teas etc all arrived at the same time which was great.Very attentive staff who were all dressed up for Halloween. One male member of staff was ultra helpful but he kept calling me pal in every sentence which was irritating.
The toilets were not very clean and one of the pan seats was really old.Other people commented on the lack of cleanliness also.The taps are very modern and totally confused my mum ad depending where your hands are the water or blowers come on.
There is a lot to look at in the centre eg xmas decorations,wool shop,clothes,gifts,jewellery,cards etc and of course the antiques.We had a good lunch and interesting afternoon.

My wife and I are retired and visit several cafes and restaurants every month. The service and food at this garden centre was outstanding, very friendly staff and a joy to visit.

Had an away day with friends and thoroughly enjoyed all areas at Garrion.
Lovely lunch, antique area very varied and pricing to suit all .
Must say that exceptional service across the board but a special mention to Samantha in the Boutique. Friend spotted a top she liked but as women do did not buy at the time and regretted it. Long way to return so contacted the boutique who did everything to ensure the top shipped and also received.
A big thank you.
Must also add that the variety of options at Garrion will mean something to suit every one.
The choice of things in the boutique amazing and in these times great to see something different. Choice for wedding / big events available best I have seen for a very long time.
Great to see the road now open and hopefully many more people will visit Garrion as it will be well worth it.

Stumbled upon this place by chance. I certainly was surprised at the amount of different units within the building. Got a couple of decent medals from the antique centre which has a buy in bit as well which I will remember for next time. It even sells kitchens. If you are looking for something different give here a go.

need a gift you visit Garrion Bridges huge selection of great gifts and cards finished with a nice coffee and large strawberry tart what more could you ask for.

My neighbour recommend this place to me as i was need a wedding hat and a couple of gifts . Boy did i find them huge selection of beautiful wedding hats with a good price range and excellent help. The gifts are all round the store with a good price range as well. Finished in the coffee shop for coffee and cake which was also good. If looking for a gift you should defiantly pay a visit to this place.

This was my second visit to eat here first time I ordered steak pie and chips the chips were cold I complained they brought me more they were hot but not cooked properly. Second visit ordered the same and again chips were cold bearing in mind this is frozen chips not hand cut chips or anything just standard frozen chips it’s just sloppy. If you are going to charge £9 for this at least make sure it’s hot. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I have been in when there was someone selling to buyer. I do not know if they already knew the people or not. The issue would be that the owners of the collections are not always in. If you can imagine everything is for sale by the staff, but each unit or display is individually owned so the staff cannot buy from you. The owner of the particular area would need to be there when you went in. Hope this helps
