Beautiful and different spot to visit. Is a sandbar in the middle of the sea with some palafitos houses. You can also see many Dolphins and snorkelling.

I fully recommend to talk with Jesusa, one of the pioneers of the boat rental, she will help you with fair prices and very nice company.

Ask to Jesusa for the rent of the dorm in the pier, very nice people and very nice place first line sea view.

Last but not less important, there will be people saling sea food, affordable and very good quality. I ate schrimps with garlic, just 200PHP, it was delicious.

I booked for Dolphin watching and the Manjuyod sandbar but we only went to the sandbar because of the weather but they did not give me a refund for the Dolphin watching.

Book a boat, start early and inquire if the sea is calm to increase chances of seeing the dolphins. Best done March to June
Boatmen have sharp eyes for lookout where dolphins gather and gather speed in their direction.
A pair of young dolphins came around our boat, showed off their leaps which lasted about 15 minutes. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !!

You don't swim with the dolphins here. You chase them. The dolphins of Bais are wild. They are not the ones who will swim around your boat and ask for food. They are fast and free. These dolphins are fun to chase and they really are a sight to behold. But their playground are awash with dried coconut husks that rolled from the land to the sea, which comes to my mind, that if the people in charge of this place will not exert some effort to clean the waters of Bais, the dolphins may be gone. So please be aware of these signs.

We left our resort in Dauin at 4:30am and arrived at 5:30am. Waking up was worth it!

It was a lucky day for us because we did not need to travel long before spotting the dolphins. It only took about 20 minutes before the spotting began! There were so many of them all around! Our daughter was ecstatic to see the dolphins in the wild.

I was also happy to know that the locals go through extra miles to protect the dolphins by prohibiting mass fishing and diving in these areas.

This is a highly recommended activity, especially for families. It is the perfect venue to educate the kids about nature and taking care of it.

I am glad that dolphins came out naturally and not fed to show themselves. This is the eco-friendly way. We saw the dolphins many times through the skilful guidance of our boatmen. On the way back, we were struck by the rain, but the boatmen confidently guided us back to safety. We had a sumptuous lunch in Manjuyod Sand bar and enjoyed swimming in the clear waters. It was definitely a great adventure. It was arranged by e-Collins travel but you can go on your own if you are many.

Visited their 05/08/19 to celebrate my husband's birthday with our visitors from Luzon, USA and UK. Our day was ruined by the Banana boats and the racket from their engines. Hardly the way to promote tourism. Very disappointed that the place is becoming commercialised, rather than promoting eco-friendly tourism.

When we get there, we've only seen one dolphin. The tour guide said that unlike Oslob, they feed their dolphins causing the dolphins to be visible all the time. In Manjuyod, seeing the dolphin depends on your luck.

We are sad to learn of your experience. Who did you book your tour with? What was the name of the contact and what was the name of your boat? Did you book with a licensed boat operator or did you deal with an illegal agent or hustler like some of the Ceres bus conductors? Remember if you book with the Ceres Conductors or with an illegal agent they are getting a commission at your expense and they will give you an illegal boat without insurance or licenses and many times the crews are paid very little and become exploited and they will not give you proper service. You should always be aware of scammers everywhere you travel. Not just here but everywhere in the world they are there to fool you. They offer you a low price and a "Good Deal" but beware always many have been victimized already but this will only end if tourists will only deal with the legal operators. Only pay the prices on the official tariffs and with legal operators otherwise you will have no one to blame but yourself.
