Travel through Taipei Main Station for HSR ride to Taichung for meeting. unfortunately, there are limited breakfast spot,with most option been convenient store food.
Easier for us to orientate ourselves on the ground level than via the underground.
But in the evening, we saw homeless people sleeping around the exit, but it is generally safe.

大きすぎて迷ってしまいますが、看板がわかりやすいのでありがたいです。
駅弁屋さんやお土産屋さんなど、豊富にあり便利な駅です。
吹き抜けになっていてとても解放的な空間な駅でした。
大きな駅ですから利用客も多いです。
観光バスも多く出ていました。
当時ロビー結構工事中な感じでした。

I agree with a lot of the other reviewers. Main Station with connections to the airport. Clean and easy to navigate. Signs are in English too. In the Main Station area, there are some good eateries, ATM's and other shopping. There are a few homeless people but nothing shady or to worry about. I had heavy luggage coming from the airport and it was easy to move about with a lift or escalator.

Well planned out railway precinct and very clean. Signage galore to help you getting to your destination. My perception was every possible detail has been addressed. Stress free all the way.

Very big and clean, very well signed, in Chinese and English. Only a few places where we had to “join the dots “ but we got there. This is a huge place and with current construction will be bigger

There's a lot of mix up interchange counter.therefore I just follow the directions they given me.is easy way to find bl blue line at end of line.you were not get lost..

The Taipei Main Station is the central hub for a few lines of the Taipei metro or MRT.
One can go to Taipei Main Station from Taoyuan International Airport too. It is the main station for jumping on the MRT to get around quickly and cheaply. Enjoyed taking the MRT and using all the underground walkways to get from one place to another because I could get away from the heat above. Plus all the incredible eateries and stores located at the station.

1日に40万人も利用する巨大な駅ですが、広いセンターホールは吹き抜けになっているので開放感があります。台北MRTと桃園MRTの駅にも地下通路で直結していますが、少し離れているので乗り換えには余裕が必要です。なお、台北駅の地下には「K区地下街」などのショッピングモールが広がっており、MRT中山駅、雙連駅まで歩いて行ける「中山地下街」もあるので慣れている人には便利ですが、通りすがりの旅行者には迷宮です。

타이베이 시내 중심에 있는 메인 스테이션을 보면 한국의 서울역과 다름없이 여러 맛집과 관광센터 많이 있고 4방향을 각 방향 3개의 출구로 외부와 모두 연결해서 중추적인 역할이겠네요.

Its huge, and not that easy to navigate for a first time visitor. We got lost trying to follow the bannan blue line which just disappeared on us. The staff are helpful when approached but we did spend a lot longer than needed looking for our train. Plenty of shops open and its a great service if you know how it works.

Is there an underground taxi stand next to A1 Taipei Main Station after existing from Taoyuan MRT ?
If yes, kindly advise us how to get to the Taxi Stand.

I did not see any reference to one and I did not use taxis in Taipei. Perhaps the MRT or HSR offers a station map.
Getting to Sky19 Hotel from Airport Terminal 2 with large lagguages by Airport MRT or Bus 1819.
Could you advise me the pro and cons ?

There are electronic and key-operates lockers in the train station. I prefer the electronic cause that's what we used on our last day before our flight.
You will get a small receipt with a PIN number to open your locker. Make sure to keep it. I took a picture of it in case I lost it.
When do the stores around the area typically open in the mornings?

Weekdays around 10.00-11.00 they will open
But in the weekend they usually open later or sooner
Example: queen shop (they open 14.00 o'clock in Saturday and Sunday)
Net (they open around 11.00 in the weekdays and 10.00 in weekend)
If non branded stores, they usually open around 11.00-12.00

Board a Kuo Kuang bus 1815 at Taipei West Bus Station Terminal A. You can use the underground to walk to bus terminal. check direction sign.
