It is a pretty place and enjoyed the short walk through the woods. There is paid parking available but there is also parking on the road for free. It was fairly busy but not too bad.

A place like this is a wonderful place to go with a small child on a hot day like today. Cool and a breeze. There is a particular spot we’ve found that if you stand still long enough you will see several squirrels running around.
Parking is free at the moment because of COVID 19, it if you go mid morning there is always plenty of parking.
Popular with dog walkers, there is a field at the top for them to run around.
People with mobility issues may have a bit of a problem - tree roots everywhere and paths are unmade.
Well worth it and in normal times there are a couple of pubs and a chippy/ice cream shop on the front by Eastham Ferry.

Great day out . Although a very wet day was a great place with very fascinating history good for children and dog walkers will go back in the summer! Nice pubs and cafes oh and yes public toilets too!

Excellent walks around the park, lots of dogs with ample open area to go off lead. Parking was great, however too many cars parked in the street avoiding the car park payment. This made it quite hectic in the narrow streets for traffic flow.

Eastham country park is so nice!!!
Visit in all the seasons and you will love it!
Little old ticket office has snacks and food etc which is good!
Views across the Mersey and you can even watch planes land at Liverpool.
Lots of history surrounding eastham so make sure you read up about it!
Great place for a walk you won’t regret it!!

Nice refreshing walk with the grand kids. Hadn't been since my kids were little. Not much change apart from parking fees now, but that's down to the council.

A beautiful woodland with two pubs , cafe and ice cream shop , steeped in history once being the site of a zoo and amusement park , remnants of which still remain

Great location by the Mersey, two okay pubs, ( The Tap is my preference, ), lots of variation for dog walkers, fields and woods there is a good walk up to Levers Fields if you want to see some Cricket or Rugby / Football depending on the season. Went there every weekend for over 10 years and never go sick of it.
