We went here in the evening and saw the crowd so we decided to come back in the morning and it was only me, my friend and one other hiker there! Climb up to the arch and sit there to take in the formation and view! It’s breathtaking!

This is an awesome arch to get to very close to the parking area. There are also pit toilets here. An easy “hike” to underneath the arch. Or you can just look at it from the parking area!

It looks pretty cool from a distance, but as you get closer, you gain a different perspective and can really appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of these two arches together. It is a short , mostly flat walk to the arches but still a very hot one so be prepared with water. It is is an amazing experience getting up close to these arches and being able to climb it.

Close to Windows, this is a spectacular arch formation. A short easy walk from the parking area. At first view, it looks like a nondescript arch. but as you get closer, the beauty unfolds. For the adventurous, you can climb the rock and look through. My son went to the top and my husband followed him most of the way. I rested at the bottom in the shade after a full day of hiking.

This is one of the miracle Must See Arches within the park. This formation is so unique with multiple arches and it is made for pictures. It is a short walk from the Windows so one stop in the parking lot can net you two of the best sights in the park. I will say Double Arch is better and more amazing, but you need to see the Windows. It is truly great that they are right next to each and easily seen from one parking space. Additionally the parking lot between the two attractions has a restroom that was also a big hit with our group. Be sure to make time to see this amazing Arch and you will be rewarded.

If you park in the second parking lot, the path to view the double arch is easy. If you wish to park in the top parking lot by the North/South Window Arches, there is a path from the restroom down to the second parking lot and to the path to Double Arch.
The path is relatively flat walking towards the arch. The path is sand and rocks. You can also climb up the rocks a bit and get closer to the arch. One person commented that it is easier to climb up than down, so be careful since the rock is slippery. Approximately .6 miles round trip. Spend some time resting in the shade and viewing the incredible rock formations around you.

Short hike with a great reward ... Very impressive up close ... you can climb up and under the double arch with some care and effort
Expect Double Arch to be busy and crowded ... you now can only access the arch parking area on the Windows section loop road ... it can be tough getting a spot during prime season

I really liked seeing and experiencing Double Arch. If you are in a hurry you can drive by and see it well. If you have more time it is a short walk from the parking lot and fairly easy to climb up. You can see the view out of either side once you scale the wall. Another great spot in Arches National Park.

You reach this arch via a short hike from either the upper or lower parking lots in the Windows area. The hike itself is relatively flat (unless you decide to scramble up under the arch). One of the best arches.

Neben dem Delicate Arch das Higlight im Arches Nationalpark. Diesen Arch muss man einfach sehen wen man im Arches Nationalparn ist. Der Double-Arch ist über eine kurze und einfache Wanderung (ab der Windows-Section) zu erreichen.
