Chester took such good care of us! He understood what we wanted, was very safety conscious, and was so much fun to be with. We went diving three days in a row with him but could have gone on many more, had time allowed. I highly recommend.

We booked a two tank dive with Chester at Action Adventure Divers, and it was absolutely fantastic. Chester was extremely responsive and flexible when scheduling - just message him through What’s App, and he’ll get back to you quickly. Once we arrived, he was ready for us with all our equipment, and before we knew it, we were in the water. The dive spots are mostly a very short (5 minute) boat ride, and the two we dove were awesome. Beautiful reef and coral and lots of life. The equipment is in great shape, and the views from the shop across the bay toward Petit Piton were incredible.
I highly recommend a day (or more!) of diving with Chester and Action Adventure Divers. It will be a highlight of your trip to St. Lucia.

What an amazing experience ! I’m a beginner diver. Chester is a very knowledgable, fun all round great guy who makes sure your comfortable and safe. I did two 2 tank dives and saw so much marine life as Chester knows the waters and reefs so well, including a sea horse which was delightful ! Beautiful coral, bat crab, pufferfish, Ray, moray, and plenty of interesting small stuff that you may normally miss !
He hunts and keeps control of the lionfish population as these are a real problem to the ecosystem of the reefs which is exciting to experience, which are then brought back and prepared for eating.
A truly amazing experience with an exceptional guide - the best dives of my life. Will return without doubt to dive again with a real gentleman - holiday highlight ! Thank you Chester 😁

My partner and I had only done two dives on a PADI discovery trip before this trip. Chester/AADivers made our open water certification course relaxing and enjoyable. On the first day after doing some skill work, Chester took just the two of us down for a dive right off the beach and pointed out a ton of interesting marine life, including crabs, lobsters, eels, unique worms and coral. It was a great intro to the course and the rest of the dives just got better and better. Couldn't imagine a better way to get certified and hope to be back someday!

Chester runs the business and every dive. Chester is very nice and helpful to divers who need help. His shop is right at the best dive sights. He goes out for a one tank dive and returs to the beach for your surface interval, and this makes it very easy. I will dive with Chester again when I return, and I have been diving for 26 years in the Caribbean.

We've dived all over the world for many years, but this has to be one of my favourite places. It's a great dive outfit, situated right on the beach, with a small boat and mostly small groups. We saw such a lot of different things on every dive, all the dive sites are about 5 minutes from land and you don't meet other divers underwater.
Chester is a great dive guide, laid-back, fun and very knowledgeable.

Chester's operation doesn't look like much (small shack on the beach and a TINY boat) but we had the best experience!
I'm a nervous diver (despite having over 40 dives in 10 countries) so was at first freaked out by such a small boat and dive shop, but I actually really enjoyed the small boat: the dive sites are only a few minutes away, we only had one other diver on each of our dives so we had lots of personalized attention, it was easy to get in and off the boat, and loading/unloading was super efficient. It was also nice to do the intervals on the beach rather than on the boat - and fresh fruit snack provided was very nice. There's also washroom facilities and a fresh water shower. If you do multiple dives, Chester will store your gear if you have your own.
I didn't like the look of the first set of fins provided (full foot fins) or of the mouthpiece on my reg as it was a bit torn, but Chester was happy to provide different fins and replace the mouthpiece as I requested.
We had our hotel (Fond Doux) contact Chester to make our initial booking and then booked with him subsequently. It is a small operation, so I recommend booking early to avoid disappointment (we weren't able to organize a night dive as Chester was already busy on the nights we had left available by the time we contacted him).

Best dive experience with a high level of flexibility that larger dive shops do not provide.
Chester has a wealth of knowledge of dive sites and marine organisms.
He is also integrally involved in the Coral Restoration program by the Sandals Foundation.

Chester went out of his way to make sure we had the best dive adventures. Dive shop located right on the beach. All dive sites less than a five minute boat ride. I would highly recommend doing the night dive. Chester is the owner and takes very good care of his clients. Make sure everybody is comfortable whatever they're dive level

If you’re in St. Lucia, I highly recommend diving with Chester and his Action Adventure Dive company. He’s located near all of the great dive sites, his small boat ensures that there are never too many people in the dive group. For several dives it was just our family on the boat. Chester has been diving for over 30 years and has a true love for the sea and health of the underwater ecosystem. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fun and relaxing dive experience where you see an incredible amount of fish and other sea creatures. For me, the best part was Chester’s dedication in finding a seahorse, which I had never seen before in the wild!

I also have not had any reply from website or emails, is it easy to find the shop and book when you arrive?

It's not hard to find the shop, the beach is very small and a very short walk from the town centre. I didn't book ahead but had no problems getting diving however I was staying in town for 2 weeks if you are only going to be there for a day you might struggle to get booked up for that day. Just keep at it ,it's well worth it

Hi,
I am interested in diving or Snuba diving with 6 people who are not certified. All of us have either Snuba dived or dived in swallow water (less than 25 feet) the past. 1 has dive but it has been over 10 yrs. Ages: 12,15, 19, 12, and 2 @50.
Do you offer scuba dives for this skill level? If not, do you do Snuba of a boat?
We plan to be in St Lucia Dec 26 - Dec 31.

My wife and I can swim very well and are good in snorkeling, but we never try scuba. Can newbie without any scuba experience join this tour?

We had a member of our group with no prior scuba experience. Chester taught him the very basics but then quickly forgot about him. My husband and I kept an eye on him. At one point the newbie began to go to the surface way too fast - Chester hadn't explained the process to him and he was so far away he noticed too late. We liked Chester a lot for ourselves but I'd insist on 1:1 for the newbie for the first couple dives.
