Esperienza bellissima per tutta la famiglia.
Dopo una breve e semplice spiegazione ci hanno fatto accomodare in questa vasca dove sono arrivati due delfini.
Eravamo con un gruppo di una decina di persone e a turno ci hanno fatto incontrare i delfini da vicino con la possibilità di accarezzarli e giocare con loro.
Assolutamente consigliata
Dopo una breve e semplice spiegazione ci hanno fatto accomodare in questa vasca dove sono arrivati due delfini.
Eravamo con un gruppo di una decina di persone e a turno ci hanno fatto incontrare i delfini da vicino con la possibilità di accarezzarli e giocare con loro.

UPDATE: After going back to the location, Jennie helped us get the pictures uploaded. They were there on the computer but just not uploaded to the website which she took care of immediately.
The actual encounter was great. Our guides were very knowledgeable and wanted questions asked. Do not expect pictures. There is a QR code to go online to order and only 1 of our party of 9 was uploaded. They took individuals of all of us with the dolphins and a group photo, but only one will have a photo memory. You're not allowed to take your cameras or cell phones down to take pictures of others since 'they' will be doing that. I tried reaching out via their FB page which says call our number or email. Did that twice with no response. This was a 1st time experience for all of us and now we have nothing to share with each other. If you're looking for photo memories, i would pass this place by and find another place.

This was an excellent choice to make. My sister and I came to celebrate on our birthday along with our best friend. Both dolphin trainers were great. They answered a lot of our questions. We were the only people at the dolphin resort during the time we were there so the experience felt more intimate. I would definitely recommend this experience if you’re ever visiting Grand Bahama Island.

Awesome and stunning experience - we had a encounter with two dolphins. A good guide, reasonable price. 90 minutes we will never forget !

On n’est vraiment pas fans de ce type d’expérience et on a beaucoup cherché pour trouver un endroit qui soit respectueux des animaux. Ici, tout est fait grâce à du renforcement positif. Les soigneurs sont attentionnés et tout est très bien organisé pour permettre à chacun un moment spécial avec les dauphins.
Nous avons fait d’un côté le close encounter avec un adulte et un enfant de 8 ans.
Et swim with the dolphins Avec un adulte et une ado de 12 ans (notre fils de 8 ans n’avait pas la taille requise pour faire cette activité).
Tout le monde a apprécié l’expérience.
Mention spéciale à Wade.
Nous avons fait d’un côté le close encounter avec un adulte et un enfant de 8 ans.
Et swim with the dolphins Avec un adulte et une ado de 12 ans (notre fils de 8 ans n’avait pas la taille requise pour faire cette activité).

Such an amazing experience. We booked this excursion last minute on our cruise. I am so glad this was the choice we made. The trainers are funny, caring, and informative. You can tell they truly love these dolphins.

This was a great experience. My husband and I brought kids age 5-19 and they all loved it. The guy there (I forget his name) was very funny and interactive with people. Pictures are available for purchase. I believe they were just over $50 for everyone in our family.

First off all the dolphins are a wonderful experience.But the picture side of this trip was a disaster 350$ for some pictures… we payed 500$ for admission ….you do the math.Please management reading this review it will make you understand where we stand.Thank you but no thank you

As of sunset on Sept. 1st, 2019, your dolphins were in outdoor pens unattended while Category 5 hurricane Dorian,with significant storm surge, was landfalling in the Bahamas, as evidenced by your live dolphin cam which is now offline. Did you actually leave dolphins in a pen outside during a Category 5 hurricane and are they injured and/or still alive?

Yes. It was part of a cruise excursion booked in advance. I believe excursions were available for purchase at the port and at the facility gift shop.
Can you just swim with the dolphin and leave or do yo have to do a long tour! Cause other things wed like to do.

You can book to just swim with the dolphins, but you go on a boat ride further around the coast, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes travelling time each way. It is good fun and gives you a great view of the island from the sea. On arrival depending on which experience you have booked you can either go and swim with two dolphins or have the meet and greet a dolphin experience when you stand on a platform about three feet down in the water and the dolphin comes to you for stroking and kissing. The dolphins also interact with you and perform some acrobatics for you. Either way it is a very memorable and enjoyable time.
The whole outing takes around 2 hours thirty minutes to 3 hours. I do not know if you can book directly with the attraction itself or, as we did, through unexso Port Lucaya Marketplace or presumably on a cruise ship.

Hello,
We was there last month (August) and we brought our 2yr, 7yr and 9yr with us. My 2yr. did not enjoy it only because she was scared of the dolphins up close. Other younger likes her was there and some were scared,some loved it. It all depends on your child. If they love animals then Yes go for it! But if they are a bit scary like my kiddo, then you will struggle a bit as the dolphins do tricks close up. Overall we had a blast. It's up to you!

Has anyone booked directly with Unexso or just through the cruise line? There appears to be an $80 a person difference and just trying to figure out why.

I booked online directly with them, and I feel lime it was about $80 per person for the encounter, not the swim.
