What a great way to start your day in Huatulco! Yoga is available on Wednesday and Friday mornings in Santa Cruz. Listen to the birds and the waves of the ocean while stretching and meditating under the expert guidance of Jane Bauer. An excellent way to start your day!

I have been attending Janie's classes for the last four years when in Huatulco. The quality of the classes is top notch and imagine having the ocean as a backdrop! Thanks Jane for providing the great experience.

I've taken yoga classes off and on for many years, always dropping out becaue of boredom. My husband loves yoga and takes the classes from Jane in Santa Cruz, Huatulco, I decided to join the class and have loved ever minute of it. Jane is fun, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. Her classes are challenging but she doesn't push you beyond your limits. I'd recommend her to anyone who is interested in a great workout. Cost is by donation.

Fantastic yoga in Huatulco!! I’ve been attending Jane’s classes for about four years, and she never disappoints. The classes will challenge your strength, balance and flexibility. Jane has a talent for making the classes accessible to people of all experience levels. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The classes are challenging enough for people who practice yoga regularly, but terrific also for those who want to try something new. It’s the perfect way to start the day!

Jane was most accommodating and came to our hotel to provide a private yoga session - the hotel advertised yoga as available but then had no instructors. So to keep the yoga practice going even while on vacation - we had an hour session by the pool.
Jane was careful to ask all participants their comfort level with yoga practice and then adjust the session poses accordingly.
Very reasonable cost per hour, and a pleasure to have Jane lead us through a morning yoga session.

This was my first trip to Mexico and had looked around to see what is there to do there. Yoga Huatulco came up in my google search, as well my host friend had mentioned that she met Jane.
I did two sessions with Jane and one with Diego and I must say that I am really impressed with the quality of instructions they delivered. The ambiance is very laid back, the instructions beautifully delivered in English and Spanish.
I highly recommend this place if you do ever find yourself in Huatulco - and her studio is very easy to locate!

Great class, challenging enough for more regular practitioners but easily modified for the less flexible or beginner yogis. I love that Jane teaches in English and Spanish making yoga accessible to the local population so it feels warm and not touristy. Can't wait to go back.

I've just returned from 10 days in Huatulco where I took 4 classes in a row at Yoga Huatulco and I can't say enough about how great the classes are, not to mention how wonderful Jane is as a teacher.
I've been practicing yoga for the past 9 years and Jane's classes are without a doubt my favourite to date! I found the classes challenging and engaging, and I left feeling renewed, energized, grounded and chilled out. Since my return I've also noticed that my body is toned in a way that i hadn't expected after being away (eating and drinking as one does on holiday, i certainly wasn't expecting a transformation in that direction, but quite the opposite) -an additional perk to be sure.
The vibe at her studio is chill, warm, friendly and tropical. The breeze, sights and sound of the space remind you that you are not in a big city and totally add to the amazing experience - charming.
I can't recommend these classes enough. If you are in the area you must check them out. I am hoping to return again to the area next fall and take as many classes as my time there will permit. Please go, you will not regret it.

Hi Cindy,
We have a drop-in class at Beast Mode Crossfit (located in Plaza Chahue 2nd floor) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am. The cost is by donation and I have extra mats.
