Very sad to see after having full 20 people of group on boat with Request for vegetarian food from the time of booking and assured to get. Even though non vegetarian food was served. It was religious discrimination.

However, this special request is made in advance so that it can be considered in the operation of the day. El recorrido, la comida, el socializar con los demás, la animación, las paradas para las foticos es un plan que se deberÃa hacer cuando vistes Mexico.

We had a wonderful time on this dinner cruise. The music scene is a vibe all on its own and the guides are full on entertainment throughout the time. Between dancing, playing group games, listening to the sounds of the various regions, a good time was had by all.

Definitely highly recommend when your in Cancun!!! Good for any celebration, birthdays, anniversary etc… or if you just simply want a good time! We were celebrating my birthday and were with other groups celebrating birthdays as well. Me and my honey were the only non-spanish speaking, but Ivan did a great job translating everything! We were on the boat Tlaxcala. Highly recommend Ivan! we had a blast! Theres music, food, dancing, tequila, soda, snacks. Its classic mexican food, I liked it. We went in the afternoon since the night time was already full.
The only thing I would suggest is maybe put some lighting underneath the floors on all sides of the boat to ward of mosquitos when it gets dark. I really wanted to do the night time, but im kinda glad now that we did the afternoon. Definitely put on mosquito spray on your exposed skin especially when it gets dark. Also, I suggest wearing light colored clothes, preferably white since mosquitoes tend to be attracted to darker clothing.
Overall what a great experience!!! Would definitely come back again! Great for groups or a date! I would want to try the night time one, since it looks so pretty especially with all the lights. Thank you again Ivan!!! And all the staff!

Es una excelente representación de una fiesta mexicana, disfrutamos la música, la comida tÃpica, el trago, los postres. El equipo estuvo pendiente de todos los detalles, siempre pensando en la seguridad de los turistas (incluso, estuvieron muy pendientes de las Alergias a los alimentos). Fue una experiencia maravillosa, que siempre recomendarÃamos. Destacamos el gran trabajo de Cruz, quien hizo que la experiencia fuera muy divertida.

Love the idea of meeting people from all over the world and having fun while eating, drinking and listening to Mexican music. If you’re with a bunch of friends/speak Spanish/like to get totally wasted and don’t care about anything anymore, you’ll have an amazing night out. If you’re not, it might be somewhat disappointing…
They have English and Spanish speaking boats, but they just put you on the boat they like. I wanted to be on an English boat, but everyone spoke Spanish. Asked for a transfer to another boat, but the guide told me that was only possible if I’d get my own taxi (1 hour ride!) back to the hotel. Having already spent over $140 (ticket and transportation), that obviously wasn’t an option. So, if everyone staying in your hotel area (thus sharing transportation) happens to speak a language you don’t understand, you’re missing out quite a lot.
There’s food (you might want to eat something before you go, though), there’s beer, tequila and some soft drinks. No rum or vodka.

1- Puntualidad en la recogida y regreso
2-Desde la llegada te identifican y vas con un guÃa (fuimos con Sigifredo que le damos un 10 de 10)
3-Todo super organizado, te consultan si tienes necesidades o requerimientos especiales con la comida, pruebas diferentes snacks de entrada, bailas , conoces al resto de tus compañeros en la trajinera. y obviamente hay mucho tequila y bebidas mexicanas si quieres tomar. Te sirven un plato de fondo con diferentes preparaciones tradicionales y finalizas con diferentes dulces mexicanos
4- Nadie te obliga a tomar (como dicen en algunos comentarios)
5) Sigifredo hizo que todo fuera perfecto, muy alegre y animando a todos, pero además siempre muy preocupado de la seguridad gente con la que iba.
Mención especial que a mi pareja que tiene alergias alimentarias le dejaron un postre especial con frutas y en una bellÃsima presentación

We concider going on this trip with Xoximilco cancun. Seems very fun. I was wondering if we select transport.. does the transport pick us up at the hotel? We stay at Emporio, zona hotelera.

We are planning on doing Xoximilco. We are staying at Xcaret and it says we get picked up at 3:20. Does anyone know why we get picked up so early if it's only a 45 minute trip? I'm curious as to how we are going to pass the time once we gat there.

Yes, you would be able to enjoy it any ways. There are mostly like little games that they do on the xoximilco, whoever loses usually get to drink a shot but if you don’t drink you have other options like dancing or grito mexicano. Yet there are many other things to enjoy there, like the music, the food, and the dessert.

Hello, there is transportation from the Airport to the Hotel. However, I recommend you book a shuttle with your vacation package. They have a round trip option and they schedule a pick-up time and everything. It gives you peace of mind that it's safe, it's already taken care of and it's less expensive than getting a taxi right there and then.

Yes. They can wheel folks to the boats and help them in and get them situated. They will even wheel them out during the intermission.
