My wife and I visited Cozumel and reserved this cooking class. It was the highlight of our day!! A professional chef walks you through cooking an authentic 3 course Mexican meal. Great attention to details and delicious meal. Chef Moses was fabulous as were his assistants. I highly recommend this!!!

We had a wonderful time on this excursion! We took our teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed cooking and eating their meals! A great chef with a fun and caring personality and assistants who kept our areas prepped and cleaned and kept the drinks coming!! Plus a photographer to capture your memories while you focus on the cooking. The cooking and eating areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully air-conditioned. The food was tasty and the drinks were perfect! Afterwards, we enjoyed our meal together with time leftover for a break on the beach! A quick drive from the port. Don't miss out!!! We're ready to go again!!

What a great excursion during our cruise. Angel and his team were so entertaining and fun, teaching us how to cook like a Mayan! Great food, great drinks, great entertainment and great times. Highly recommend this experience for something authentic in Cozumel.

We had an absolute blast at this class. Our chef/instructor Angel was fantastic and made cooking fun and easy. The drinks were also delicious! All of the staff at playa Mia are great!

This was sooooo much fun! We enjoyed every minute! The chef was great—patient & helpful & the rest of the staff was good too! The food was outstanding & directions were easy to follow. We would do this again! Highly recommend!!

The class is outstanding in every way . The location is excellent near cruise terminal and right off main road . The spot is right on the beach and the cooking kitchen is well set up .
Our teaching chef was Moises and he was absolutely spectacular . Very kind and a great teacher ! He was very funny and a pleasure to be around .
Our second instructor was Enrique Iglaisis without the Iglaisis ( you had to be there ). Enrique was also awesome . Knowledgeable , kind , extremely helpful and funny . Great team !!!!

Beach was good too.

This was amazing. I brought my parents and my teenagers and they had a blast! The food was amazing. I can't wait to get the recipes and try it at home.

Well run, clean and fun. Chefs were prepared and very informative. Not hard cooking, just a lovely excursion and afterwards spend sometime on beach and more drinks. Safe/air conditioned bus/tour ride. Whole place/beach is well run and clean.

Chef Moses and this cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Cozumel this time round! Moses is charming, fun and the food was delicious. I was looking forward to the class but was a bit worried the food would be too spicy for me to each. It was not at all. The drinks (Paloma) and the one made specifically for the class (a special ingredient margarita with chili pepper (more like smoked paprika) and salt rim was so yummy! The food - tilapia dish, sopa (piled high with shrimp) and the dessert, plaintain bananas with heavy cream and a chocolate glaze we made finished off the meal perfectly. Would highly recommend Moses and his kitchen staff Wilbur etc. at Playa Mia (we also had access to the beach /facilities but didn't have time to take advantage of that). Cooking class indoors so also perfect for a rainy day.

Took the best shore excursion to Playa Mia. We did the learn to make salsa and salsa dance class with Angel and had so much fun. He made everything so seamless…the salsa and guacamole we made were so good and he made the dance class fun for a bunch of people with no rhythm. This was definitely one of the best shore excursions we were ever on….thanks Angel!

How much beach time do you get when booking from Allure of the Seas?
Looking for more information on this excursion. The link to the website was not working. We will be arriving in Cozumel via cruise ship on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 10:30am-6:30pm. Thanks.
