Food was terrible and not enough for every one test terrible when asked the waitress about muffin which there were little amount of it he said it was served at a wedding the day before and no more left. Orange juice was watery 3/4 of it water and ice. Service is very slaw, asked for coffee it took for them forever to prepare it and it taste horrible. Never go back again.

Loud annoying. Wait staff horrible. They're wearing street clothes and don't even know what is being served. The food is actually quite pathetic for an over 100$ meal. Seriously hamburger buns for bread. Sorry I can't continue, I didn't think Pirates still existed.

Hi there, not sure what cruise your reviewing. Our Obsession III dinner cruise is not on our Tall ship. Our staff have uniform that they wear for all of our dinner cruises, and on our dinner cruises we do not have burgers. Please adjust your review to the correct company.

I do not recommend the Obsession III boat experience, I wished I’d seen some of the reviews on here before booking.
My experience consisted of:
- Not many options of food (didn’t cook enough for the size of audience)
- Vegetarian food on the buffet had run out
- Sitting on Garden plastic chairs back-to-back with the next table with no space
- Rude staff
Better yet, we were celebrating my Mom birthday and I’ve emailed my feedback several times and no response from the company; they don’t care! Go elsewhere!!
The boat also looks in awful condition and need a paint job and clean, check the other boats out in the area.

The crew wasnt very organized. No announcement was made about when the buffet was being served. When we finally got in line, most of the food ran out including pastries and fruit. The server just threw the food on our plates and they all looked as though they didn't want to be there. The coffee and tea were not included and we were charged $2.50 per coffee. Rather disappointing as the meal was mediocre for what we paid. Only redeeming quality about this afternoon were the great views we saw of the Toronto skyline. Highly recommend you save your money and use it for a cruise - only trip around the harbour on one of the other company cruise ships for $25 and enjoy just the views and go to an AYCE buffet somewhere else in the city.

La pire croisière vécue à ce jour ! Si vous pensiez participer à une croisière et vous mettre en belle tenue pour une soirée d'amoureux, en famille ou entre amis, ne perdez pas votre temps. Nous pensions avoir un repas 4 services, nous avons eu un buffet. Il a manqué de poisson pour environ la moitié des personnes à bord. Pas de beurre pour le pain. Et la salade a manqué, donc, salade verte pour le reste des convives. Il faut descendre au premier étage pour se servir. J'oubliais... un "premier service" avec des nachos que vous vous servez vous-mêmes était possible. Aucune ambiance ou animation sur le bateau, vous n'entendrez que de la musique trop forte. Et au niveau trajet, on s'est promenés dans les canaux des îles et après une bonne heure, on s'est retrouvés face à la tour du CN dans le lac ontario. Le service est correct et le vin l. J'écris le présent avis alors que je suis sur le bateau. J'oubliais... Le départ s'est avec du délai...

The boat is really dated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The so called “brunch” was barely even a breakfast. It was disgusting. They ration you as well. The French toast was hard and dry, you get those McCain $1 hash browns (they only give you a tablespoon full) 2 sausage that are white looking, 2 extremely hard pieces of bacon, a tiny little piece of what they call egg and the dessert was those discount mini muffins and small cinnamon buns which were stale. The vegetables were a can of corn with a few baby carrots thrown in. So bad. We ate first and it was cold so the people upstairs on the boat definitely got really cold food. The route the boat takes was nice. Nice view of Toronto. We had to go eat somewhere after the trip. No ice. We ordered a 5 bucket of beer which did not come in a bucket. The beers went warm. I do not recommend this brunch to anyone. Not good.

The food was horrible. The cheese was sweating when we got it and the steaks omg I wouldn't have given them to a dog. Prob wouldn't have been able to chew it anyway. Asked for the steaks to have no blood not over well done. All the veggies had a funny taste. The boat ride itself was ok.

The food was terrible, which pretty much made the whole experience sad. We could've rented a yacht and gone around the lake without going on the cruise! And due to covid we had to reschedule keeping in mind everyone's safety, even then we were charged twice! I changed it to 1 star instead of 2, mainly because of they'd rather take your money than ensure safety for everyone.

Very relaxing and scenic dinner cruise. We left on time and everything went smoothly. The staff were very pleasant. Seating was arranged nicely and well planned to accomodate large groups and tables for two for a more intimate experience. The meal was tasty and the appetiziers a nice added touch. I woud have liked my food hotter (heat) so maybe tweaking how that is managed would be great. The boat itself could use a good interior paint job, however it was decorated and lit up with fancy lights as night approached and music waned. The DJ was awesome!!!! with tunes for every age and era. Guests from all walks of life shared that sentiment as the dance floor was never empty.

We paid 160CAD for 2 people brunch cruise. Coffee and water were free, other drinks we had to pay. Each person got their own plate served by staff as follows:
First plate they served us had one strawberry, 2 grapes, one piece of cantaloupe, one piece of watermelon.
Second plate had mini pastries, 4 in total per person. The kind that you get in giant bags at the grocery store. They were stale and dry.
Third plate had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, one breakfast sausage, 2 pieces of bacon and two slices of toast.
That's it.
