My girls & I checked out this place as we one in our group had their Christmas Party here before. The service was sooooo slow! Staff was inattentive & got our orders wrong! The food took too long & tasted blech! we got the fried baby squid which was swimming in yucky oil! The grilled chicken potato salad had hair in it. Yes hair! And the crew who replaced seemed to just have taken it out & DIDN'T REPLACE it. Boo! The grilled chicken flatbread tasted bland/flat! Pardon the pun, but it did taste flat. Really! we asked for spices - salt, pepper, a little cheese but they don't have any. Waiter said they ran out of it. Liar! We asked for spices so as not to let the food go to waste. You know, to add flavor to their VERY bland pizza. Another boo! I wouldn't recommend this place!

Este Viernes mis amigas eligieron este lugar para hacerme una despedida, sin duda fue el sitio equivocado.
Ahora se llama The Island, el lugar es muy lindo, solo que en esta época de verano sentarte afuera es terrible x el calor.
El servicio en las mesas que están cerca de la piscina es muy malo, si queres tomar un trago como margaritas que x cierto no había, pedí una sangria que estaba en el menú, tampoco había, termine pidiendo un Moscow mule y muy malo.
Decidí cambiar x un mohjito y también era malo, sin gusto.
Lo que no me gusto es que tenes que levantarte de la mesa para ir a ordenar un trago, la comida, y las bebidas están en diferentes puestos.
Si vas a pagar un trago necesitas efectivo solo arriba de 500 te aceptan tarjeta.
Después de gastar plata en dos tragos que parecían jugos decidí cambiar x una cerveza y tuve que ir a otro puesto por ellas un desastre.
Para acompañar la cerveza pedí unos nachos y eran cualquier cosa menos nachos, era una masa frita cubierta de una salsa tipo mayonesa picante que usan pasa todo, para los sushi, etc...
Fue mi primera y última vez x este sitio.
Había mucha gente joven y el ambiente no era de lo mejor.

Newly opened as The Island and more shiny than ever! If you’re looking for a fancy nightlife experience in Manila you should definitely pay them a visit. And don’t forget your swimwear. You might regret it later on.

Pool Clubという名前の通り、大きなプールが中央に2つ有りました。フロアが広々としており、土曜の夜に行ったのですがかなりの混雑でした。ただ、プールで泳いでいる人は1人も居なかったです。

Had a meal in the Café Nay attached to the pool Very reasonably priced. I had the Marlin which was delicious. Pasta dishes looked good too. Service was a bit slow with meals coming out at different times although to be fair we where a big group..

This place is pretty swanky. The venue and layout is pretty sweet. Loved the lighting and the whole area. The music could've been better - the DJ kept abruptly changing the songs and going from one genre to another, not smoothly by the way. But I assume they change DJs every now and then. This place is going to cost you though. To get a table you have to buy a bottle of liquor from their list, which is at least Php. 3800/- and it all adds up pretty quickly afterwards. There's an indoor club right next door, I think it's even connected to it, the Valkyrie Nightclub, that's also pretty awesome. I'd definitely come back.
Swimming in the pool is apparently allowed, although I'm not sure if drinking and a big pool water nearby is a good idea, but that's just my personal opinion.

Tourists should stay away! This place is looking to scam you out of as much money as possible. We were told that our cover charge of 1,000 PHP each. This would get us unlimited food and drinks. This was not the case, it turned out to be the consumable minimum for each person. We decided to stay since we had already gave them our money. We then ordered a bottle of champagne, upon learning the price of the large bottle we asked for the smaller size. The staff then brought us the larger one anyways. We has also ordered a bottle of vodka for the table. This resulted in two bottles of mix showing up and being poored into our drinks. We were not told of their cost nor did we ask for the total of four bottles of mix we were charged. Two bottles of which we did not even touch. The water we did order was 90 PHP each, a crazy price compared to ordering a bottle of water from a nice restaurant which cost about 25 PHP. Overall the bill came to about 25, 400 PHP. This is not a crazy amount of money in Canadian dollars, but if you compare to what you can for that amount anywhere else in Manila. You would be stupid to spend that on two drinks at a subpar club.

Awesome place and awesome crowd every weekend.. Busiest nights are Fridays and Saturdays.. This is probably the BEST outdoor club in Manila.. A must visit place when youre in Manila..

Huge club and in a decent location in the fort.
The highlight for me is the sunday social.. Starts at 10pm with great house/disco music and then shift into hiphop from 1am.
