As someone who does not like heights, I surprised myself by agreeing to go on the Zip Wire trip over Brighton beach! And I throughly enjoyed it. The staff are very welcoming, reassuring and extremely efficient. We felt very safe while being rigged up and during the zip wire experience. The worst part for me was climbing up the spiral stairs. Purely because it’s the anticipation of what’s to come. But I loved it and would happily book to do it again. The views are great and reasonably priced! One more thing off my bucket list at the age of 73!!

Took my 10 year old daughter for the zip wire ride. It was good fun and the young staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful views out to sea. The place is well maintained and looks nice, apart from the landing platform which looks pretty grotty. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it's so expensive. £32 for 2 of us for a 2 minute zip ride is far too much money. I only took my daughter because she's been asking for a while, but sadly the cost means we probably won't come back. We're locals and we were very disappointed that there's no Brighton discount and it's not cheaper for children either.

Stopped there for fish and chips. Never again. Once was ok before COVID. Cheap and cheerful, but now expensive with cheap food. Had to get some real f&c the next day in a popular chain brand (not hard to work out) where the fish was twice as thick and real fresh chips and no extra cost for sauces and mushy peas.
We wondered if they had forgot our order it took so long and the place was almost empty. If it had been busy who knows how long it would take.

Rude and try to scam you.
We made a 4 hour round trip for stag do down to Brighton and this was one of our activities. We got here and got suited up, but by the time we got to the top of the tower it was raining. The stag was first and went down fine, but then it started hailing and they sent us back down saying we can’t do it because of the weather; no problem at all.
We got down, took our gear off and asked obviously can we get a refund as we can’t do it, and they said they’d get the manager, no worries. The staff there are nice but the one male manager is incredibly rude and cocky and loves an argument.
After 15 minutes of standing there waiting, the manager showed up. He instantly told one of us to leave as he had a drink from the bar and he said you’re not allowed that over here, go back to the bar right now. After that, We asked to be refunded as the staff couldn’t let us do it due to the hailstones, and the manager refused to refund us due to ‘policy’. before we even explained why we couldn’t do it (you’d think he’d already know), he started going ‘well why didn’t you do it’ ‘what’s the reason you didn’t do it then’. We said we wanted to but the staff sent us back down because of the weather. We explained how some of us also paid £4 for a downloadable video, and now we can’t even do the zip wire.
He just said well i can’t give you a refund, it’s the policy. Even though we hadn’t been able to do it, not by our own choice. He then said well you can come back in the next 12 months and do it for free, (clearly knowing no one is going to travel to Brighton just for a 60 second zip wire ride) but we won’t get a refund. We couldn’t do it the next day because our train home left at 12 and that’s the time they opened.
He remained clear that he wasn’t going to give us a refund, but he could refund the £4 for the video. Super rude and cocky, butting in and raising his voice etc, just wanted our money when there was no way we could even do the zip wire. Don’t do it at all, not worth it any way and the manager is arrogant.

Terrible food and very expensive. Frozen chips - seriously - from a fish & chip shop. Awful fish and the batter was equally as bad. £24 for 2 x fish & chips. So bad. Total rip off. Do not go for food. Great for drinks and views.

The Zip wire was a lot of fun. There was a short queue, although we’d pre-booked. The process was efficient and the staff were all young, friendly, helpful and reassuring if, say, a middle-aged mum has a slight panic at the top 😂 Loved the activity, £50 for 3 of us with one video, worth it to us.

Great views onto the beach and pier, definitely the best in Brighton. Drinks can be ordered either via QR codes or with staff directly which made it easier for my friends and I to pay for our own drinks. Food also great too, seafood platter was our favourite. 6 of us did a dual ride with video wrist bands which was great to watch back after our ride. Attentive and professional staff on zip wire and across the site.

Poor service for high price
I would pay more if I had good service … drinks were standard so no fancy glasses or fruit for the ladies .. round took 20min from order … will not serve you at the bar it’s table app servide only … food smells like it’s being cooked in dirty oil sadly, but looks ok nothing special didn’t actually eat
This isn’t the place to have a good drink up in Brighton probably last on my list from now on

What a fun experience - this was one of my dares on my hen and im so glad I didn’t chicken out. If you go with someone try and get them to video it as I did pay for them to video it and it wasn’t all that, my family took better videos worth a go really fun

Popped in for a pint while walking the dog.
Decent selection of drinks and food available.
