We had a fantastic day at Lower Hewletts Furry friends. Lisa who showed us the animals was helpful
lovely and super patient with the children. Lisa welcomed us as we arrived and explained about all the animals and what they like and don't like clearly. We fed alpacas carrots, groomed the lovely donkeys and rare breed goats. The children could sit on the retured beach donkeys and met frazzle and quaver the pigs. We also saw peacocks, chickens, ducks, pigmy goats and birds. After we had our picnic and they had baked us some cookies. Despite the rain we had a fab trip and would recommend it to anyone young or older, rain or sun! Thank you we will be back.

Our second visit and this time for my daughter’s friend’s 6th birthday party. It was perfect from start to finish. Excellent experience with all the animals, having the time, and options to feed, stroke, hold, brush, sit on and even walk many of the animals there. Lisa provided each child with a lunch box and cake. The lunchboxes were perfect, lots of options, and the cakes and coffee were perfect for the adults whilst watching the children play on the tree swing and enjoying the view over to the Malvern's. Thank you; the perfect way to spend such day afternoon x

What a memorable day we had at Lisa’s farm Lower Hewlett’s Furry friends. Lisa took my family around meeting her farm animals and let us pet them. It was such a lovely private experience and I still cant quite believe how beautiful the picnic area is. This is a must if you’re looking for a day out with the family with a picnic.

I booked this for our oversea friends who were visiting the Cotswold. This personalised farm interaction was perfect for little children and families. Lisa who gave us the tour was so lovely and friendly. Clear driving/parking instructions were provided prior to attending and with each animal, she taught us how to handle the animals safely. It was nice hearing about the animals background and why they were on the farm.
The picnic view was lush on a sunny day, with a cute swing on a tree for the children. It is a little steep, so do take care with little children or the elderly incase they roll down the hill 🤭
PS: the chocolate cookies were ace!
Thank you and I’ll be rebooking if I were to get any more visitors with children.

This is an amazing place to visit with children. Cheeky alpacas very friendly goats naughty donkeys and lots of other animals in a beautiful setting. Lots of hands on petting and grooming. Home made cookies and a beautiful flower meadow for a picnic.
