Well, what can I say!? This is probably the best place to be during any Cheltenham Races, whether it's the November meet or March Festival!
The atmosphere is incredible, the drinks are reasonably priced & the staff are on point! Leaving the race course, this is without fail my number one pick! Get there quick though as it soon fills up, we've always gone on guest list to avoid the queues out front.

I am very very disappointed and angry with this venue and the attitude and way they dealt with our booking to visit club 21 for my best friends hen do.
I had emailed to ask for us to be added to the vip guest list to celebrate my friends hen do. I booked 21s as it was the music we enjoy and I have always had a good experience prior to this visit.
My friend is disabled she is not wheelchair bound but finds her balance and standing for long periods too much so she uses a wheelchair on nights out for example.
As she is not wheelchair bound I did not think any venue would be a problem.
On arrival at club 21 one of the bouncers looks at me and addressed me with can she walk? to say I was cross is an understatement. I was pushing my friend who he could of addressed and spoken to directly in a better way.
The second bouncer told me there is a better access at the top bar and you could go down the internal steps.
After queuing at the bar for 3 drinks at the cost of £22. I asked for the disabled key for my friend.
She accessed the disabled toilet after having to ask staff to remove some items as it was being used as a store cupboard. The access was limited to say the least.
The owner/manager came over and said if we need anything to let him know. I said thanks and said we had contacted him earlier for club 21 access.
The manager replied with she can’t go down with that. I stepped in front of my friend as I could see she was upset and moved the discussion a few feet away.
The manager went on to say we haven’t got disabled facilities we can’t accommodate her like this and that they should have been informed. I expressed my disappointment in the way this was handled and explained that my friend was not wheelchair bound and uses it for balance etc. The manager said it was a health and safety risk as he has no room for a wheelchair. If there was a fire they could get her out and the wheelchair out. I advised I would not expect that I am well aware she would have to walk out. I was then advised she would hold other people up. I reassured him that if there was a fire the wheelchair would be left there and she would be walking out like everyone else.
He said we could go down stairs but would let us know if there was a problem and if we were taking up too much room.
I didn’t want to draw any further attention to the situation and have a really upset bride to be, so we continued with the plan.
On going down stairs we started to dance and we tuck ourselves in a corner out of the way. The amount of people in there causes us to leave via the fire exit as the health and safety people limit was most definitely over. A lady stepped on my foot which I am currently in a hospital writing this over a query broken foot. A pint was spilled down my back while we tried to dance. The dance floor was that packed we couldn t move an inch let alone dance.
This wreaked the night and the sort of behaviour and lack of inclusion is disgusting. I think the owner needs to look at health safety, inclusion, facilities, discretion and ways to discuss sensitive issues with people. Disability and Discrimination act policies.
I will be making a more formal complain and contacting the necessary authority organisations about this and h and s numbers.
Don’t bother lining this guys pockets go to a better place.
