Me and my friend got the Anti-Stress package. We both agreed that it was unnecessarily fast-paced. My massage had no pressure at all, it is customary for the masseur to ask whether the pressure is ok, or what pressure I prefer. But that didn't happen. In fact she looked like she didn't want to be there!
It would have been greatly appreciated to have been offered tea or Turkish coffee after our treatment, that would have made all the difference. But instead we were just sitting there a bit cold and damp, in an environment that was not calming or peaceful. Overall, I didn't get the impression that they cared about our opinion of the service. Saying that, there were some positives. The exfoliation, and foam was great - if a bit speedy. Steam room was great but we weren't allowed in there for long enough. I wont be going back.

Went for a Hamam massage then a full body massage.
The massage in particular was amazing - Mehmet is a pro. Have had massages in some swanky places including the Corinthia, but I’d rate this as as the best massage to date. Thanks Mehmet :)

Nice experience, very friendly and accommodating, massage was particularly relaxing. Organic rosewater was a nice touch. Will definitely go back

The staff were not at all warm or welcoming, especially once they realised we had only booked the foam and peel package which was a hefty £45 per person. I'm not sure what the peel part of the package was as all we got was the traditional scrub then foam. Which in itself was nice but very short, about 15 minutes in total. The rest of the experience was dull with a small steam area which we enjoyed relaxing in. Once we entered the relaxation room we were looking forward to the advertised free fruit juices of our choice but all that was offered was a water jug! We settled in to the relaxation area regardless and enjoyed about 20 minutes before we were told "time up lady"
The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth as its by far the worst hamam experience I have had, but also my first one in the UK. Needless to say I will NOT be going back there!!!
What made it worse, was the fact that it was my friends first time going to a hamam and was also meant to be her birthday treat.
It is way over priced, has rubbish customer service and has false advertisement (re juice)
So why would you visit?!!!!!

Hidden gem in Dalston! I went there with a friend as a treat to myself for a significant birthday. It was a very authentic Turkish hammam.
After sweating out in the steam room, I had a amazing scrub which left my skin feeling soft and me feeling rejuvenated. Then after relaxing for a while I had an intense deep tissue massage. The lady was amazing and worked out all the knots in my shoulders.
I left feeling lighter and uplifted. A great way to start a new decade for me!

I first visited this fantastic place many years ago. The place and staff was amazing then and now. I got taken there by my daughter on 29th March for a birthday treat. We both had the deep tissue full body package, which was bliss. Fevziye and Birgul did the hamam and full body peel. I have NEVER had a package lke this. They spent time and did an awesome job. Left our bodies feeling like we were floating on the clouds. I give these ladies 10 out of 10. Both very friendly and made us feel so comfortable.
We were massaged by Fatma and SIlmblil. The best massage we have ever had and we have visited many, many hamam's...
These two ladies were also so friendly and did an awesome job. They gave us a free face mask too. Left our faces feeling so smoth and rejuvenating. Left our bodies relaxed and pampered. I was so relaxed and comfortable that I literally fell asleep for at least 20 minutes when my daughter had to wake me up. The place is 10 out of 10 for cleanseyness and hygiene. We were offered water and beverages during our treatments. The place has a beautiful ambiance and tranquil music when being massaged.
Forgot to mention the steam marble cubicles, that was out of this world. The ladies at the entrance were also very lovely people. We will definitely be going back. They have done a great refurbishment on the place. Do not hesitate to visit this place, you will NOT be disappointed. The prices are reasonable, because the service they give is impeccable. They sell natural soaps and brought one for my daughter who has exema. I just want to thank all of you wonderful ladies for your great services and care. You are the best. You made my birthday so special. I have not felt so relaxed in ages. Thank you all ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Organised my sisters hendo party here, absolutely loved it, it was clean and great atmosphere. The staff were really nice and super helpful with everything. Had an amazing experience. I would definitely be coming back and would recommend this hamam.

Excellent Hamam! So relaxing, the scrub was incredible and the massage was so lovely. Fantastic and friendly service from the ladies, I will keep coming back! Such a great experience!

Myself and my daughters have visited the hammam twice in the last few months and on both occasions we've had a really wonderful experience. Booking via telephone is very easy the location of the hammam is very central, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you're after an authentic experience this hammam ticks all of the boxes! The place is very clean, we always feel relaxed and de-stressed after coming here. I also had a massage with Aysel ..soooooo refreshing and really helped with my back pain left feeling relaxed and revitalised! Will definitely be booking again!

£55 for using the facilities, 10 minutes kese scrub, 10 minutes foam massage, 20 minutes massage and face mask. Don't bother going there my advice, scrub and foam doesn't take more than 2 minutes. It's a waste of money.

I'm sure I answered your question or may have been one very similar to yours.
you can stay in the steam room as long as you want according to staff who booked me in. I tend to stay for 10 or 15minutes. Then onto to the next pampering service.
