Terrible! Worst service , to be avoided. Kept us waiting an hour and a half at Airport. Lots of contradictory phone calls, lots of totally unneeded tension when arriving after a flight. We intend to persue the matter with consumer protection services. Shameful!

Used for a return from Gatwick on 24 Sep. Unsafe car - tyre pressure and driver's driving was dodgy. Partner was stressed by the drive back. Driver in shirt and casual jacket - not executive style dress. Played radio in car and did not ask if alright with us. Car was a red c-class Mercedes.

Norwegian family with 3 kids. The driver did not show. We phoned, they hung up. Phoned again, they didn’t answer. Phoned from another mobile; they gave us a phoney number (not in use) to call. Phoned back, they did nor reply.
DO NOT USE
We ended up loosing our deposit and the stress of spending time on trying to Get hold of them and money and time on train in the end. Terrible service!!!!

Booked this transfer through Expedia to pick us up at Heathrow and take us to our hotel in London. Flight arrived at 7:10am. Scheduled the car for 7:30am. Finished getting luggage about 7:20 and tried to find our driver. Finally located another driver from this company waiting for someone else and another employee who appeared to be just supervising. They helped us call the office. We were told to wait by Cafe Nero and they would be there shortly. Waited by the cafe, went to the restrooms one more time, called again, we were told that they would be there in 2 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes and then took a taxi at about 8:30 am. Finally got a call from a driver around 9:30 am asking where we were. This was all prepaid through Expedia. Had to call Expedia 3 different times to get a refund. City Transfers only has an email for refund disputes and they never responded to any of Expedia's emails. It was only about $30 less then a taxi. I definitely recommend just taking a taxi next time. This company was ridiculously unprofessional, and untrustworthy. And I have lost faith in Expedia after this experience.

Pick for journey to airport was 35 mins late, even after I told the driver we were not in a hurry as we had booked with plenty of time built in he continued to drive too fast for the driving conditions. When we arrived back in the UK there was no driver to meet us at arrivals. It took the controller 20 mins to contact the driver, and we waited another 20 mins for the driver to contact us. He finally arrived 65 mins late and then lead us on a dance around the terminal trying to find him.
I would advise you not to use this company. Our driver apparently had a job at 0200 that day as he rang me by mistake in the middle of the night, he looked tiered and struggling to stay awake. I have used other companies in the past who have always been professional and arrived early.

No transport was awaiting once we got out at the arrival bay. When after 34 minutes on hold finally spoke to Patrick from that company I had booking with, I was told that due to our "no show" the driver left.
We were held up due to insanely large cue at passport control.
To my question as to why nobody called me (mind you, the day before arrival, I called to confirm our arrival), I was lied that "they tried to call me" (which never happened)!! When I demanded the refund, arguing that nobody called us, Patrick simply hang up on me!!!!
