We spent the day in the Cotswold's. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off later that evening at the Aldwych Theater for our show-HUGE BONUS. So nice of the drive to accommodate us. We saw four towns n the Cotswold's. The driver dropped us off and picked us up at a convenient point and informed us of the best things to see in each town. Loved the sightseeing and photo ops. Our driver was a wonderful gentleman named Zaf. I highly reccommend this beautiful day trip!

We did a trip to Windsor, Hampton Court, and Kew Gardens and got picked up from central London. Zaf was very nice, knowledgable, and allowed the timing to be customizable as we wanted. We were able to call him when we wanted to be picked up to move to the next location and he arrived promptly. The car was spacious and comfortable (large Mercedes van). I highly recommended as a way to personalize your day to places outside of London with easy transportation.

After reading reviews of bus tours from London to Stonehenge, Bath and Castle Combe, I decided to look for a private tour. Mainly because more time loading on buses means less time at the sites.
Trina communicated well with us and our driver, Zef, was truly a blessing. Here was very knowledgeable about many questions about London and surrounding areas we wanted to visit. He's knew how much time was needed on the road and let us know what time to be ready to go while allowing us freedom to explore. Would absolutely recommend if you like a smaller group and much more relaxing ride for a tour!

Estoy muy descontento con el servicio de esta compañÃa, compré un billete de autobús y no me mandaron ningún billete por correo como se supone que me lo debÃan de enviar, además de esto, no me contestan ninguno de los correos que he mandado para solucionar el asunto, ya que me han cobrado el importe y no me han mandado el billete, esto es una estafa.

My wife and I were recently vacationing in London with another couple. Prior to arriving we booked a private vehicle through Trina at ADLG for a 1 day trip to Stonehenge and Windsor. Trina responded promptly to all questions in a thoroughly professional manner. I had read numerous reviews lauding Zaf so I requested him as our driver. To be clear, Zaf is a driver and he was not acting as a tour guide but he was very personable and able to answer our many questions. The vehicle was a recent model Mercedes SUV in perfect condition. Zaf was knowledgeable, timely and an excellent driver. Recommend

We had a great two day trip with Zaf as our driver. As the others have said, he was knowledgeable, friendly, on time and an excellent driver. On the first day, he took us to Windsor, Avebury, Lacock and we spent the night at Salisbury. The next day we headed to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. He was flexible, accommodating a change in our plans when we wanted to spend more time in one area. He helped make sure we saw all the there was to see and when time permitted, he showed us other sites that were along the way. Trina was very prompt and professional in scheduling the trip and helping us put together the itinerary. Highly recommend this company!

Our family had an amazing trip to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Zaf was our driver/guide and was excellent. He picked us up at our flat at the time indicated. He was extremely friendly and very informative on our drive to the sights. Also want to give credit to Trina for making the booking process easy and accommodating. Definitely recommend their services.

Zaf was our driver/guide for the day and he was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly but not to the point of chattering constantly. He was a good driver and was able to get us from place to place, besides the traffic, which was heavy at times. We were scheduled to see 4 villages in the Cotswolds, which proved to be a little too ambitious for an 11 hour day. We ended up seeing Stonehenge and two villages and spending more quality time there. That would be my suggestion for future day trippers. Trina, who is the main contact, did a great job of communicating and helping me decide in advance what to choose. I highly recommend this company!

Booked a dawn visit at Stonehenge before considering the transportation logistics.
Team at AE knew exactly what I needed, and when we needed to leave London to arrive on time. Coordinated a stop in Salisbury on the way home to make a day trip of it.
Showed up promptly, in a lovely, clean car and the driver was safe, courteous, and above and beyond friendly.
Went out of his way to accommodate my my young daughter with a mid-trip pit stop ("when ya got to go, ya got to go!"), to share commentary, and to point-out interesting details along our route.
On way home we were stuck amidst a sprawling Brexit protest, and our driver was patient, persistent, and smart in finding ways through and around the crowds.
Hundred percent will book them again on our next visit.

We absolutely loved our day trip out of London with Airport Express! Trina was courteous and professional and the driver was as well! The car arrived on time (5 minutes early actually)at our hotel at the time we decided and we set off for the day. The car was clean and spacious for our party of 6 and they even provided bottled water for us! We did a one way trip out of London visiting Windsor Castle and Stonehenge and then being dropped off at Thornbury Castle. We had a wonderful day! If you have a larger party, want to do a one way tour, or want to travel at your own pace because you’re not into big tourist buses that keep you to a very quick timeline this is the way to go!! We will absolutely use their service again next time we are in London!
