The real gem at Felbrigg is the Walled Garden. Even someone who does not have a keen interest in gardens and allotments, could not fail to be charmed. The Walled Garden is extensive and beautifully kept. I came away with numerous photographs and fresh ideas to improve my own garden and my allotment. I have visited many walled and kitchen gardens; the one at Felbrigg is most definitely one of the best I have seen.
Felbrigg Hall has extensive grounds that offer dog owners a wonderful place for walking. The Squire’s Pantry is dog friendly and accessible without paying admission to the house. Car Parking is chargeable - cost £5 - except for National Trust members.
The house itself is an eclectic mix of styles, which reflects the interests of the owner. As always at NT properties, staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. The rooms and everything in them, reflected the hard work that goes into keeping and maintaining these wonderful historic buildings and their contents.

Fantastic historical site that I went and visited with my girlfriend and her family. The tour guides were very helpful and it was amazing to know that the items within the house were all authentic and not replicas

My favourite National Trust property now. The best walled gardens I have ever experienced. The hall was interesting as nothing was bought in or taken out when the last owner left. I would recommend the cellar and attic tour, an additional cost but well worth it. The guides were very amusing and obviously enjoyed their work. The wider park was also very good for a walk. I would thoroughly recommend Felbrigg.

We walked here from our holiday let in Cromer to wander through the grounds rather than the actual property. We do geocaching, and there's a fair few here! Had a lovely wander through the woods and grabbed the caches. Stopped for a picnic on a log and then carried on walking back around. The wind picked up and it got cooler, but that didn't bother us. Green trees, birds singing and bees buzzing around. Lovely walk.

Not a very interesting old house which really needs improving, there wasn't really a lot to see for the amount you pay, except a rundown old house.

A country retreat bursting with charm - so interesting. Small but a variety of rooms with interesting tales from the start. Mirning room, great hall, dining room and drawing room to libary to bedrooms. Many stairs so not really accessable to those who have mobility issues. Lovely gardens and plenty of parking. Knowlegable volunteers to enhance your experience.

Disappointed with the house. Fine if all you're interested in is artworks but there is absolutely NO information on the furniture and furnishings. Not everyone is interested In artworks. I like to look at and admire well made elegant furniture but here my interests were completely ignored.
Also we went to the cafe at 1:20 and the only choices left were tuna and cheese melt, four cheese crock and jacket with either cheese, veg cheese or beans. Absolutely useless for my wife who is lact intolerant and can't eat beans because of her Crohn's.
