Really enjoyed the experience it was so much fun, we got to play a few games then finished with the zombies, the time flew by. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely loved it, person who ran it was very helpful, pushed us to do games my dad wasnt initially comfortable with but respected when he wanted to stop.

We booked online for my 2 sons (15 and 11) and I to experience VR whilst on their half term break.
Firstly, this place has only been going for a little while, so don’t be put off by the fact that there is a fair bit of refurbishment taking place at the venue. But as this is a VR experience, none of that really matters.
We all had a chance to get use to the VR kit (they use the HTC Vive system), before being individually hooked up to experience a range of games, including a multi-player FP shooter.
Whilst there was a little bit of a technical issues when we first arrived, this was quickly fixed, and we were made to feel comfortable at all times. We were also given some extra time to accommodate for this hardware hiccup.
In terms of parking at the venue you have a couple of choices – If you want to have a minimal walk then you can park in St Peters carpark by Argos. Not sure what this cost? We parked in the Mayorhold Shoppers MSCP, which is free for 2 hours and only a 5-10 minute walking distance.
So, if your new to VR, then this place offers a great introduction. If you’re more experienced, then let the team know and they can customise the experience based on your skill level.

I went with my 53yo partner and my 28yo brother and his girlfriend.
Don't be put off by location, once you've got your VR headset on you are in another world. None of us are gamers but this was not a problem as everything clearly explained and shown to us by Tony.
To start we each took turns at walking off a beam on a high rise to get used to the equipment and it's capabilities (and ours!). We then each went to our own curtained booth and played on couple of different games (space game, coin collecting game and a shoot out game).
Once warmed up (I'm sweating at this point from adrenaline and jumping about -This would be my only recommendation, get fans/air conditioning) we begin our team play at killing zombies. We talked to one another in game giving each other commands or advice and u can see each other as different coloured characters as u play so u can see where u each are.
All the above cost £19 each and took an hour. We arrived 15mins early as instructed for introductions and to learn how to use equipment.
Tony always on hand to help or guide.
A very memorable experience and highly recommend. Adrenaline, laughs, fear....what more could you want!

A memorable experience - I will definitely be going back.
My partner booked this as a surprise date night. I was skeptical at first, as we both like VR but have previously had some unsatisfactory experiences. This however trumped over all others. The host Nish was friendly and informative. He did his best to make me feel comfortable as I was quite reserved at first. He was accommodating, patient and tailored the experience to us as much as possible. The space experience and the top of the building was oh too real! A must try experience! The games that followed were especially enjoyable where me and my partner were individual characters in the Temple Run game (great work out!) and then played together in a zombie shooting game. We were surprised to find such an enjoyable experience in Northampton but have definitely been impressed!

Spend an hour and had great time there it was blast and fun experience, there is variety games to choose and play, great co- op games to play, nice place and atmosphere, chairs to sit and have a relaxing time, they even have food and drinks and friendly guy, what can be better? Maybe it is little bit pricey but it is a great value, Overall really nice, recommend go there to have fun with friends in a nice atmosphere with friendly host

Really friendly and helpful guy, who couldn’t do enough to make it an enjoyable experience. Lots of choice of VR experiences and games, with 5 new ones !being added per month to keep it fresh. Recommended for all age groups, we’ll be back, I want to try the VR racing (proper playseat with wheel/pedals) and the kids want to shoot more zombies!
