Waste of time going, £5.50 entry fee per person wasn’t worth spending. Apart from a few Christmas decorations it didn’t seem Christmassy at all. Over priced merchandise and lots of the same stalls.

Beautiful gardens and house. Excellent helpful staff. Good choice of refreshments. I would definitely recommend. Enjoy

Very sadly we were let down badly on my daughters wedding day. Whilst the venue and grounds were beautiful - hence at least two stars, the service, food and ‘after service’ was and has been appalling.
To cut a long story short - the wedding was on 29th May, so we were probably the first wedding event held there for some time after the pandemic. I won’t go into massive detail but the canapés in the garden were poor and (in our view) overpriced, they were late and some guests didn’t eat or get offered anything.
At the ‘wedding breakfast’ we had organised a cream tea - we had tea served with tea bags in the cup and the cakes etc were of poor quality and stale.
We had to continually keep asking where things were as the food was late - it seemed the catering staff were unprepared and untrained.
It didn’t ruin the day but it was incredibly poor value for money and disappointing.
More and most disappointing however has been that despite the owners recognising agreeing with some of our points and offering £400 compensation - this has not happened.
Despite another e-mail from me to ask what is happening - still no response.
Poor behaviour.
I would be very careful when selecting this venue.

A beautiful place to visit, this time we didn’t go into the house as the weather was so good we wanted to spend longer the gardens. You can take note of the names on the plants for future reference at home or just enjoy the view, and the glorious scent in some parts of the garden. And of course the ice cream is a real treat. A thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours.

The gardens were extensive and very well maintained. Perhaps we were lucky as the lawns all looked as thought they had been recently mowed.

Virtually all of the flowers and vegetables were labelled encouraging discussion with one's fellow visitor.

Covid compliance procedures were well designed and the al fresco coffee / snack from the refreshment facility was very much enjoyed.

Will visit again when next in the area.

The Gardens were beautiful but there is no way you need 4h here (as the website says).
The entrance was around £10 each and I will admit, the walled gardens were stunning, but 45 mins-1h is all you will need here.

I had high hopes for our visit to Loseley even though I was aware the house was not open. Entrance was £8.50 each. We’d seen the whole garden in about 40 minutes. Beautifully maintained but the roses were only in bud. Website states no picnics but that there was a cafeteria with refreshments cakes etc. The hut serving coffee and a small selection of cake was all there was. We were told the cafe is a short drive away. To cap it all there are only 2 unisex porta loos.

Lovely relaxing walk around the gardens with a friend, a good place to meet half way between us. Although it wasn't busy it too a while queuing to enter, with everyone having to add contact details (not just one from each group).
Once in we were free to wander and discover the artfully planted beds, the embankment above the river and the enjoy a coffee by the hut under the trees.

I had booked my wife an "Off Road Driver" course on the grounds of Loseley Park which, presumably, the More-Molyneux family get paid for (and handsomely by the looks of things). The Off Road Driver course said I could grab a tea and slice of cake in the tea rooms whilst I waited for 40 minutes for her course to end so, off I went pushing our buggy through the gravel (not the easiest task). I arrived at the tea room and explained the position and was told due to a power cut the tea room wasn't going to be serving hot drinks. I explained that wasn't a problem and i'd just grab a sandwich which they said they didn't do and then finally we agreed I would have a slice of cake. As I attempted to walk to the tea room, the lady stopped me and explained I had to pay a £7.50 entry fee into the tea room. I explained the position but her line was, "the family who own Loseley Park are insistent everyone pays an entry fee". I left and had a quick drive down the road with a baby to go elsewhere. I am all for money making but this is incredibly greedy particularly as they are already being paid the equivalent of an entry fee from Off Road Driver who we paid a large sum of money to. Out of principal I won't come back - I hope the More-Molyneux family re-consider their attitudes.

Good that pre booking was not necessary. Lots of colour in the gardens and although the gardens are not large, there was reasonable amount to see. Chairs and tables by the cafe were in the shade of a tree. Some benches to sit on in the gardens but could do with more. However - main problem was NO DISABLED TOILET open. Only toilets were 2 portable ones in the garden, down a step. Several people were having problems accessing them. NO GOOD FOR ANYONE NEEDING A DISABLED TOILET. They do have one in the restaurant building but it was closed. Also I assume one in the Tithe Barn which was also closed. . Disabled parking was not well signed so we ended up parking in the main car park and having to push wheelchair to the house. Surely this could be rectified or at least made clear on the website.
