An absolutely brilliant day in the 1964 S-Type Jag. I'd been planning the day since Christmas, and I drove the car in June. It was a fairly cloudy day, but the roads where dry, and fairly warm day.
I picked the S-Type from Leeds, and once signed all paperwork, I started my epic journey through several parts of Yorkshire. Although I would have been quite happy just to sit in the car, and stayed in the yard. From the first moment I sat in the car, the vintage smell and the pure character of the car gave me goose bumps.
I drove around the block first, just to get use to the vintage car. Then went out into the wide World with a huge grin on my face all the way round. Places such as Burnsall, Linton, Newby Hall and Studley Roger where just a few places I drove to. I felt like a King most of the time, as people stood on the side of the streets, with their mouths open catching flies. I papped my horn and waved as I went round quirky little Yorkshire villages, and sheer delight written all over my face.
Then, the day is ticking, a short phone,( pulled over in a layby) called CCHN to say I'm heading back. On the way back, a final stop, to get out and admire the motor, before making every minute count as I headed back.
Will go again with the same car, and other's.

We hired a VW Beetle for a surprise for my husbands birthday. He had a fantastic time driving through the Yorkshire Dales with the soft top down even though it was October. Really easy to hire, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just back from an amazing 2 day classic car hire of E type Jag roadster
Been around the Yorkshire Dales with soft top down for nearly all the 2 days
Yorkshire is an amazing place when the weather is dry and I can think of anything better to do than spend 2 days visiting the Dales
Been to Pateley Bridge Masham Reeth Tan hill Buttertubs pass Hawes Kettlewell Halton Gill Settle Aysgarth Falls Ribblehead Ingleton Dent Janet’s Foss and Malham cove -all inside 2 days
Richard was a very friendly owner who loves his cars and gave great instructions on everything about the car you needed to know
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to do something special in these strange times

We hired the AC Shelby Cobra for the day for 40th Birthday celebrations. It was an easy process - book, followed the directions collect, test drive and away we went. We headed to the Yorkshire Dales for a day out it was incredible. The car was awesome and well admired by fellow drivers!
On our return we were shown around some of the collection which was another highlight. Thank you for brightening up what has been a tough year. We hope to be back to hire another car soon!

I had a Mk 2 Jaguar for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. Richard and Keith were exceptional in their service and attention to detail and the car was magnificent.
We went overnight to a hotel just outside Scarborough, North Yorkshire and every where we went the car attracted attention, not least overnight at the country house hotel we stayed in.
Highly enjoyable and to be recommended as something different to do.

Brilliant day, weather allowed us to drive top down all day. Car was immaculate and everything was explained clearly, mind you I used to own one myself, once driven never forgotten!!

Fantastic day. The car was a dream. Richard was really friendly. Defently the place to go if you want to have the freedom of driving this car. Would defently use them again.

Many thanks to Richard and Moira for the hire of the Porsche 911 for my 40th Birthday.
From booking in and the weekend hire was efficient and felt very professional.
Despite the heavy rain had a lovely weekend also it was the AWD model Porsche and handled well on the wet roads .

My wife and I hired the E-Type Roadster for my 50th birthday. Very enjoyable, easy to drive (hard to see anything much in the rear-view mirrors though!), well explained how it works before we headed off to enjoy the day in the Yorkshire Dales.

My Husband was given a day in The Frog Eye Sprite to celebrate his 70th Birthday. It had been 40 years since we had sat in one and we were a bit apprehensive in to how we would manage to get in and out!! Our fears were allayed when we met with Simon who talked us through everything and soon we were off. We had the roof down and enjoyed the early Autumn sun. Our drive was very pleasant stopped for coffee and lunch and getting in and out was a doddle more agile than we thought we were!!!! We gained some admiring glances and waves and sparked up conversations when we stopped. A very enjoyable day and the little Frog Eye Sprite is a gem
